The week flew by fast and soon after getting confirmation from everyone's parents. We were headed on the train to the station where we then went to a muggle park to meet Tony and Natasha at one of the Quin jets to fly back to New York.

"Tony, nat, I missed you" I said letting Matteo's hand go and hugging them

"So who's everyone?" Natasha asked

"You know Theo, but this is Matteo that's his brother Tom, the blond is Draco and beside him is pansy, then Blaise and Daphne then Enzo as well, his girlfriend couldn't make it so it's only him" I said pointing everyone out

"Well nice to meet you all, but let's get going before fury calls for a mission" Natasha said leading us into the jet

"Buckle up it's fast" Tony said with a grin

In no time the others got used to the ride and we kept chatting as if nothing was different. As if we weren't in a jet flying secretly over the world to get back to New York City at the avengers tower. And when we landed on the towers roof about two hours after I happily exited too excited to see my family again. Once I showed everyone to their designated rooms I pulled Matteo into mine so we could be alone.

"This place is nice" he smirked

"Wait until you see how nice my bed is" I smirked grabbing his tie and kissing him

"Hmm so sweet" he smiled

"Miss Carter it appears your father is here demanding your presence" Jarvis said

I sighed softly and nervousness filled me as I told Matteo to wait here so I could see what Steve wanted. As much as he didn't want to let me go alone I convinced him it wouldn't take long.

"Steve" I said approaching him and the blond bitch wasn't anywhere near us

Happy that this was I stepped closer but he was beyond angry just looking at me.

"So school isn't where you're staying because why?" He snapped

"I come back because we're on break I brought my friends too" I said

"Boys too" he laughed darkly

"So what you don't have a say this isn't your home and your not even a father to me" I snapped

"Watch your mouth" he snapped taking a step closer to me

"I don't have to stop, I have every right to tell you that the not my father and that mum would be so oh wait is so disappointed and disgusted with you that she doesn't even say your name when she visits" I said laughing

Suddenly he slapped me causing shocked gasp from me. I growled loudly and he and I began to argue and fight. When he went to punch me a hand stopped him it was Tony.

"Haven't I told you never lay a hand on my kid" he snapped

"She's not yours" Steve snapped

"By law she is now, I took the opportunity go visit the court for this, here's the papers approving it all she's no longer Trinity Carter/rogers but Trinity stark" Tony said

"Really, you think you had this done without my consent and that somehow it's by law, by law you need me to give over my rights and I didn't sign anything" Steve said

"I went to court I talked and they were convinced on my behalf so much so that they pulled strings to get it approved therefore by Law I don't need permission from you as the paper says in your hand" Tony smirked

"Bye Steve" I smirked

My friends hand long come out to see what was going on and Matteo rushed to me pulling me into his arms.

"Wow such a slut, what you fucking him too?" Steve snapped

"Call my mate a slut again and see what happens" Matteo growled

"Leave my tower now" Tony said calmly

And he did without hesitation or any kind of protests whatsoever I turned and hugged Tony and he happily hugged back.

"Thanks dad" I smiled causing him to smile as well

"You have some explaining so meet me in the lab" he said

I followed after tony to his lab without Matteo having told him and the others to mingle and stay behind while I'd be back.

"So why Matteo, and why did he call you his mate?" Tony asked

"Turns out in their world, the world of magic and whatever have things called soulmates, he is mine and I'm his but he was willing to let me be with Theo because i didn't know about soulmates until i arrived at Hogwarts which was confusing trust me, but he's good to me that's for sure" i said

"How does it work?" He asked

"Umm, to solidify the bond we have to mark one another and umm you know sleep together" i said nervously

"What...you slept with him?" He said shocked

"Well yeah, when you go for so long without touching and without solidifying the bond the female goes into heat and trust me that shit is painful enough" i said

"So, he's your forever then?" He asked

"Yep, but i believe that similar to the human world you have soulmates too, because your enhanced and all at least that's what i gathered" i said

"Can you tell me how i would know?" He asked

"Yes" i said
