4: In this story, Y/n will be turning 24 years old, while Diego will remain the same age as he is at the beginning of Season 1. If the age gap bothers you, then this story might not be for you. However, it's something I love, and many others do too.

5: This story WILL BE following the plot line of the Umbrella Academy series. But some dialogues in the show will be show in this book.

6: Please disregard the mistakes, misspelling, and grammatical errors. This is my first Diego Hargreeves x Reader story. I plan to edit the entire book after I complete it. I'm no expert author or editor as well so bear with me guys.

7: Y/n and Diego had a complicated history together. Their relationship was marked by ups and downs, filled with intense arguments and disagreements. They were often on and off, struggling to find stability.
