Meet the Ghost of UA
All of those movies about ghosts and demons being nothing but blood thirsty monsters that want nothing but human blood or their souls are lies. Since they all are just to busy living it up in the Underworld or in heaven. Not really worrying about the living.
A green haired teen let out a small sigh, as he sat on top of a building that was built to be a school for heroes. This teenager has been here for years, though he does like to travel around and taking in the sights. His name is Izuku M, since he doesn't remember his last name so he just goes by Izuku.
Izuku was strange teen, you see he had 'passed away' sometime at the end of the second world war. He was one of the many unfortunate teens to get caught in the Atomic bomb explosion. But he didn't go to heaven or the underworld, he was stuck in the middle. His mother had burned his body, what was left of it, and scattered his ashes on the very grounds where a school for heroes had been built.
The school just needed desks and then the grand opening can begin. Izuku had seen the staff and was every excited since they were new heroes. The teen may be a ghost but that doesn't mean he can't follow the latest news on heroes. But when someone passes away, who had been a Hero they are taken to Heaven, leaving a lonely ghost behind. There are some lingering ghosts but that is because they are confused about what happened before realizing that they had died before crossing over.
"This is so boring... Why can't I cross over??" The teen asked the heavens above. "This sucks." He huffed.
With that Izuku wandered around looking for something to do.
/A few years later/
Izuku had seen many great heroes come and go from UA, seen many principals come and go over the years. Though when the new principal took over Izuku had so many great laughs watching the bear, dog, mouse toyed with the staff and students. It took all of Izuku's will power from laughing to hard, unless he wants to cause the lights to flicker.
But what Izuku gets to witness is the great heroes that arise like All Might and his two teachers... Though Nana had passed away from a battle, the school that year had to replace a lot of light bulbs and windows.
Izuku was sitting in the Principal's office watching Nezu going over a list of students and placing them in battle grounds and rooms. This was for the entrance exam, which Izuku loved to watch all the time. Izuku watched as Nezu place a student named Bakugo Katsuki in Battle grounds Beta and a student, Kirishima in another Battle ground. Izuku noticed that Ashido Mina was in the same Battle ground as Kirishima, they both went to the same school.
"Ashido should be in another Battle ground... She's from the same school as Kirishima..." Izuku muttered softly as he looked at the screen of the computer, not noticing Nezu's grin.
"I knew that you would catch that." The Principal said.
Izuku froze before looking at Nezu.
"Y-you... Can h-hear... Me??" Izuku stuttered.
"Yes, you see I had a feeling that my students and staff were being watched for some time, for I'm a animal with a Quirk. So it isn't hard for me to tell if there is another presents in a room." He said not looking up. "Do you intend on harming my students and staff??" He questioned.
Izuku giggled as he floated in mid air on his stomach with his ankles crossed.
"No, I live in these grounds you see." Izuku said.
The teen could see that the principal's ears perked up at this.
"Oh, do tell me why?" He asked.
Izuku smiled, it's been ages since he talked to someone so he nodded.
"You see I've been here since UA was built even before the age of heroes began.... Possibly a year or two before Quirks came to be. Let me tell you this, I was so bored!" The teen said. "I mean every time someone dies they cross over, but me? I can't! So I'm left alone with nobody to talk to... Also this means that you are my first conversation that I've had with a living person or... Animal in your case... in years." He added.
Nezu looked up and looked over his shoulders to see nobody there, this made Izuku sigh.
"If your worried about people seeing me, you don't have to worry... I've tried to get people to notice me for years... But nobody can see me... Though I do like to pull pranks... Oh like for this one teen.. uh.. Hizashi, I remember I switched his coffee with hot water and Soya sauce! His face was priceless!" Izuku said before giggling at the end.
Nezu chuckled at this before going back to the list of students.
"So what is this year's entrance exam on? What's the theme?? Is it something extreme??" Izuku asked still remembering the shouts from future students.
"Robots." Nedzu said.
Izuku blinked before grinning.
"Awesome!!!" Izuku said.
Izuku leaned against one of the spinning chairs just for it to move forward causing him to lose his balance. Nezu raised a brow at this.
"Can you move items, when you touch something?" He asked.
"Uh... Yeah, though I can phase through doors and stuff... If I really wanted to I can open a door if I focus hard enough." Izuku said.
"Hmm.... Interesting... Would you like to watch the exams... And if something happens would you like to jump in and help?? I am assuming that you remembered what happened a few years back?" He said.
Izuku's emerald green eyes brightened at the thought of helping with the exams. Nezu blinked when he saw a transparent figure of a short teen with green black messy hair, pale fair skin that had four dotted freckles on each cheek. He was wearing a black uniform from a school that no longer exists. The principal could see the joy in the young teens emerald green eyes. Though Izuku looked like any normal teen, no cuts, stab wounds or bullet wounds to indicate if he died or not.
"I would love too!!" Izuku said, he looked so happy to be useful that Nezu wondered who he was when he was alive.
Nezu could tell that the teen was dead, it was they way he talked about being here before Quirks to watching the schools exams and pulling a prank on Hizashi who is now a pro hero. But what bothered him was there was no evidence of injury that took away the life of a young boy who had so much to live for.
"I believe we never introduce ourselves to each other." Nezu said, this caused Izuku to look at him and nod.
"Oh your right I'm sorry, that was very rude of me. I'm Izuku... I can't remember my last name so please call me Izuku or Izu." Izuku said.
"Very well Izuku, I am Principal Nezu. It is a pleasure to meet you." Nezu said.
Izuku smiled before looking over his shoulder, just like that Izuku had vanished as the door opened to reveal Mic and Eraserhead. Mic was holding a cup of coffee while Eraserhead held his own cup of coffee.
"You called?" The Erasure hero asked.
"Ah yes, I wanted to go over the plans." The principal said, slyly watching as Izuku use his endless abilities to raise the coffee from the mug and carefully poured it into a empty sink.
Izuku then raised some water into the air and put it in the cup before grabbing some Soya sauce to fill the cup the rest of the way. It was fascinating to see random things happen out of 'thin air'. Both Nezu and Izuku watched as Present Mic took a sip of his 'coffee' before he spat it back into his mug. Eraserhead raised a brow at this, while Izuku bit his knuckle to stop him from laughing, Nezu looked amused by this.
"Is everything alright Present Mic??" The principal asked.
"Why does my coffee taste like Soya sauce?! Again!!" He said, whining at the end.
Eraserhead just sighed at the other male. Nezu offered some tea and for the rest of their meeting Izuku just spent listening in on their conversation. He would move something slightly for the Nedzu to know that he was still here.
"Well that is everything that we needed to discuss. You are free to go, see you at the exams tomorrow!!" Nezu chirped.
The two heroes left and Izuku stayed a bit longer talking with the Principal before the principal needed to leave as well. Izuku let out a tired sigh as he wandered around the city, as he walked around he came across an old abandoned piece of land. Shivers ran down his spine at the feel of death. This was were he died, this was were thousands had died... Where his crush had died...
Izuku turned away and left the area, though he didn't see a man and a doctor walking into these lands and digging up old bones that were chaired to the point of being stone or shattered. But this was just the beginning.
