Note: I know I said no more Leon and Willow, but for some reason I cannot take it off my head, where the story is headed towards so well hope you do not roll eyes on this chapter. I don't care I just want to write what I feel strong about even if I will regret it, it's better to regret after doing than having what if's, in my head.

Willow glares at her mother's back who busies herself preparing the dinner, she then turns to stares at her father who quietly cuts the vegetables so making her way towards him she takes the knife out of his hand.

"Why are we even doing this?" she asks her father who shrugs his shoulders"

"Dad, seriously this is going overboard"

"Inviting one's in-laws for dinner is not overboard" her mother points.

"Well not our fault if they are rich and wants to keep throwing parties"

"Willow, no arguments on this, go set the table and do not I ask you to not open your mouth tonight"

"So, you want me to stare at all the food and not eat?" she asks.

"You know what I mean! And anyways, Maddox has been such a kind man by letting you stay in his house"

"So, what? He is rich he does not need me to pay rent and I am broke, I cannot pay"

"He loves you that is why he keeps up with you and this idiot does not know"

"Mom, he has enough rooms in the house, me taking over one does not make any difference and he should be thankful that because of me, he does not have to worry about babysitters, see gain for both of us...

You know dad, there are these books on babysitters who either gets seduced or seduce the man of the house, I am in a way protecting Mad and his family, he should be grateful" Willow argues.

"Oh, the great Willow, if this is so then when are you two getting married or have you been refusing to marry him in name of freedom and independence or your good for nothing fantasy world" her mother asks and Willow pouts.

"Well, he needs to propose me for me to say yes, mom and I proposed to him twice"

"What?" both her parents shout in shock.

"It was by accident, nothing serious" she sighs.

"Did he say yes?" her mother asks as she shuts the gas to walk towards Willow.

"Who cares, I have not" Willow groans before she winces as her mother hits on her arm.

"Such an idiot! He is a good man, good enough to take you back and this girl, immediately ask him to marry you and you better record his yes" her mother shouts.

"But from what I read, should not a man get on his knee for me?" Willow frowns.

"Oh, so when it comes to marriage where does all of your glory words on women's equality goes? He proposes or you, who cares as long as you two get married"

"I have hopes and dreams too, mom"

"And you are getting old, Willow"

"Then I will be a sexy cougar, maybe marry someone younger than me!" Willow snaps as she puts the knife down.

"Am I interrupting something?" Maddox voice makes Willow groan while her mother's eye widens as she turns to stare at him.

"Maddox, oh welcome, aww your kids, are they not just so cute" she states as she hurries to stand in front of Maddox.

"Say hello" Maddox asks his kids who greets them before they call for Willow.

"Throw the bag anywhere, the TV remote is on that table" Willow grumbles to the kids who nods and let's go of their father's hand to rush towards the TV area.

"I hope it's not a hindrance to watch the kids" Maddox asks Willow's mother who shakes her head no.

"Of course not, this is their home too, they can come and stay here anytime. This is nothing compared to what you have been doing for our Willow" she smiles and Maddox nods before he greets Willow's father.

"Drink?" Willow's father offers.

"Uh, no, I have to get back to work, so" Maddox refuses before he eyes Willow.

"Oh well, Willow, walk Maddox to the door" her mother states making her sigh as she moves.

"Your highness, this way" she gestures towards the door.

"Willow" her mother chides.

"What? Do I bow too?" she asks her mother innocently who glares at her.

"What's with you?" Maddox asks as he closes the door and Willow eyes him.

"I hate house chores; I need a wife more than anything" she states and he stares at her with a frown.

"Which book has now turned you into a man?" he asks and she waves her hand.

"I have not read books in ages"

"Why?" he asks and she looks inside the house before she grabs his hand and pulls him towards the backyard.

"I have been busy"

"In?" he asks as he lets her lead before, they end up behind the house.

"Everything"

"Details please"

"That's not important, what is that we cannot keep doing this?"

"Dragging me behind your parents house?" he asks as he looks around and she hits on his arm.

"Not that but meeting between your mother and me, we both do not like each other" she sighs.

"You do realize that your parents are the one who invited us for dinner"

"Yeah, and next thing, they will want to have dinner at your place"

"So?"

"So? Mad, I live in your house"

"Yes, and?"

"That means I will have to pretend to be a host which I hate, I hate crowd and we all know the saying two is company three is a crowd"

"Will, babe I am getting late for my work so just hurry and explain so I can understand"

"We are not married and I am staying in your house and I will bet all of your inheritance that your mother will bring that subject out and make me angry"

"Why bet my inheritance?" he frowns.

"Because I am broke! Why do you think I am staying with you?" she growls.

"Oh, so that's why? And here I thought you were staying with me because you have not found anyone younger than you who will bring the sexy cougar nature of yours out" he shakes his head and she glares at him.

"You do know what I meant when I said that"

"I did not" he states and she sighs.

"Mad, I asked you to marry me twice, two times I got on my knees which is bleeding along with the woman nature in me so do not go talking shit will you"

"And I said yes, so why are we not married?"

"I don't know maybe because I never said yes to marry you"

"But you proposed me so does that not mean you did it because you want to marry me?" he asks.

"What about you asking me? Where the fuck did the chivalry go?" she demands.

"I never promised to be a gentleman"

"Of course, because the base of our relation began with you trying to seduce me" she hits on her forehead as she throws her hands up.

"If we are done, I really need to go" he grins as he checks his watch and she sighs.

"I take my proposal back, forget about marriage" she shouts as he kisses on her cheek and turns to leave.

"Sure, baby" he chuckles.

"I am not your baby you already are a father to two kids" she shouts and Maddox smiles as he waves his hand.

"This must be the height of jokery where I jump off from, when I was not ready everyone wanted to marry me and now when I am ready and got on my knees the man is not ready to go down with me?

Life really is an unstable bitch wearing heels she cannot walk on" Willow grumbles as she walks back to the house.

"What was so urgent?" Maddox asks his manager as he enters the office.

"We have a situation" the man points and Maddox pauses as he finds Victor in the office.

"Vic?" Maddox frowns before he asks his manager to leave.

"You missed Silver's wedding, found out little princess was unwell" he states and Maddox frowns as he looks around to find Sergio sitting on the sofa.

"Why does it feel like this is not just about the missed wedding?" Maddox asks as he steps inside.

"Where's Willow?" Victor asks and Maddox narrows his eyes at him.

"You did not come all the way here to check on my daughter's health" Maddox points and Victor sighs as he sits on the chair and eyes Maddox.

"How much can we trust Willow?" Victor asks and Maddox eyes Sergio as if asking what was this about.

"Why would any one of you have to trust Willow?"

"Trusting Willow means your trust not wavering for us, Mad. How much do you know about the girl?" Victor asks.

"What is this about?" Maddox asks as he stands next to the table where Sergio pulls few pictures out.

"She was Leon Lucero's lady love, did you know?" Victor asks and Maddox bends to grab a picture of Willow laughing without a care while Leon was staring at her.

"I once had a wife, got two kids. Everyone has a past, Vic"

"But in our line of work that past has the capability to destroy our future"

"What is the point, Vic" Maddox asks as he puts the photo back.

"Silver wants the motherfucker who hurt his wife and the reason why these two became two is Silver's wife. They caught a culprit; he was killed in the jail but something still does not match...

Lucero's did not start the fire and yet there was a smoke without anyone lighting the fire"

"And how the fuck is this our business?" Maddox asks.

"Maple is family now, Silver asked help from his family help cannot unsee it" Victor announces.

"Your woman was involved with Lucero for years, even lived together, he even left a proposal which she refused and suddenly one day she disappears, no trace of her left...

With the degree she holds, she can be hired anywhere, may take time but with right connection she can start anew yet here she is, living in your home, playing mommy to your kids, that just does not sit well, when she passed an entrance exam and interview, hired as banker, good pay, great career...

Even after a heartbreak, Mad, no woman of her caliber would kick it all out and most interesting fact, she worked for a bank run by Lucero and now the data says there was no employee hired by that bank whose name is Willow, but there is a staff still working for that bank in IT department whose name is William and he is Willow's brother who has not spent one holiday with his own family not even attended Welma's wedding, who does that?" Victor asks making Maddox sigh.

"I know all this" Maddox mumbles.

"But do you know, every data on Willow is now available?" Sergio asks as he turns his laptop and Maddox narrows his eyes before a man barge in the room.

"Mr. Gray" the detective Maddox once hired to pull data on Willow walks in with a big grin on his face.

"I got every thing on Willow" he states.

"This is absurd" Maddox throws the file on the table.

"It is not, just look at these! I am telling you; my source is 100% sure, even I could not believe it for a moment but then it started to make sense...

A girl like her, who gives no fucks, such a charming lady, mesmerizing, I am telling you, she is a secret agent working an undercover mission for years, years. And right now, she is in hiding but it seems like a phoenix she has emerged back, this is so fun" the man gushes and Maddox sighs shaking his head.

"Willow is anything but a bloody undercover agent"

"But it does make sense if you ask, she was dating Leon and then suddenly due to the incident with Maple she must have to pull back and have been in hiding but now she has been active lately...

She did dodge meeting Leon for a while until she could not avoid him anymore, her brother is still working for them. What if she was planted in your life, Maddox?"

"What about Tony and Welma? Are you saying even Welma is in all this? She is carrying my brother's child, come on!" Maddox throws his hands in air.

"Who knows, you are no normal man, Maddox, you have a link with us and somehow with the Lucero's too" Sergio points.

"No way am I believing this shit"

"You just don't want to see the truth, Mr. Gray, this is so amazing, I would like to see her in action" the detective grins and Maddox glares at the man.

"Who gave you this information?" Maddox asks the man.

"I cannot give away my informant" the detective states.

"Fine, leave the file and get lost and if you spoke about all these to anyone, you will not be able to see your informant" Maddox warns the man and he nods before he leaves.

"Mad" Victor starts as he stands up from his seat and buttons his coat.

"Vic, this makes no sense, I..."

"Mila, has been missing homemade food, I think it's time she tasted one" Victor finalizes and Maddox grits his teeth as Victor does not give him any choice.

"The door" Willow shouts as she laughs at something on TV.

"Get it" her mother shouts and Willow goes to shout before she pauses and sighs.

"We need kids in this house mom for me to order them around" she calls to her mother.

"Then give me grandkids" her mother shouts back making her grin.

"Adultery, eh mom" Willow grins as she opens the door and then shuts it at once.

"Who is it?" her mother calls from the kitchen.

"My imagination" she states.

"Uncle Vic" Dixon squeals as she comes running to where Willow was.

"Fine" Willow groans as she opens the door and lets Dixon out before she once again shuts the door.

"Willow?" Mila's voice makes Willow groan before she opens the door and pokes her head out.

"Hi" Willow smiles at Mila.

"Hi, how are you?" Mila smiles.

"I am not feeling well, actually. So, see you later" she states before she groans as Maddox pushes her head away and opens the door wide.

"We are here" Maddox announces and Willow glares at him while he stares at her unhappy so she pokes her tongue at him only for him to catch it.

"Dad got mommy's tongue" Dixon giggles.

"I heard my princess was unwell" Victor smiles at Dixon who nods her head.

"I had a stomach bug but Willow made it go" she informs and Victor turns to stare at Willow.

"Willow" Victor nods and she pushes Maddox's hand away as she nods at him.

"You can leave Mila, I will drop her off later, you enjoy your night" she asks.

"Actually, I will be staying beside Mila" Victor smiles and Willow glances at Maddox.

"We don't have enough chairs for you"

"It's okay, you can wait for me to finish eating before you start" he replies.

"I don't like your husband" Willow states to Mila who laughs.

"I don't your woman too" Victor states to Maddox who wraps his arm around Willow's neck pulling her to his side.

"Rude" he informs her and she stomps away.

"Mom, your guest is here with more guests" Willow announces.

"Willow" her mother scolds at her rudeness.

"We are really sorry to disturb you" Mila apologizes.

"Oh no, no, it's okay. It was very thoughtful of Maddox as his mother and brother could not come for dinner because Welma was unwell and he did not want the food to go to waste, not that I thought so, but it's so good to have you all here" Willow's mother assures.

"Your mother is not coming?" Willow asks excitedly.

"Welma was not feeling too well so"

"Awesome, why did you not say so? I was annoyed I had to tackle your mother and Victor at once" she laughs and Victor raises a brow at that but keeps quiet as Mila squeezes his hand.

"When did you arrive?" Willow asks Mila.

"Just this morning, when I heard you won't be attending the wedding, I was worried"

"Yeah, you and Mad broke up so what changed?" Victor asks and Willow glares at the man.

"It seems it wants to graduate on the course how to annoy Willow" Willow comments making Victor smirk.

"Just, last I heard you did not want to be in a relation with anyone and now you go on knees for Maddox, just curious on why so sudden change of heart or was it..."

"Vic" Maddox warns his cousin.

"Wanting to make sure she does not want to marry you for all the wrong reasons"

"Well just so you know it's him who wants to marry me as he has yet to ask me and I have yet to say yes"

"But you getting on your knees means you want to marry, is it not?"

"Not in the way I see. I got on knees so check where he stands and to know where I stand, he has to get on his knee for me, but then again how would you know as you took over Mila's wedding..." Willow glares at Victor.

"Willow" Mila stops Willow as she eyes her.

"Ugh, he can poke and when others do, he does not like it" Willow grumbles as she sits with her arms fold.

"Just not the topic we should start on" Mila smiles as she eyes her husband who watches her and she squeezes his hand.

"Stop" she asks and he takes a deep breath before he focuses on Dixon.

"Goodnight" Willow whispers to the kids as she slowly steps out of the room to get in Maddox's arm who picks her up as he walks to their room.

"Sex time" she announces and he chuckles.

"Talk time" he corrects and she groans.

"I will apologize to Mila tomorrow but I will let Victor burn in anger for the night" she sighs as she kisses on his jaw.

"Not about that"

"So, you mean I don't have to apologize?" her eyes widen.

"Vic, can be a rude asshole but Mila deserves respect" he states and she nods her head.

"Mila and I, we are fine" she smiles before he lets her down.

"But really, Mila really has a patience on dealing her husband, me on other hand would have bitch slapped him every few seconds" she grins.

"Good thing you are not in Mila's place then" he sighs as he lays on the bed and she frowns before she lies next to him with her head on his chest.

"What did you want to talk about?" she asks blinking and he stares at her face as he pushes few strands of her hair away from her face.

"I heard you have a big brother" he starts and she nods her head.

"I have not seen him around" he continues and she sighs as she turns her head to a side.

"He is a busy man"

"What about vacations? Does he come home?" he enquiries as he moves his hand through her hair and grips it lightly as he turns her face to stare at it.

"He has a family of his own"

"You all are his family too"

"Yeah, it's kind of complicated"

"How much?" he asks and she pushes away from his chest but he tightens his grip of her hair putting her in place.

"Ouch, Mad" she winces before she feels his fingers massage her head.

"Something happened today" he starts and she frowns as he pulls her head close to him.

"And?" she asks.

"I know we talked to never talk about this but your past is making our present unclear" he points and she narrows her eyes at him.

"My past?"

"Suddenly I am getting information on you from everywhere, your two pages description is starting to turn into two hundred pages"

"You have men watching me?" she accuses.

"Strange part, I am not. Honest to God, question and answer Will, why are you so interested in marrying me all of a sudden?" he asks and she jerks away from his hold and he lets her go.

"Of course, for your money and big dick" she snaps as she stands up.

"Will"

"What kind of honest to God question is that?"

"Are you an undercover agent?" he asks directly and she blinks twice.

"Oh, so you found out" she sighs as she runs her hand through her hair.

"Will"

"How long did you know?" she asks staring at him and Maddox sits straight.

"Is it true?" he frowns and she sighs as she turns her back to him.

"Willow?" Maddox calls when she does not answer so he stands up.

"What do you want me to say?" she asks.

"My daughter calls you her mother" he hisses as he eyes her and she rubs her face.

"I know and I did not want to get involved with you"

"So, why the fuck did you came back?" he demands and she sits on the chair in silence.

"I swear Willow, I swear" he grits through his teeth.

"That's not my real name" she whispers and Maddox runs his hand through his hair before he sits down on the edge of the bed.

"Fuck" he curses.

"Don't you want to know what it is?" she asks eyeing him and he glares at her.

"Does it matter?" he asks and she nods her head.

"Yes, to me, playing this game for so long I forgot what my real name sounds and now that my cover is blown, I want someone to call me by my real name, even once before you blow my cover to the world" she explains and he frowns.

"What is it? Your real name" he asks as he covers his face and waits as Willow stands and walks to where he is, sitting next to his leg she touches his knee.

"It's...Agent Perry, Perry the Platypus and you can also call me Agent P" she states and he pauses as he stares at her face before she bursts out in laughter.

"Oh god, Maddox" Willow laughs aloud while he just stares at her.

"It's not funny" he growls as he grips her wrists jerking her close while she keeps laughing.

"Of course, it is. An undercover agent? Me, have you lost your mind? I am the one who reads books but it seems like you live inside one" she chuckles as she stares at him.

"I am not in a joking mood" he states.

"Your daughter calls me her mother, Maddox. I maybe a bitch but I am not that level of bitch to get involved in a child's life to hurt her...

Also, I am very much interested in reading that two hundred pages of report on me which states I am an undercover agent" she points.

"Then explain to me why there is no trace of you and now suddenly there are and why your brother still works for Lucero but never is there for you all" he asks as he grips the back of her neck.

"That's not my story to share"

"But you are mine" he points and she smiles as she puts her head on his knee.

"William is married to someone, that someone belongs to Lucero household and anyone who are familiar with Lucero knows Lucero is the only family that still believes in slavery....

My brother fell in love with a slave and to be with her, he had pledged his loyalty to that family which means we do not exist in his life. But that does not mean, he has forgotten about us, when I was with Leon, I did not know he was a Lucero, I did not fell in love with a Lucero I fell in love with a man who was right for me at that moment...

Things happened and we chose different paths in our life, I could not pretend everything was okay and live with him when the base of our relation started on a lie, if he could not be who he was with me how could I believe he would be who he is afterwards. Yeah, it broke me, I was hurt, as if everything was crashing down on me, it was dark everywhere...

But I could not go ask questions, get answers, because Leon Lucero by that time was out of my league, he was not an easy access and William was in too deep shit, hiding my past was their way of protecting me. What happened to Maple can happen to me and Leon erased me from his life to give me a fresh start which I never understood...

His ways are wrong but his intentions were not and I can never hate him for that as even if limited he gave me an out, an out beside me or without him. And I am glad I am without him, because imagine, he got ten brothers, the chaos at breakfast, when all of them got married and kids....

Uh no thank you, I can hardly handle four people at once, so" she grins.

"Okay" he smiles as he caresses her cheek lightly.

"But an undercover agent? Oh man, that's taking our fantasy room play to whole different level" she grins and he grins back.

"What me to tie you up and fuck you on gun point, Agent Willow?" he teases and her eyes twinkles at the idea.

"Only if you sing Perry the Platypus theme song" she giggles and he throws his head back laughing.

"I knew of all the things you being an undercover agent was absurd" he states and she frowns.

"Why? I could be a kick ass one"

"Baby, not an undercover please"

"Why not?" she groans.

"Because I would know" he whispers nuzzling their noses together.

"You would?" she frowns and he nods his head.

"I would, Willow, you, I would because I know you" he explains and her eyes softens as she cups his cheek smiling at him.

"I love you" she confesses and he moves his head to kiss on her forehead.

"Love you too, Agent P" he chuckles making her burst out in laughter.
