I forgot to draw Zeus in the first one 😭 Btw, the shirt on the bottom one should be EXACTLY like the one at the top but I forgot to save the change I had made so it's the same exact shirt as the one at the top.

The shirt at the top is like one of the shirts where the sleeves are on the side and halfway on the arm.. if you understand what I'm talking about?

I don't know how to explain it or if I even explained it right 😅 But I hope that you guys understand what I was trying to say.

As they were walking back, the three had called Kurapika and had told him what had happened, which he had told them to stay away from the Troupe.

Finally making it back to the motel, the slight creak of the door opening echoed throughout the air and as they walked inside, the sight of Leorio and Zepile sitting on the floor as they drank alcohol greeted them.

'Let the good times roll! How'd about another?'

Watching as Leorio poured Zepile another drink, Killua left eye twitched as he looked between the two and a small vein popped through the skin in his forehead.

With her face falling into a deadpanned expression, Valentine sighed slightly and heard as Zeus let out an irritated chirp, an annoyed look on his face.

'Really?',Killua questioned, an annoyed and aggravated tone in his voice,'We were captured and these two were sitting here drinking!?'

Finally noticing their appearance in the room, Leorio turned towards the three and drunkenly smiled at them.

'Heyy, hey, you're back! Join the party',Leorio encouraged and held the drink out to them,'Come on, have a drink with us'

Letting out a sigh, Killua closed his eyes and shook his head, his head tilted down as his eyebrow twitched in irritation.

But as his eyes were closed, he didn't notice that Leorio had shoved the drink into Valentine's hands and caused her to stumble back slightly.

Lifting the bottle to her nose, Valentine breathed in slightly and quickly pulled back, her nose scrunching up in disgust at the horrendous smell.

But alas, curiosity had gotten the best of the young blonde and she hesitantly lifted the bottle to her lips; which had come out way too quick causing quite a lot to come out, but as soon as the large swig had touched her tongue, her face immediately scrunched up in disgust.

'Idiot, we're not old enough to drink alco—'

"BLEH!"

Quickly snapping his head in her direction, eyes of sapphires widened in shock and Killua's lips parted as his eye slightly twitched in annoyance.

Did she really just take a sip?

'Valentine, you idiot!'

Snatching the bottle from her hands as quickly as he could, Killua kept it away from the blonde and he didn't really have to as Valentine tried to wipe the taste off of her tongue, but it was too late.

She had already caused the damage.

Feeling as a harsh hit bonked her on the top of her head, Valentine winced slightly and raised her hands to her head, a small whine leaving her lips.

But she had deserved that.

'Why would you even try that, dumbass!?'

"I was curious!"

'You were—...'

Sighing an aggravated breath out from his nose, Killua placed his hands on his hips and slowly shook his head.

What was he going to do with this girl?

Once the effects had worn off, the three had explained to Leorio what had happened and he hummed in understanding, closing his eyes for a moment.

'Man.. look, I had no idea',Leorio stated,'I'm just amazed you guys got out alive'

'Wow, I never realized that the Phantom Troupe was so dangerous',Zepile said.

Looking towards Zepile with a small smile, Gon began to explain how they had actually escaped.

'We actually used one of the tricks that you taught us, Mr. Zepile',Gon explained,'It really came in handy'

With shock covering his face, Zepile looked between the three; technically four, as they stared at him and rose his eyebrows in confusion.

If the exit is blocked, then they just had to make their own.

'I get it',Zepile said,'Even though I wasn't there, I'm glad I was able to help in some way'

Taking a long drag of his cigarette, Zepile slowly exhaled and thin ropes of smoke glide through the air like a gentle stream, before evaporating.

'I hadn't thought about it that way, but.. a little bit of con artistry might actually go a long way against the Phantom Troupe'

'Right!',Leorio exclaimed,'Forgery is the way to go! You see, guys, I haven't just been drinking myself silly, I've been learning a whole lot from Zepile, here'

Holding drinks in their hands, the three stared at the men for a moment.

Slowly raising the red can to her lips, Valentine slowly sipped at the strawberry flavored soda and looked between the two.

'And tomorrow morning, we'll hit up the auction',Leorio said,'You guys are coming too, right?'

Looking towards one another, the three looked between each other and Gon looked back towards Leorio.

'We'd like to, but Valentine and I need to find Kurapika and learn all about Nen',Gon explained.

'Kurapika?',Leorio questioned,'So you got through to him?'

Nodding his slowly, Leorio stopped for a moment and tilted his head to the side in confusion.

'Yup, but we're waiting for him to call us back'

'Wait, you say you're going to learn about Nen from him?'

'Yeah, that's right'

'Why?'

Slowly raising his drink to his lips, Killua closed his eyes and took a sip, before lowering it.

Feeling a small headache form, Valentine winced slightly and laid her head on the silverette's shoulder, slowly rubbing her temple, causing Killua to glance at her from the corner of his eye.

'He just learned about Nen himself, didn't he?',Leorio questioned .

'Sure, but Kurapika managed to defeat a member of the Phantom Troupe',Gon explained.

'Seriously'

'Yeah, he knows something about it that we don't. He has to. Like a strength that doesn't need power or even experience to make it work'

After Gon had found out from Kurapika that the spiders were dead, his eyebrows furrowed together and his face scrunched up in confusion.

Despite the eerie and monotoned voice devoid of any emotion, Gon could immediately tell who had called and his eyes lit up.

'Eh? What do you mean?',The green haired boy questioned but the call was brought to a hasty end.

Staring at the phone with a confused look on his face, Gon slowly looked up at the small group and looked between Valentine and Killua.

'Kurapika told me that the spiders are dead'

With their eyes widening in shock, they all looked at one another and couldn't believe the news.

There was no way.

The just-risen sun shone softly on the city streets, bringing with it a flurry of early-morning activity; Golden fingers of sunlight shone softly on the city streets, bringing with it a flurry of early-morning activity.

On the soft grass, a blanket was sprawled across the spring green blades of grass and three children sat amongst it as a hawk chased after a grasshopper that was quickly hopping away from him.

Admist the bright clearing, forlorned blonde haired man slowly walked across the park and approached the group.

'Is that-?'

Eyes of steel locked onto two boys having a eating contest and a young blonde sitting by the end of the blanket, looking between them with an impassive look on her face.

Slowly, eyes of lightning locked onto his and they brightened considerably.

"Kurapika!"

Quickly jumping to her feet, Valentine hadn't noticed that she had knocked against Killua's hand, causing him to accidentally kick Gon, which caused the green-haired boy to spit out his food as he exclaimed in pain.

'Oh, ew, Gon!'

As the food splattered onto his face, Killua's eyes were thankfully closed and he slowly exhaled, looking towards Gon who had a fearful look on his face.

Wrapping her arms around Kurapika, Valentine felt as he slowly wrapped his arms around her, with a gentle squeeze to invoke feelings of warmth and safety.

It was almost as if Kurapika was thinking of this hug as a momentary salvation from the bitter cruelty of reality.

Hearing someone approaching them, Valentine pulled away from the blonde boy and looked up at him, a bright smile on her face.

"This is amazing, Kurapika!",Valentine stated,"Since the Troupe is gone, you can finally focus on your goal; finding the eyes of your people"

With his lips parting slightly, a surprised look formed on Kurapika's face and his eyes softening as he looked at the girl.

'Valentine..'

'And if there's anything we can do to help you out, just tell us'

"Yeah and we'll gladl—"

Before Valentine could continue, the blonde's face was instantly smushed into a cream pie and the Zoldyck beside her, who was covered in the food that had been spit on him from Gon because of her, deviously smiled; kind of looking like a cat, a small snicker leaving his lips.

Shakily breathing out and controlling her anger, eyes of a goddesses flower slowly opened and turned towards the Zoldyck, a small glare on her face.

Quickly grabbing another pie that was on the blanket, Valentine threw it at the silverette as he skillfully dodged it and chased after him.

"What did you do that for!?"

'You started it when you caused Gon to spit on me! I was only getting my revenge',Killua countered.

As the two playfully bickered and tried as hard as they could to beat one another in this competition they had unknowingly began, a small smile smile pulled at the edge of Kurapika's lips as he watched them.

Hearing a sharp screech, Kurapika's eyes followed the hawk that quickly flew after the silverette and he watched as Valentine placed a hand on her stomach and the other over her mouth as she laughed; all of them watching as Zeus playfully pulled at Killua's hair.

'Get away from me, you winged rat!'

But the silverette had used it to his advantage and raced to towards the blonde girl, so that as soon as she had opened her eyes, a loud screech left her lips and she ducked down as Killua slightly hopped over her; which wasn't hard since she was smaller than him.

Slowly standing back to her feet, Valentine furrowed her eyebrows and looked forward, only for her eyes to widen as Zeus was inches from her face before the force of him ramming into her, knocked her off of her feet.

With his eyes widening slightly in concern, Kurapika's tense shoulder slowly unloosened as Valentine's laughs filled his ears and a small chuckle left his lips, before it turned into a light but full laugh.

Being in the room that they had been staying in for a while, the five all grinned at one another and Zeus was currently perched on Kurapika's shoulder, having nuzzled into him a low purring churr leaving the hawk's beak.

'Wow, it's been a while since we were all together!',Gon exclaimed happily.

'Yeah',Leorio chuckled out.

Looking up at the taller man, Gon had noticed the disappearance of another man and furrowed his eyebrows in confusion as he looked around for him, wondering where he had went.

''Where's Mr. Zepile?',Gon asked as they all began to walk towards the elevator.

'Oh, he went back over to pick up the check and find some more loot to sell',Leorio explained.

As they all stopped at the elevators closed doors, Leorio rose his eyebrows slightly and looked between them.

'Hey, you know something?',Leorio stated, looking towards Kurapika.

'What?'

'You've got this intensity about you',Leorio explained,'Your presence is a whole lot stronger than it was'

Looking up towards the man in surprise, Kurpika blinked in shock and tilted his head to the side.

'Really?',He questioned,'...Well, I wish I could say the same for you'

Quickly covering her mouth as she let out a small snort of a laugh, Valentine's face went red as everyone turned her way and she blinked slightly, her eyes wide with innocence.

"..What?"
