Our ten minutes ran up fairly quickly, and that only added to the stress Chenle and I had to endure.

Mark and Donghyuck seemed to have no signs of anxiety or stress whatsoever, and that really bothered me. They've always been strong, and Donghyuck was always the strongest.

Even when we were kids, everyone knew the power he possessed, even if he himself didn't notice it how great it was.

Mark was always strong from back then too, but he had great troubles with controlling his power. But when he learned to control it, he became the second strongest. They've always been on top, and in those times when I was powerless, I couldn't help but envy their strength.

Mark and Donghyuck stood on the other side of the training field in their battle stances.

Chenle and I stood nervously on our side with our battle stances.

And mine.

"Good luck Renjun!"

I heard Suko yell, making me smile.

"I believe in you Chenle~!"

Ari yelled.

When I looked over to him, I saw a light, but obvious, blush on Chenle's face.

"Hey Lele, do you like Ariana~?"

I whispered.

He slowly nodded, and a cute smile crept onto his face.

"I can help you talk to her after we all finish our matches if you want~"

He nodded happily, and refocused his attention on our match.

He seems more determined now~.

"Do good Mark~!"

Taeyong yelled enthusiastically.

"Let your light shine Donghyuckie~!"

We heard Jaehyun yell.

Apparently everyone, except our companions, were here too! That only made me more nervous, but I'll do my best for them~.

"This match is not to be taken lightly! Treat it like a real fight! You may fight by any means as long as you don't kill your opponents! Other than that, you may do as you please~!"

Doyoung instructed from the balcony.

I didn't think this would be that serious...

"Ready...."

All four of us refocused our attention on each other. I could see Donghyuck's flames start to protrude from his body, as did Mark's ice start to spread on his body.

I looked over at Chenle, and I saw his claws start to protrude from his fingers. He looked up at me and slightly grinned.

"Ride me"

He whispered.

I was confused as to what he meant, but then I remembered our plan. If it looked like they were going to fire off their attacks at us at the same time, I'd have to ride Chenle for us to avoid it.

"...Go~!"

Doyoung yelled.

In the moment, they both jumped up high, combined their fire and ice, and sent off a huge beam our way.

But Chenle had shapeshifted into a cheetah, and I quickly got on his back. He quickly and swiftly ran out of the way of it, and we dodged it.

"That was close"

I mumbled to myself.

"Nice dodge you two~! But try and dodge this~!"

Mark taunted as they slowly started to land.

He held two fingers out together while the rest were folded in. He then proceeded to raise those fingers, much like Nappa from Dragon Ball Z.

Chenle quickly dashed out of the way from multiple blasts of ice that suddenly shot up from the ground. The blasts just kept coming, and at this rate, Chenle was just gonna tire himself out if he keeps running.

"Lele, turn us both invisible"

He complied and as a soon as we disappeared, the blasts stopped. Chenle had shapeshifted into a huge bird in the process so they couldn't see our movements.

"Get me in close to where they're gonna land, I have a plan"

I whispered, and he silently started gliding around them.

Before they landed, I jumped off of Chenle and I became visible again. I sent down a blast that passed by, right in between them, and hit the ground.

Chenle became visible too and swooped down, catching me.

"You missed hyung~!"

Donghyuck teased.

"I wasn't aiming for you~!"

I retaliated.

They both looked down and noticed that the ground beneath them started to decay. Little did they know, I found out how to use my Decomposition without touching anything directly~.

I read up about it a while ago~.

They both acted just as I thought they would. They both sent a blast towards each other, sending them flying off in opposite directions.

Now we can have a One-on-One match~.

"You take Donghyuck, I'll take Mark-hyung~"

Chenle agreed to that, and he flew me over to Mark, and I jumped off. I activated my demonic powers, and summoned my Swords of Recompense. I landed and dashed towards him.

He was prepared for me since he already had his ice swords in hand. And the smile on his face made me smile as our swords clashed.

"You're doing great Renjun~. But are you sure using your demonic powers alone like that is a good idea? You had more control when you used your angelic powers with it..."

He sounded very concerned as we continued fighting in close proximities.

"Don't worry hyung~. I can handle i-"

'Use It'

"Huh???"

I stopped fighting Mark and looked around for the sound of an unfamiliar voice. It sounded very close too, but there was no one but me and Mark?

"What's wrong?"

Mark asked worriedly, no longer focused on our fight.

"You didn't hear that???"

"Hear what???"

'Use your power!'

I heard the voice again, but this time it was louder and harder than before, making me cover my ears and groan in pain.

"Hyung?!"

"Are you ok?!"

Chenle and Donghyuck stopped fighting too, and came running to me.

'Let your power consume you! Embrace it! Succumb to it!'

"N-No! S-Stop it!!"

I started yelling.

"Renjun, what's going on?! Who's messing with you?!"

Mark asked, but I just kept screaming at the voice.

'Come back to the dark side! You belong with us!'

"Leave me alone!!!"

Tears started streaming down my face, and the voice just felt like it was getting closer.

And just when Chenle, Donghyuck, and Mark were about to touch me to comfort me, a blast suddenly hit all of them, sending them flying off a few feet away from me.

They all groaned in pain, and it looked like they wouldn't be able to fight anymore.

I started panicking and started hyperventilating. Then when I looked up, there was a guy with black hair and an eyepatch standing in front of me.

The fact that he was wearing all black made him look even more intimidating.

"W-Who are y-you...???"

I asked, getting up and backing away.

"Zuho"

He answered.

"W-What do y-you want...?"

"You. And your power. I'll get rid of them if I have to, so that you'll cooperate"

It seemed like I had no choice but to fight him.

So I gathered up some decaying energy in my hand and tried to get a punch in, but he dodged it and punched me harder, sending me flying into the wall.

Despite the excruciating pain he caused me, I got back up and tried again.

And again.

And again..

And again...

And, again....

"If you're that desperate, just succumb to your power already and use it"

"N-Never.... I w-won't..."

I coughed out, laying desperately against the wall.

He gave me multiple scratches, and bloody nose, and my chest and stomach hurts from all the times he's punched me.

"If you're just gonna continue to resist, then I'll make you succumb to your power"

He started coming up to me, and I could see his black claws protrude from one of his hands.

He used that hand to put me in a chokehold and lifted me up. I tried to pry him off, but it was no use.

He used his other hand to take off my eyepatch and lifted his own off of his eye, and made me look in his eyes. The eye that was covered by the eyepatch was white with a narrowed black iris.

I don't know why, but that eye made it impossible to look away. He squeezed my neck tighter and harder, and I felt something start to happen.

It felt like he was draining all the energy from my body, but he was also transferring something in me.

I tried looking away, but I just couldn't. My eyes started getting heavy. I started feeling empty, as if he was trying to take my memories away too. I tried to yell for help from the others, but..., I can't remember their names...

I can't even remember..., my name...

"Ma...r......"

I heard Renjun trying to say my name, but he just stopped.

I saw his hands fall from Zuho's wrist, and he went limp.

That's when I couldn't take anymore.

I used all the rest of my strength to get up, and I tried walking to them, but I fell. I cursed under my breath by how weak I was.

I suddenly saw a flash of light go past me, and Zuho had let Renjun go. I quickly crawled to him and I tried shaking him to wake him up, but he didn't respond.

I don't even know what happened to Zuho, because I had pulled Renjun closer to me, and my eyes were closed while I was sobbing, continuously calling his name.

A few minutes later, I felt someone touch my head. I looked up, and I saw this white haired guy with a pink sweater on.

He just smiled at me, and teleported all of us back to the dorms. He healed me, Chenle, and Donghyuck too.

"Let me see him, please"

I handed Renjun over to him, and he put his hand on his forehead. There was a little pink light that appeared, and soon he was completely healed.

He smiled and handed him back to me.

"I restored him"

I was confused, until Renjun started waking up.

"R-Renjunie! A-Are you ok?!"

I asked, as we all looked down at him in my arms.

"Y-Yeah... I think so...-"

He rubbed his head, and looked up at us, but he looked puzzled when he saw us.

"I just have one question though..."

"What is it??"

We all asked at once.

We all thought it was just another joke of his, but his question made all of our hearts sink, and our smiles disappeared...

"W-Who are you people?"
