1 Week Later

Everyone welcomed me back with open arms a week ago, and of course, Chenle was the first to do so.

After a week of extra rest for me, the other Dreamies informed me that they wanted to take a little vacation, just the seven of us.

They got an address from Taeyong, and Jaemin input it into the Midnight Shadow a few hours ago.

So, we packed a few things for one week, and set off for our destination.

It feels good to be with just the six of them again. We haven't hung out with just each other for so long.

Even if it's just for a week, I'm glad we'll have this time together.

5 Hours Later

"We're almost there guys~"

Jaemin happily informed us.

He was driving with Mark, since they wanted to surprise me. If I ended up driving, I would've seen where we were going.

So I decided to take a nap with Jisung, and I've been I Spy with Chenle and Donghyuck ever since I woke up.

Jeno was playing a new game that came out on Earth called Ghost of Tsushima, and he seems to be enjoying it a lot. And when Jisung woke up, he sat next to Jeno and watched him play.

"Aaaaaand, we're here~!"

Mark alerted and quickly parked.

We got here just in time too. It's already starting to get dark.

Jaemin covered my eyes, while the rest walked outside. He directed me to where everyone was and uncovered my eyes, revealing a piece of our past.

"This is..."

"Our old home~~~"

Chenle cheered.

"We wanted to surprise you after all of your hard work~. This is what we came up with while you were gone, with Taeyong-hyung's help of course~"

Mark added.

"Sorry that we couldn't tell you that we were coming back to Bora City~. You're just so smart that we knew you'd figure it out right away~"

Jeno pat my shoulder with a smile.

These guys are amazing... They did everything perfectly from the get go, and kept me from finding out until now...

It's like they knew that, deep in my heart, I really wanted to come back here...

"Well don't just stand there~. Let's go in~"

Donghyuck excitedly picked me up, and we headed inside after Jisung opened the door.

I remember this...~.

This was our old living room and kitchen...~.

"I call sleeping on the couch!"

Mark alerted, whilst jumping onto the couch.

"You sure hyung? There's more beds in the other rooms"

"I'm fine Hyuckie~. The couch rolls out into a bed, and I'll be closer to the door when someone comes by~"

"Someone like who?"

Jaemin asked.

"The delivery guys after I call them~"

"Multiple ones???"

Jisung questioned.

"Yup~. I know we all want different things~. Everything we order is on me this week~"

Mark happily whipped his card out, and confidently slung it on the coffee table.

"Let's explore the rest of the house first before ordering~"

Jeno excitedly led us to the next room, which happened to be the bathroom.

"I remember this bathroom~~~!"

Chenle happily walked inside to examine it further.

I remember the first time Chenle set foot in this bathroom. It was the day after we met.

Taeyong tried to give him a bath the morning after we took him in, but he was too scared to. So, I decided to get in the bath with him so that he wouldn't be scared.

In the end, he actually had fun and completely forgot about his fear after I got in with him. It was a great bonding experience for us.

After Chenle had his fun investigating, we ventured into the next room. The first bedroom.

I remember this room very well~.

We all used to sleep in here together when we were kids~.

Mark and Donghyuck slept on the top left bunk, Jeno and Jaemin slept on the top right bunk, and Chenle, Jisung, and I slept on the two bottom bunks.

Most of the time, it would be me and Chenle sleeping on the bottom left bunk, while Jisung had the bottom right bunk to himself.

But sometimes we'd switch up.

I'd sleep with Jisung while Chenle had the bunk to himself, or we'd all sleep on one or the other.

Chenle, Jaemin, Donghyuck, and Jeno all called dibs on this room, then we moved on to the next room. The second bedroom.

This was without a doubt Taeyong's bedroom.

I don't know why, but I can just feel it. It feels like I've been in this room many times before.

Maybe I was when I was a baby. He would want to keep me close, even while he would sleep.

"...I want this room"

I mumbled.

None of them questioned my choice, and complied with my decision.

Before we ordered our foods, Jisung found another door hidden in one of the closets. It led down into a tiny basement room, with the hidden bedroom laid out in it!

"Where'd this room come from???"

Donghyuck questioned, confused like the rest of us.

"I don't know, but I call dibs"

Jisung jumped into the bed without hesitation, and immediately turned the tv on.

"I guess we should start ordering the food now"

Mark then whipped out his phone, and we all proceeded to order our foods.

Hours Later

We all finished eating some of what we ordered for now, and decided to hang out a bit before heading to bed.

"So how'd you like the surprise Injun~?"

Mark questioned, eager to know my thoughts.

"It was so unexpected. I never saw it coming. But, that's why I loved it so much. I was just too overjoyed to say anything. It feels so nice to be back here, together with you guys again. I really appreciate this so much...~"

"Awww, it was no big deal~. We thought it'd be a cool thing to do after we saved the worlds. There's no one to fight and nothing holding us back, so why not right~?"

Jeno smiled brightly.

"Exactly~. This gives us time to think about and plan our future~"

"With them...~"

Jisung cheered, and Jaemin lovingly sighed.

"Oh yeah! There's a question I've been meaning to ask! If you guys could have any gender, baby wise, which would you want~?"

Chenle excitedly questioned.

"Boy~"

Mark, Jeno, and Jisung all answered at once.

"Oooh~, me too~"

Chenle happily cheered.

"I want a girl~"

"I do too~"

Donghyuck and Jaemin both smiled at the thought of having daughters, rather than sons.

"How about you hyung~?"

Chenle asked.

They all looked eager to know my answer.

I won't lie. I've thought about this for a while, plenty of times before now. I made my choice a while ago, and I hope that it'll come to pass when the time comes.
