Baekhyun and Seulgi walked behind Namjoon with guns in their hands. There was no way Y/N would be able to fight Seulgi, Baekhyun and Jackson together.

Y/N: Namjoon?

Jackson was working with Namjoon, this could mean only one thing. Jackson was still an agent, this whole thing was a mission.

Namjoon: Y/N, before you lash out on me, I had reasons

Baekhyun: What the fvck Namjoon?

Namjoon: Baekhyun, I'll get back to you in a minute

Seulgi shushed Baekhyun. He too was shocked as Y/N to find out Namjoon and Jackson working together.

Y/N: Did you lie about everything then?

Namjoon: Not everything. I'll explain. You helped me to get rid of the old KIA, thank you. Remember when I said, I won't tolerate crime in this city? That included the Black Bullet gang. Our pasts together don't matter because at the end of the day, you're a part of the crime world. And it is my duty to get rid of crime. That's why I put this whole plan together, told Jackson to act like he wanted to take over mafia. I sent you to Daegu purposely on the same day Jungkook was away; so that we'd find a chance to abduct Jongsoo.

Y/N: You son of a b*tch!!

Namjoon: I didn't completed lie on your parents' part. Firstly, your father's body was never found, it's true. And your mother was sent to that mission 30 years ago, destroy the drugs, kill Daeshim. And she completed both the tasks. Killing Daeshim was carefully done, no one found him ever. It was all set up

Y/N: To trap me?

Namjoon: Yes, to trap you. I put up the whole drama to make up a stupid mission and send you away for a day. What you had burnt wasn't drugs, they were bags filled with garbage.

Things all started to fall in place, why Namjoon was so desperate for Y/N to perform the mission.

Y/N: So, what are you going to do now?

Namjoon stayed quiet, Jackson continued.

Jackson: No one other than me, Namjoon and Seulgi knew about this setup. Not even Baekhyun

Baekhyun: For fvck's sake you could've told me

Jackson: This was also a loyalty test for Baekhyun. We wanted to see whether he's betray KIA and join hands with me. You passed the loyalty test. And as Namjoon had promised, Y/N is all yours

Baekhyun smirked tightening his grip on his gun. Y/N figured out they wanted Baekhyun back in the team as he was quite useful.

Baekhyun: Finally, I get satisfaction

Namjoon turned around. He didn't want to witness Y/N's death despite being the one who set all this up. A part of Y/N understood him, he was doing his duty. He was awfully good at it. She could applaud his cleverness. First, he used her to get rid of KIA authorities, but eventually he was going to get rid of her, Jungkook and everything they ever built. And another part of hers wanted to clutch his heart out of his chest.

Baekhyun: Y/N

Baekhyun walked to the front with a look of victory over his face.

Baekhyun: Mr. Kim always praised you, saying you were the wisest... I was a little jealous, but guess what

Baekhyun pointed the gun at her, ready to avenge Mr. Kim.

Baekhyun: You're infact a little stupid

He was mocking at the fact that she walked right into the trap.

Baekhyun: Goodbye

Y/N snickered a little.

Y/N: True, I'm a little stupid. But thankfully, my husband isn't.

Bullets emitted from machine guns, raines through the windows right after Y/N ducked and lowered herself. A few of them hit Baekhyun. Seulgi saw the bullets and ducked along with Namjoon. Jackson was able to save himself as well. As the smoke cleared up, a few people walked in from the front door.

Y/N smiled while getting up. Jungkook stood with open arms. Behind him was Jimin and Taehyung. Y/N ran into his arms and gave him a tight hug. A lot of men from the gang entered and held the enemies down.

Y/N: You were right....

***EARLIER***

Y/N was on her way to the address Namjoon had sent her; Jungkook was following her in his car. It felt more like a race. He eventually surpassed her. He drifted ahead of her and pulled the brakes. Y/N had to stop her car as well or she'd crash into him. She got out of the car, frustrated.

Y/N: Have I not myself clear?

Jungkook: Y/N, stop behaving like a child

He also got out of the car while speaking. Y/N was at her breaking point, she held his collars and shook him.

Y/N: You cheated on me

Jungkook: What?

Y/N: You met your ex without telling me

Tears leaked out of her eyes at this point. She had too much on her mind.

Jungkook :How do you know about that? Right, you were also in Daegu

Y/N: So it's true...

Y/N was about to walk away but he pulled her back.

Jungkook: It was about business

Y/N: Don't lie

Jungkook: If I cheated, I would admit it. But there's no one other than you who I can think of

Y/N: Stop driving me crazy. What was 'so' important that you had to meet her?

Jungkook: Her dad provided info related to Jackson's whereabouts. I know where Jongsoo is, Y/N.

Hoseok stopped the car and Jin quickly got out.

Hoseok: The location says top floor

Jin: You stay here, I'll get Jongsoo

Hoseok nodded. Jin took a few of his men and entered the building. In no time he reached the top floor. It was common to keep hostages in normal places, people wouldn't grow suspicious in that way. Jin walked towards the last room on the top floor. It was already open, not locked. The crowd entered the hotel room very carefully. There was no one, but they heard a loud bang from the bathroom door. It was locked from outside, the keys were still attached to the door knob. Jin opened, hoping he'd find Jongsoo. Instead it was a man who had a frustrated look on his face. Once he realized what was going on, he raised his hands and surrendered.

Jin: Where's the kid?

???: I swear, I don't know!

Jin: I'll ask you again, nicely. Where is Jongsoo?

The man struggled to speak.

???: The devi-- I mean, that kid.. He escaped

Jin: What?

???: Yes.. I was the only one looking after him. The kid didn't eat, he didn't cry either. He barely talked. I thought he's eventually die out of starvation. But he actually formulated a clever plan. He managed to steal the apartment keys and he licked me up in the bathroom.

The man looked over to the circular table where his coat laid.

???: He even took my gun...

Jin: What?! A fvcking gun?!!

Jin hit the man's neck with his gun and made him pass out.

Hoseok: He's not here? Got it.

Hoseok walked around the place but failed to find Jongsoo. There was barely any security. The place was also a bit crowded.

??: How odd! Are people really buying the kids toy guns?

Hoseok: Excuse me, where did you see that?

??: Back there...

Hoseok walked in the direction the passerby showed him..

Hoseok: Jongsoo!

Finally the kid showed up. He was hiding behind a rocky structure. Jongsoo was pointing the gun at Hoseok, he failed ti recognise his voice and felt threatened.

Hoseok: It's me Jongsoo!

Jongsoo: Uncle Hoseok?

Jongsoo dropped the weapon and ran to Hoseok who pulled him into a hug.

Hoseok: Were you scared?

Jongsoo: Yes, but I didn't cry

Hoseok couldn't help but notice how Jongsoo resembled his parents. He inherited their bravery and wits.

Jungkook: I know where Jongsoo is

Y/N: So do I, I'm going there

Jungkook: You're heading to the opposite direction

Y/N: But according to Namjoon...

Jungkook: It's a lie. The whole thing is a setup by Namjoon and Jackson

Y/N: What?

Jungkook: Namjoon had sent you to kill a man who is already dead. Daeshim is long dead, he was killed by KIA

Jungkook's family was related to the underworld, he was probably telling the truth, Y/N thought.

Y/N: Then what about Namjoon's spy? Byun Baekhyun is his spy on Jackson's team. Why would he spy on him if they are working together?

Jungkook: Can't you see it? Why would Baekhyun 'ever' work for KIA again? After all that Namjoon had done to destroy Mr. Kim's system? Namjoon promised him something in return.

Y/N: My life...?

Jungkook: If what you're saying is true, Baekhyun probably doesn't know of their partnership either

Y/N: Why would Namjoon....

Jungkook: You're clever enough to guess it

Y/N started to realise. Jackson was still working for Namjoon, and this was all just a setup to get rid of of Black Bullet system. In the end, KIA needs to end crime groups. And this was a way (in exchange for Y/N's life) for them to get back a potential agent, Baekhyun.

Y/N: Where's Jongsoo?

Jungkook received a text, he smiled.

Jungkook: Hoseok and Jin found him

Y/N couldn't believe it at first. She smiled widely but soon her grin vanished.

Y/N: I can't trust Jin anymore

Y/N looked away.

Y/N: Why didn't you tell me that it was Jin who shot Mark?

Jungkook: Now's not the right time to talk about that. Jin always wanted the best for you. Trust me, he actually got our son. You and me...

He held Y/N's hands.

Jungkook: Need to teach our foes a lesson

Now that he clarified everything, Y/N was feeling much better. She hugged him. He was about to kiss her when a couple of cars stopped by. Jimin, Taehyung and many others were present. Y/N smiled before getting back in her car and then drove away.

***Back to present***

Y/N: You were right

Jungkook looked at Jackson who was unharmed.

Jungkook: Don't you remember, Babe? I win every single game

Y/N: How could I ever forget that?

Jackson: You don't appear worried about your son. Our men still have him.

Y/N: You need to worry about your own self

Namjoon: Ugh

Their attention shifted at Namjoon. He received a bullet.

Seulgi: He needs to be treated!

Jimin: With another bullet!

Namjoon: Y/N, I know something about your father

Y/N: What?

Namjoon: Guarantee you'll let me go and I'll tell you

Y/N: Sure! Unlike you, I keep my word.

Namjoon: Someone managed to get him out of the Silent Prison

Y/N got closer, Namjoon said the name under his breath.

Y/N: Is this a joke?

Namjoon: No

Y/N: Jungkook, let's leave

Taehyung: Before you go, tell us what to do with them

Jungkook stayed silent. He wanted Y/N to make the decision. He wanted Y/N to know that she was still the boss, that she could control everything that he controlled. Baekhyun was likely dead, Namjoon was shot. Jackson and Seulgi were just fine.

Y/N: Namjoon,you were quick enough to decide my death. But I can't throw away but we had. You were my favourite person in the agency, the person I would come to for advice, the superior I admired so much. I don't want you dead. But if you mess with me again, I will make you pay

Jimin: So she's not killing them? (whispers)

Taehyung: Ugh women!

Taehyung watched them leave. He finally decided to the call. His phone had been ringing since forever.

Taehyung: What?

Rina: You absolute trash, where were you?

Taehyung: Kind of occupied, why?

Rina: Your mom knows

Taehyung: You told her

Rina: No I didn't. You have an apparent mole on your right hand. One you had as a child as well. That mixed with the fact that you are a carbon copy of your dad, she figured it out. And guess what, they're in Seoul.

Taehyung was left speechless. Jimin noticed it but decided not to ask for the time being.

Y/N walked out of the farmhouse, holding hands with Jungkook. She looked over to her right, a woman stood with a big machine gun in her hand. She was probably the one who fired the bullets

Y/N: Jessi?!

Jessi: Hey sexy!

Jessi gave Y/N a tight jump-hug.

Y/N: You're back?

Jessi: Yep

Y/N: How's your grandma?

Jessi: She passed away

Y/N: Oh, I'm sorry

Jessi was away because her grandma, the only relative she had left, was awfully sick. Her grandma wanted to spend her last days with her, which is why it took so long.

Jessi: I guess I can't leave you alone anymore, you always manage to get in trouble

Jungkook: If you're done, can I take my wife back?

Jessi: Yeah, she's all yours

Jungkook: I know that

Y/N giggled and pulled him into a kiss before they got in the car.

Jungkook: What did Namjoon say?

Y/N: I'll tell you later. For now I'm just happy that all this is over. And you know what? It wouldn't have happened if you hadn't stepped in. I would be dead by now

Jungkook: And what's my prize?

Y/N: Anything you want

She winked, Jungkook reaches down to her thigh.

Jungkook: I wish you're in a short dress right now

She smiled and removed his hand.

Y/N: I need to make sure Jongsoo is okay. We can have fun later. We have forever to continue

Jungkook: Forever?

Y/N: Yeah, I'm never leaving you

Taehyung arrived at the given address. It was Rina's apartment. She was standing outside waiting for him.

Rina: Finally (rolls eyes) they're inside

The door was slightly opened. Taehyung could see his parents throught the small space.

Taehyung: Thanks for bringing them

Rina: I only accept gratitude in cash

Taehyung: I think there's something you need to know

He informed her about Irene's situation and proceeded to enter.

Soyeon: He's here

Taehyung's father looked at him, he couldn't hold back his tears.

Jeonggyu: Son?

Taehyung had never addressed someone as 'father'. He felt perplexed. His father hugged him, followed by his mother. For the first time ever, Taehyung felt the feeling of 'home'.

Jeonggyu: Why didn't you tell us... We don't care about your past, what you did or what you do. You're our son, and that's all we need.

Taehyung: Mother, Father... I have so much to tell you

For the first time, tears escaped Taehyung's eyes.

Jin and Hoseok arrived at Jungkook's mansion. Y/N and Jungkook were standing outside, waiting. As soon as Jongsoo stepped out, Y/N covered her mouth feeling relieved. She was expecting he'd run upto her but he ran past her and hugged Jungkook first. Jungkook too was shocked. Jongsoo wasn't that open to him yet he's the first one he came for comfort. Jongsoo looked over to Y/N and then hugged her. Y/N felt like she could finally breathe. In no time, she started to sob.

Y/N: Are you hurt anywhere?

Jongsoo: Don't cry mom, I'm fine!

Jungkook: I heard what you did, I couldn't be more proud of you

Jungkook patted his head.

Jongsoo: I missed both of you!

Y/N pulled him back into a tight cuddle.

Y/N: I was so worried.

Finally everything was settled in Y/N's life. But there was someone who was in great suffering.

Irene: Don't tell Y/N about this, she just got out of trouble

Suga: Okay

Someone barged into the room and caught them by surprise.

Irene: Rina?

Irene stood up and walked to Rina, who had an unreadable expression.

Irene: Is everything okay?

Rina: You ass! How could you not tell me?

Irene: I thought you wouldn't care

Rina: How could I not... You are my sister, my twin

Rina was finally being true to herself. Irene had done nothing wrong, Rina was just angry at her past. She just wanted to blame someone.

Rina: I can feel it Irene. Your pain. We're one person living in two identical bodies, I can feel it.

Irene stood silent. She didn't expect this out of Rina. After Taehyung killed their step father, Rina felt free from her past. She was no longer angry at anyone.

Irene: Sister...

All the memories of their childhood flashed in their minds, they were so close. They could feel that connection again. Irene lost happiness, but she also found one. And then she smiled faintly. She cried, her tears were a mix of sorrow and happiness. Rina pulled her close. Irene was always the delicate one. Rina used to hug her just like this to calm her down when they were kids.

Y/N sat down opposite to Jin. He put forward a paper aeroplane.

Jin: We found this around the building. Jongsoo probably made it for you

Y/N unfolded it, she could tell from the handwriting that it was Jongsoo.

Jin: Won't you talk to me?

Y/N refrained from speaking. She hadn't forgotten the past. Jin shot Mark. But at the same time she knew, Jin brought her son back.

Jin: I'm sorry. I'll apologize to Mark once he gets better

Y/N: What if he doesn't?

Jin: We all have received a bullet once or twice in our life. He'll recover for sure.

Y/N: It's not about wound, it's about who wounded him. How could you?

Jin: You're all I have Y/N. I felt like we're threatened. My anger took over me. I should've listened to you, I should've tried to understand. But I didn't want to risk anything anymore. We've lost so much already. After everything we've been through... seperated as children, reuniting in a completely different setting, so much happened. Please don't throw that away

Y/N: I'll forgive you, but I'll truly forget about what you did until Mark's forgive you

Jin: Thank you Y/N

Y/N: Now, where's that woman?

Jin: Who?

Y/N: Jisoo. I am not forgiving her for what she did!

Jin took a deep breath.

Y/N: Don't tell me you are in love with her or something

Jin: But I am. It's okay if you don't want me to be together with her, but atleast don't hurt her. Her mom was kidnapped.

Y/N understood the whole thing when he said that and all of a sudden, she didn't want to kill Jisoo. Maybe because she had known her from the past, she knew how Jisoo actually was.

Time would eventually heal everything and that's what they all needed.
