After we came back from our vacation, I became worried as soon as we met with everyone else.

It had come to my attention that eight of us were missing!

After inquiring our hyungs about it, Johnny informed us that Grover, Bledyyn, Aristotle, mom, dad, Xinyi, Noir, and Leiyong had moved out.

He told us that they left to go live with Ikki in Aeredale, so I traveled there without question as fast as I could.

When I arrived, I found them moving into three homes that the gems had apparently saved for them.

"Renjun~. You made it~"

Mom came up and hugged me when she spotted me.

"Sorry that we left without telling you son. We wanted to surprise you once we officially finished moving in. But I guess we were too slow~"

Dad joined the hug after seeing my worried expression.

"I was so worried... I thought that something happened while we were gone..."

"Impossible~. Don't forget how strong we are nephew~. We can take care of ourselves just fine~"

Xinyi cheered from his house.

I forgot just who I'm dealing with...

I'm so used to protecting people, that I forgot just how strong my family is...

"There's my favorite cousin~!"

"Nice to see you again Renjun"

Leiyong ran over and engulfed me in a huge hug, while Noir simply walked over, half asleep.

He finally changed out of his old clothes and took off his mask. This look suits him a lot better.

"It's good to see you both too~. But why are you here too Noir? If you don't mind me asking"

"That's easy to explain nephew~. I created Noir while I had control over Xansho. So even though he's not a demon like us, he's still our family. That makes him your cousin too~"

Xinyi explained.

"Oh~. Nice to know we're family Noir~"

"Likewise"

He smiled.

"So how's the housing arrangement for everyone dad?"

"Pretty simple really. I'll be living with your mom, of course. Xinyi, Leiyong, and Noir will live together, and Grover, Bledyyn, and Aristotle will live together. And the best part is that we'll all be living right next door to each other~. We'll never be far from each other~"

He explained.

"Sound good~. Mind if I have a look around then~?"

"Not at all~. The three musketeers should be waiting for you~. Go see them first~"

I nodded, and eagerly entered their new home.

"Welcome Master Renjun"

Aristotle greeted with a smile.

He was laying on a hammock, casually reading a book.

"Hey Aristotle~. I see your doing well~"

"I am. It feels great to be with my friends again, after all this time we've been apart"

"I'm still very sorry that it took so long..."

I frowned.

He got up from his hammock, and gently pat my shoulder.

"Stop blaming yourself so much. You were under a lot of pressure all this time. I wouldn't expect you to bring me back if you were preoccupied, especially with everything that's happened to you"

"...I really appreciate that. Thank you"

"No need to thank me at all~. Now head on downstairs. Grover and Bleddyn will be happy to see you"

He smiled.

I hugged him before I made my way down the stairs, and into a very nice lab!

"Young Master~!"

"It's nice to see you here Master Renjun"

Bledyyn and Grover both greeted me.

"Hi guys~. This is a really nice lab~"

"Why thank you~. It's an exact replica of our lab back in the heavenly realm~"

"Except it's a little brighter back there"

"Good point~~"

"It's still really nice~. I really like the plants~. They add a nice touch to the place~"

"I know right~. I think they're really pretty~~"

"They do lighten up the room a bit"

Grover smiled at the plants.

"Oh! And sorry that we left so soon. We just thought that we should have our own space, along with a lab of our own to help you~"

"Having multiple labs in different locations could prove useful to you one day"

"I really appreciate that~. Maybe you guys can help me with that investment in due time~"

"Without question~"

"Whenever you're ready"

"Renjun-aaahhh~. Come see our plaaaace~~"

That's Xinyi's voice...

"I guess I'll be going now..."

"Thanks for stopping by~~~"

"Now don't keep your dear uncle waiting"

"Come back soon~"

I bid my goodbyes to the three of them, then ventured off to Xinyi's home.

"Welcome nephew~"

Xinyi hugged me excitedly.

"You have a nice room uncle~. It suits you~"

"Why thank you~. Leiyong and Noir both pitched in to help me decorate it~"

"They certainly did a good job helping out. I bet their room must be somewhat the same right?"

"Oh no~. Theirs is very different from mine~. Follow me and you'll see what I mean~"

Xinyi grabbed my hand, and skipped with me to their room.

"Well. This is very different"

"Do you like it Renjun~? Noir and I worked really hard on it~"

Leiyong was sitting on their bed, while Noir was playing games on their pc.

"I can see that~. It's really nice, but I had no idea that you both liked this kind of style"

"We didn't either, until we started decorating. It's nice to know that someone has the same tastes as me, especially since Leiyong is my brother"

"Speaking of which~. It really feels nice to have a brother to hang out with~. Now I know how you feel with the others Renjun~"

"It does feel nice. I was so lonely before, but now I have a wonderful brother, and a loving father who turned out not to be a psychopathic criminal mastermind"

"Thanks bro~"

"Aww, thanks son~"

Xinyi and Leiyong both looked happy with Noir's kind words.

"Oh! I know that Luoyang and Zhenya are waiting for you~. Don't keep them waiting any longer nephew~"

"Oh yeah! I'll be off then. I'll see you guys later~"

After giving all of them hugs, I hurriedly made my way to my parents' house.

They were both waiting for me at the door when I showed up, but when they walked in with me, I came to realize that there was only one level!

"What happened to the rest of the house???"

They both just laughed at my question.

"I'm serious though..."

"We know kid~. We felt like this was enough for us~"

Dad pat my head before sitting on their couch.

"It has a kitchen, a bed, a bathroom, and a place to just relax~. We couldn't want or need anything more~"

I guess that's a good point.

"If it's enough to make us happy, then we don't need much. As long as we're together, we're just fine with the little that we have~"

I understand what dad means by that.

They haven't been together since I was born. All of those years must've been torture for them. And now that they're together, they don't want anything else but to stay together.

They don't need or want anything else, but each other.

It's true love. When you're together, and it feels as though nothing else matters, and nothing can bring you apart.

"All you could ever want is each other...~"

"We wouldn't be truly happy without you Renjun. You make us even more complete~"

"We feel even more at peace knowing that you stayed alive without us, and even now~. As long as we have each other, we don't need anything more~"

They both hugged me, and smothered me with love.

As long as I have the love of my family and friends, I can keep on living. We can all continue living together.

I won't let anyone or anything bring us apart.
