I wake up with a start. If that wasn't some nightmare, Mabel was going to die. I had to figure out how to reverse the curse, but how? I also can't let Mabel out of my sight.

      I look over at Mabel. She was seemed to be waking up. "Huh! How did I get here?" Mabel asked.

      "Mabel. Um... I have a question." I asked quietly.

      "What Dipper? What's wrong?" Mabel asked.

       "Um... did you see anything strange yesterday when you were um... looking for Soos' tape measure?"

        "Oh! Yes I did! I found a statue of that triangle guy from last summer! I decided to look around the statue and I touched it and everything went black! So can I ask you a question? How did I get here and why are you asking!" She said puzzled.

         "Well last night you walked into the Shack in a daze. You didn't respond to a thing I said. And you don't remember any of that?"

         "No! I don't!" She seemed upset, but not as upset as she is going to be when I tell her about the curse. "I'm ok now! So today we can do whatever we want!" She smiled brightly.

        "Yeah. Whatever we want."

        "Come on DipDop! We need to get to breakfast!" She smiled and climbed down the latter.
