------------------------------
"Guys, I-I think we have to go home"Adora said.
"Back to the places we came from this morning,"Bow spoke.
Adora nodded.
"What do we do when we get there?"Glimmer said.
"I don't know,"Adora responded.
"Maybe the Jamais Vu thingy will kick in by the time we all get home,"Catra suggested.
"That could be the case"Bow responded
"What exactly is Jamais Vu?"Glimmer questioned.
Bow started to speak but Catra interrupted him.
"Say it in words they can understand crop top"Catra instructed.
Bow rolled his eyes and started talking.
"You guys remember the feeling you've been getting all day,"Bow asked.
"The one where you don't know anything about something yet you know everything about it"Adora said.
"Yep, that's what Jamais Vu is,"Bow said.
"But why is it happening?"Glimmer spoke.
"My guess is this world has inserted new information into our brains to give us a better chance at completing the test"Bow said
"Do we even know what the test is?"Catra spoke.
"Maybe we have to get something,"Adora suggested.
"Or maybe we have to do something,"Bow said.
"I remember my mother mentioning something about Graduation earlier this morning,"Glimmer said.
"Isn't that what happens at the end of the school year?"Catra spoke.
"I think so,"Adora added.
"Maybe we have to get to it,"Bow spoke.
"Get to what"Glimmer questioned.
"Get to graduation,"Bow clarified.
His group of friends looked at him confused.
"Think about it. This place is supposed to teach us a lesson, and what better way to teach us a lesson than sticking us in a new world we know nothing yet everything about"Bow spoke.
"I guess you do have a point,"Glimmer shrugged.
"Are we just gonna play it out here,"Adora said.
"That's what I suggest,"Bow spoke.
"So, wait, the plan is to spend a year in a mystery world we know nothing about, in hopes that we'll somehow be able to get the Rose Crystalline,"Catra said.
"It sounds like a good plan to me,"Glimmer spoke.
"I think it's worth a try,"Adora said.
"Plus even if we don't find the crystalline we still have time. Shadow Weaver did say that it could feel like a year here but it will only add up to a month or two at most back in our world"Bow said.
"Fine,"Catra sighed.
"So it's settled. We're going to live in this world until graduation"Adora said.
"Yep,"Bow responded.
"I'm in,"Glimmer spoke.
"If you guys are up for it, then I am too,"Catra said.
"Okay then. Now back to what we were talking about before. We have to go home,"Adora said.
"We can't go home yet. We need to get my sister"Glimmer said.
"And Cadence. My brother"Bow said.
"I don't think that'll be a problem,"Catra spoke.
The brunette lifted her finger and pointed down the stairs of the school. The rest of the group turned towards the direction their friend was pointing in. Coming up the stairs towards the four were Cadence and Frosta.
When they made it up the stairs they stopped in front of the bestfriend squad.
"Hey dummies,"Frosta said.
"Hi everyone"Cadence greeted.
"Hello to you too Frosta"Glimmer groaned.
"And, hi Cadence, It's nice to meet you,"Glimmer said.
"What do you mean? I see you pretty much every day, Glimmer"Cadence said.
Frosta shook her head as she placed a hand on Cadence's shoulder.
"Don't worry about it, beanie boy. Glimmer's been acting like that all day. I think the glitter spray she puts in her hair every morning has finally started to seep into her brain,"Frosta laughed.
"Frosta, shut up"Glimmer spoke.
"Ok, ok, fine,"Frosta huffed.
There was a moment of silence before Adora spoke.
"So, are we all ready to head home?"Adora questioned.
"Yeah I am, I have a drawing to finish"Cadence said.
"And I have Netflix watching to do,"Frosta said.
"Ok, well, I guess we should head off then"Glimmer spoke.
"But I want to say goodbye first,"Bow said.
"Goodbye, why would you need to say goodbye. You'll see each other tomorrow,"Cadence said.
"There is,"Bow asked.
"Unfortunately, there is school again tomorrow, so yes you'll see eachother again. But even if you weren't going to see each other tomorrow. You guys facetime each other every night."Frosta spoke.
"It is so annoying. I swear, if it weren't for Catra. You all would be the biggest group of nerds to ever exist"She said.
"Thanks kid,"Catra spoke.
Frosta smiled and nodded.
"Ok, enough of the slander,"Glimmer said.
The pink haired girl reached into her purse and pulled out the keys to her car she had placed in there earlier. She pushed the keys into her sister's hand.
"Go wait in the car. Do not turn it on, I'm pretty sure mom would kill me if the car got messed up"Glimmer spoke.
"Bye Catra, and the rest of you nerds,"Frosta said.
"Bye Frosta,"Catra waved.
With those words said, Frosta descended back down the steps and down to the area Glimmer had parked her bright pink car.
Catra fished around in her jean pocket and pulled out her car keys. She extended her arm out to Cadence. The brown haired boy took the keys from his friend.
"You should probably wait in the car too Cadence. You can start the car up if you wan't"Catra told the boy.
"I'm sure you're responsible enough for that,"She said.
Cadence nodded and waved goodbye to everyone. He then walked down the stairs and towards Catra's car.
Once Cadence was completely out of sight, the best friend squad started saying their goodbyes. They all turned towards each other and leaned in. Squeezing each other tightly in a big group hug. They didn't let go until a loud beep came from Glimmer's car. Signalling that Frosta had not only not listened to Glimmer's rules but was also getting patient.
At last, the four friends released each other from their embrace.
"Ok, I think it's time we finally go"Adora said.
"I guess it is," Glimmer said.
"Be careful. And Glimmer, try not to kill Adora"Catra warned.
Glimmer rolled her eyes.
"Oh my gosh, let it go. I didn't even hit anything"Glimmer groaned.
The rest of the group chuckled.
"But seriously guys, be careful,"Catra spoke.
Adora and Glimmer nodded.
"See you guys tomorrow,"Adora said.
"Bye,"Glimmer spoke.
Glimmer and Adora turned away from their friends and started down the stairs.
"Bye Blondie,"Catra shouted back.
"I'll try to figure out how to do that facetime thing so we can talk later,"Bow yelled after them.
Adora and Glimmer continued to make their way down the stairs. They walked towards where Glimmer had parked her car earlier.
Adora pulled the passenger side of the door open and hopped inside the bright pink car. Glimmer pulled the driver side door open and sat inside.
They both slammed their doors shut.
"Finally,"Frosta remarked.
"You guys took forever,"Frosta said.
"Do you ever do anything other than complain?"Glimmer groaned as she pulled her seatbelt over her shoulder and buckled herself in.
"I don't just complain, I sleep too,"Frosta said.
"Whatever, keys,"Glimmer demanded.
The pink haired girl put her hand out and Frosta plopped them in her hands. Glimmer took the key and pushed it into the ignition. She turned it to the side and the car's engine roared to life.
"Everyone buckled in,"Glimmer asked.
"Yeah,"Adora said.
"Yep,"Frosta answered.
Glimmer nodded. She twisted her steering wheel and slowly pulled out of her parking space. She drove out of the school's parking lot and onto the main road.
Since Adora's house was quite close to Bright moon high, it didn't take long for Glimmer to arrive there. When they arrived, Glimmer pulled into a parking spot right in front of Adora's new home.
Glimmer looked over to Adora. The blonde had a frazzled look on her face.
"Oh come on, I didn't even come close to hitting anything"Glimmer said.
"Tomorrow, I'm riding with Catra. I'll let Bow and Cadence suffer your horrendous driving"Adora said.
"Whatever Adora, do you want me to come with you or will you be okay"Glimmer asked.
"I'll be fine,"Adora said.
Adora pushed the car door on her side open and jumped out of the jeep. She grabbed onto her bag and threw it over her shoulder. She then pushed the pink door shut.
The blonde made her way towards the steps of her house. Before she could make it to the top she heard Glimmer yell from behind her.
"Bye Adora,"Glimmer called from her open window.
She was already halfway out of her parking spot.
"Bye Glimmer"Adora waved.
By the time Adora had spoken, Glimmer had driven off.
Adora turned around and continued her way up the stairs. She stepped up to the door and soon realized she wasn't really sure how to get into the house. Just as Adora was about to call one of her friends for help, the door of her house swung open, revealing the short woman she had met that morning.
"Ah, there you are dearie. I was wondering where you were"Madame Razz said.
The white haired women stepped aside and allowed Adora to walk into the house. After the blonde walked in Razz shut the door behind her.
"How was your day Mara?"Madame Razz questioned.
"It was good, how was yours?"Adora said.
"My day was Fine Dear"Madame Razz spoke.
"That's great Razz,"Adora exclaimed.
Madame Razz took Adora's hand and led her to the small line of shoes near the door.
"Take your shoes off Dearie, then go on and change. You look so uncomfortable."Razz said.
"Um, ok"Adora said.
"Go on, hurry. I want to hear more about my granddaughter's first day of senior year"Madame Razz spoke.
Adora quickly pulled off her vans and trudged up the stairs of her cabin like house. She pushed the door of her room open and shut the door behind her. The blonde slid her backpack off of her shoulders and sat it against her door. She shrugged her red letterman jacket off of her arms and hung it back onto her door. The blonde started on the task she was given by her grandmother.
She walked to her dresser and shifted through it for some clothes that appeared comfortable. Adora managed to put together a cozy outfit. She picked out a white tank top and a pair of fluffy grey sweatpants.
Adora quickly tore her jeans off and removed her turtleneck from her body. She then pulled her tank top over her head and then shuffled her sweatpants up her legs.
The blonde picked up her day clothes from the floor and walked them over to the hamper in her room. She then made her way back towards the door of her room. Adora opened the door and strutted through it and back down the stairs.
Madame Razz was waiting for her on one of the chairs in what Adora felt was called a living room. She shuffled over to the living room and plopped herself down onto her couch chair.
"Oh my gosh,"Adora exclaimed.
"This is so comfy,"She said.
The blonde slouched deeper down to the couch.
"That's what they all say,"Madame Razz said.
"What"Adora questioned.
"Nothing Dearie. Now tell me, how was school."Razz asked.
Adora started to tell her grandmother about how her day at school went in great detail. She told her all about her game of dodgeball with Catra. How Mrs. Rogers had made them do math work. And about the meal she had at lunch.
They talked to each other for a long time. Adora was enjoying herself more and more as she talked to Madame Razz. Her home was finally starting to feel a little homier. In the middle of the two conversing about the kids at Adora's school, Madame Razz brought up another subject.
"It's getting a little Late dearie. Do you have any idea what you would want for dinner?"Razz spoke.
Adora shrugged.
"We have lasagna in the fridge. You could heat it up in the oven Mara"Madame Razz said.
"Ok, sure Razz,"Adora said.
Adora reluctantly stood from her place on the comfortable couch and started towards the kitchen. She opened the silver fridge doors and reached around.
Since Adora had absolutely no clue what Lasagna was, she let her Jamais Vu lead her. The blonde picked up a large rectangular pan filled with lumpy red stuff covered with beige dough and weird yellow stuff.
Adora closed the fridge with her foot as she sat the pan on the kitchen counter. The blonde looked around the kitchen. Madame Razz said something about an oven. She stopped looking when she came across something that sparked the word Oven in her mind. She pulled the oven open and pulled the pan off the kitchen counter. She then Placed the silver pan in the oven. She closed the oven door and then reached up to the menu on the oven.
The blonde pressed a few buttons and somehow managed to turn the oven on. She set it two a random temperature and pressed start. Adora walked away from the oven and settled back on the couch.
"So Adora, tell me, how is Catrina doing?"Madame Razz asked.
"Catra's doing fine,"Adora answered.
"She's probably bragging to her parents about how she won the dodgeball game today,"Adora said.
"And what about that glitter girl and crop top boy?"Razz questioned.
"You mean Glimmer and Bow"Adora chuckled.
"Yes, that's what I said Mara"Madame Razz said.
"Well, they're good too,"Adora mentioned.
"That's great Dearie, I'm glad"Razz spoke.
The small woman started to shuffle herself off of her chair.
"You seem to have the hang of things so far Adora, so I'm going to go off to bed. It's almost time for Golden Girls to come on and I don't want to miss it,"Madame Razz said.
"Um, ok. Goodnight Razz"Adora spoke.
"Goodnight, dearie. Don't forget to take the lasagna out of the oven"Madame Razz said before disappearing up the stairs.
When she heard Razz's door shut, Adora once again popped up from her place on the couch. She walked into the kitchen and stopped in front of the oven. She took a hold of the oven handle and pulled it open. The yellow stuff on top had melted on top of the lasagna. The edges of the lasagna were a tad bit burnt which was surprising considering the little amount of time it had been in there.
Adora reached down towards the pan but stopped just as her hand was about to reach it. She didn't need Jamias Vu to realize that the pan was hot and she probably shouldn't touch it with her bare hands. Adora backed away from the oven and started searching around the kitchen. She eventually found what she discovered were oven mitts. She slipped them both onto her hands and reached back into the oven. The blonde carefully lifted the pan of lasagna and placed it over top of the oven.
After closing the oven door and removing her oven mitts, Adora went on to plating her food. She shuffled through cabinets until she found a plate, a knife, and a fork. She shut all the cabinets and drawers she had opened and sat her plate, fork, and knife on the counter.
With the knife, The blonde cut out a square of lasagna and maneuvered the slice over to her plate. With the lasagna on the plate, Adora decided to finally try the new food in front of her. She lifted the fork she had picked out and stuck it into the lasagna. Adora brung a piece of the lasagna up to her mouth and placed it in.
She chewed slowly, getting accustomed to the flavor. When she swallowed, the blonde found herself humming in delight. Adora continued to eat the square of lasagna on her plate and even ended up getting another square.
When she finished eating she placed the now cool pan of lasagna back in the refrigerator. She then placed her plate and utensils in the sink. Adora looked at the time on the oven.
9:00 pm, it read.
That was way past her usual bedtime.
Adora quickly made her way out of the kitchen, making sure to turn off all the lights in there and the living room. She walked up the wooden stairs of her new home and entered her room.
Though it was dark, she could still see a little bit into the room. It really was nice. Much more comfortable than her bed at home.
Adora strutted towards her bed. She neatly placed a few of her pillows to the side before lifting her bed sheet covers. The blonde slipped into her comfortable bed and settled back.
Her arm instinctively reached next to her to hold the person who would usually sleep with her, only to find that space empty. Adora turned onto her back.
"Oh, that's right. No one's here"Adora said to herself.
The blonde tried to close her eyes and sleep again but it was proving difficult. She tossed and turned in every direction you could possibly think of, but no matter how hard she tried, sleep never came.
Adora didn't know why she tried. She was never good at relaxing. And the only person who could help her with that was at her own house. Probably sleeping peacefully.
Just as Adora was about to attempt sleeping again. She heard a noise. It was a song. Adora turned on her side and flipped on the lamp on her night stand. She swung her quilt off of her legs and walked over to where the sound was coming from.
Turns out the sound was coming from her backpack. Adora unzipped the bag and dug inside. She pulled out the phone object she had brought with her to school earlier. Adora brung the phone closer to her face and examined the screen.
A blurred video of a very familiar person sat behind a picture of Bow. He was smiling in the picture and held two fingers up in what appeared to be a peace sign. Underneath the picture was one of Catra's nicknames for Bow, Arrow Boy and a few bow and arrow pictures, or emoticons in other words.
Under Bow's nickname were two buttons. One was green with a white telephone on it. The other was red with a white telephone on it. Adora decided that she would click on the green button.
She lifted her pointer finger and tapped the green icon.
------------------------------
"Bye Adora,"Glimmer called from her open window.
She was already halfway out of her parking spot.
"Bye Glimmer"Adora waved.
By the time Adora had spoken Glimmer had driven off. The pink haired girl drove off of Adora's street and towards her house.
"Glimmer, can we stop at McDonalds before we go home?"Frosta asked.
"Why? Isn't there food at home"Glimmer said.
"Didn't you get dad's text? Him and Mom are staying late at the office. They sent the kitchen staff home early"Frota explained.
"And that means . . ."Glimmer questioned.
"It means that since neither of us know how to cook, we need to stop and get fast food,"Frosta answered.
"Oh, ok. I guess that makes sense"Glimmer shrugged.
Silence fell over the two. Frosta settled back into the back seat, fiddling with her phone. Glimmer let her Jamais Vu lead her to the Mcdonalds place Frosta wanted to go to.
It didn't take long for Glimmer to pull into the really long drive through line of the McDonalds near her house.
"Wow, this line is long,"Glimmer mused.
"Yeah. It's always long. But it's worth it,"Frosta said.
Glimmer nodded as she drove farther into the line. Around 12 minutes later, Glimmer was finally able to drive fully in front of the ordering station.
"Hello, what can I get for you today?"A voice spoke.
"Um, Frosta. What do you wan't?"Glimmer questioned.
"A number five,"Frosta said.
"Ok, can I have a number five?"Glimmer exclaimed, unsure if the person speaking through the speaker of the ordering station could hear her.
"Small, medium, or large?"The voice asked.
"Frosta?"Glimmer said.
"Medium"Frosta answered.
"Um, medium,"Glimmer responded.
"And your drink?"The voice questioned.
"I want a large chocolate milkshake,"Frosta said.
"Ok, and a large chocolate milkshake,"Glimmer said.
"Will that be all for you today?"The voice said.
Glimmer eyed the menu that sat to the left of her. She looked through the different meals before landing on something she thought would taste good.
"No, can I also get a large fry with a large strawberry milkshake?"Glimmer said.
"Is that all?"The voice questioned.
"Yes,"Glimmer answered.
"Alrighty then, that'll be $14.16. Pull up to the next window to pay"The Voice instructed.
Glimmer moved up a little bit in the line in front of her. She waited patiently as more cars moved out of the line. The pink haired girl continued to drive until she reached the next window.
A pale skinned girl with short, colored hair stood at the window. The tan girl slid the window open and turned towards Glimmer.
"Do you have the number five with a chocolate shake and a large fry with a strawberry milkshake?"The girl spoke.
Glimmer nodded.
"Ok, your total is $14.16"The girl said.
Glimmer reached down to the bag that still hung over her shoulder. She unzipped it and shuffled through it until she found her wallet. She grabbed her wallet out and opened it. Glimmer pulled out the credit card she had used at Starbucks and at the cafe earlier. She handed it to the women at the window.
The girl watched as the women slid the card through some sort of machine. After clicking a few more buttons on the machine, the girl in the window took Glimmer's card out of the machine and handed it back to her.
"Your food will be ready at the next window"The woman spoke.
Glimmer drove her way towards the second and final window.
"Large fry with the strawberry shake and number five with a chocolate milkshake"The person at the final window said.
"Yes, that's me,"Glimmer said.
The new person in the window pulled a bag off the counter and handed it to Glimmer. The pink haired girl reached forward and grasped onto the bag. She then handed the food bag back to frosta. The person in the window then handed Glimmer her milkshakes which she also handed back to Frosta.
After a goodbye to the person at the final window, Glimmer started back on her way home. Taking in how the sun was starting to set.
"Don't spill anything in my car, Frosta,"Glimmer warned.
"Yeah, yeah. I know your dumb rule Glim"Frosta spoke.
"Good,"Glimmer said.
The two sat in silence once again as Glimmer drove closer and closer to their home. When they finally arrived down their street, Glimmer pulled into the same spot she was parked in that morning.
In one swift motion, the pink haired girl turned her keys to the side and the engine of her car went lifeless.
"And we're home,"Glimmer announced.
Frosta started unbuckling her seatbelt and Glimmer followed her lead.
"Glimmer, can you come carry the milkshakes?"Frosta asked.
Glimmer nodded,"Yeah"
The pink haired girl swung the car door open and hopped out. She shut it, then walked over to Frosta's side of the car. Glimmer opened the door and let her sister hand her the milkshakes. She took a hold of them and stepped to the side to allow Frosta to exit the car.
Just as Frosta was about to walk up the many stairs of her home Glimmer spoke up, stopping her,
"Wait, don't we need our backpacks?"Glimmer questioned.
"Did you have any homework today?"Frosta spoke.
Glimmer shook her head.
"Then no, it'll be fine,"Frosta said, turning around once again, starting her way up the many stairs of her house.
Glimmer rushed up behind her and followed her sister up the steps.
"Glimmer"Frosta spoke.
"Yes,"Glimmer responded.
"Can we watch a movie in your room tonight?"The blue haired girl asked.
"Sure. I don't see why not"Glimmer said.
"Ooooh, yay! What do you wanna watch"Frosta spoke.
"I'm not sure. What is there to watch"Glimmer said.
Glimmer hummed along as Frosta went on about what movies they could watch. This went on as Glimmer took her keys out of her purse and opened her house door. She pushed it open and let frosta in before shutting the door and locking it.
Glimmer interrupted Frosta in the middle of her talking about something called a disney movie.
"Alright, before we decide on a movie. Why don't we go shower and change into pajama's Frosta"Glimmer suggested.
"Ok"Frosta agreed.
The blue haired girl placed their food bag on their dining room table and rushed upstairs to her room. Glimmer followed her sister's actions. She placed the milkshakes down and walked towards her room.
Preparing herself for a nice long shower after a nice long day
-------------------------------
After Glimmer had taken her shower she had searched through her large closet looking for a pair of pajamas to wear. She searched through her closet for a while before she finally landed on a pair of pajamas.
The pink haired girl had decided she would wear a light purple nightgown to bed. It was simple yet way nicer than the clothes she would usually wear to bed.
Once Glimmer had changed into her purple nightgown, she closed her closet door and walked to the front of her room. She slipped on a pair of white slippers that were laid out neatly beside her door. Glimmer then twisted her doorknob and pulled it open. She strutted out of her room and went down a few hallways until she stopped at the door she believed led to Frosta's room.
Glimmer lifted her fist and gently knocked on her sister's door. She waited there for a moment before the door opened, revealing Frosta. She was wearing pajamas as well.
Frosta's hair had been freed from it's ponytail and was now hanging down to her chin. She wore a white tank top and a pair of blue shorts similar to the ones Glimmer wore during gym class earlier that day. The blue haired girl held an ipad with a blue case over it in one hand and a long cord in the other.
"You ready to watch the Movie Glim,"Frosta spoke.
"Uh, yeah. But, shouldn't we eat first?"Glimmer said.
"Aren't we eating in your room?"Frosta questioned.
"Is that what we usually do?"Glimmer spoke.
"We always eat in your room when Mom and Dad are gone,"Frosta explained.
"Okay, then let's go get the food from downstairs and go back to my room,"Glimmer said.
Frosta stepped out of her room entirely and closed her door behind her. The two started walking through the many hallways of their house before coming to the set of stairs that would lead them to the first floor of their home. They started down the steps and reached to grab their food and drinks.
Glimmer took a hold of their milkshakes, and Frosta took their bag of food. With their food in hand, the siblings made their way back up the stairs and towards Glimmer's room. The pink haired girl opened the door and stepped to the side, letting frosta enter before her. She closed the door behind her as she walked into her room.
Glimmer did as her sister had and settled herself into her bed. She sat their milkshakes onto her side table before turning to face the TV in front of her bed.
"Ugh, I will never understand why you never close your balcony curtains,"Frosta groaned.
Glimmer watched as her sister hopped off of her bed and over to the see through door of her room. Frosta pulled the pink curtain hanging over the doors across them, blocking the little bit of light that was still shining from the setting sun.
Frosta rushed to sit back on the bed with her sister.
"Okay, now we can start,"Frosta said.
Frosta reached the side table closer to her and picked up what Glimmer's Jamais Vu told her was a remote. Frosta pressed a button on the remote and the screen in front of Glimmer's room lit up.
Glimmer watched intently as Frosta clicked buttons continuously on the remote, causing the TV to change screens. Frosta's clicking slowed a little when the TV went to something called Netflix. After the netflix site finished loading, Frota turned to Glimmer.
"What do you wanna watch?"Frosta asked.
Glimmer shrugged.
"I'm not sure. Why don't you pick"Glimmer answered.
Frosta nodded before scrolling through the rows of TV shows and Movies on Netflix. Eventually the blue haired girl landed on the movie
.
Frosta brought the bag of food in the middle of them and Glimmer handed Frosta her milkshake. With their food in hand, the two siblings snuggled back into Glimmer's fluffy bed.
Glimmer ate her french fries and drank her milkshake. She made a mental note to tell her friends about how amazing the two items were.
As the movie went on, the two finished up their food. By the time the movie had ended the sun had completely set and the sky had turned a really dark blue.
"It's 9:00 pm Glimmer, we should probably go to bed,"Frosta said.
"Oh, wow. We were up way later than I'm used to"Glimmer said.
Frosta opened her mouth as if she was going to say something but she closed her mouth and instead rolled her eyes. She lifted Glimmer's pink sheets and pulled it over herself. Her sister watched as she reached over to her tablet and brung it infront of her face.
Glimmer stared at her sister confused.
"I thought you were going to sleep,"Glimmer stated.
Frosta moved her attention from her Ipad to her sister.
"Yeah, I am,"Frosta said.
"But you're playing on your weird big phone thingy"Glimmer exclaimed.
"First, It's called an Ipad dumby, and Second, yes I am playing with it,"Frosta said.
"But if you're playing with your Ipad, how are you sleeping?"Glimmer argued.
"Glim, don't you know that whenever I say I'm going to sleep, I mean I'm going to play on my ipad for 3 hours"Frosta explained.
"I guess that makes sense,"Glimmer said.
"Am I done explaining things to you?"Frosta said.
Glimmer nodded.
"Ok, good. Goodnight"Frosta spoke.
"Goodnight Frosta,"Glimmer said.
With those words said, Frosta snuggled back into bed. Glimmer did the same. She lifted her side of the comforter and slipped inside. The pink haired girl relaxed into her pillow, but just as she was about to close her eyes she heard a noise.
A noise that sounded like a song.
"Um, Frosta. Do you hear that"Glimmer whispered.
"Yeah, it's your ringtone,"Frosta said.
"My what"Glimmer spoke.
"Oh my gosh, someone's calling you. It's probably Catra and your other nerdy friends"Frosta responded.
"Bow did mention he was going to figure out the Facetime thing tonight,"Glimmer said.
"Ok, then go answer it,"Frosta instructed.
Glimmer popped up out of her place in bed and made her way towards the sound of her ringtone. She stopped in front of her purse and unzipped the pink item. She reached inside and pulled out her phone. The pink haired girl examined her screen. A picture of Bow holding up his two fingers in what appeared to be a peace sign was showing. Underneath the picture of Bow was Catra's nickname for the boy. Arrow Boy and a few red hearts next to it.
Under Bow's nickname were two buttons. One was green with a white telephone on it, the other was red with a white telephone on it.
Glimmer quickly brung the phone back to the bed.
"Frosta, how do I talk to Bow?"Glimmer said.
Frosta let out a very audible groan but glimmer just decided to brush it off. Frosta sat up and leaned towards her sister.
Frosta lifted her finger and tapped the green button on the screen.
------------------------------
"See you guys tomorrow,"Adora said.
"Bye,"Glimmer spoke.
Glimmer and Adora turned away from their friends and started down the stairs.
"Bye Blondie,"Catra shouted back.
"I'll try to figure out how to do that facetime thing so we can talk later,"Bow yelled after them.
Catra and Bow watched as their friends got in their car and drove off.
"Ok, you ready to go Arrow boy"Catra said.
"Mhmm"Bow hummed.
"Come on then, we can't keep Cadence waiting forever,"Catra spoke.
The two started down the steps. They walked towards Catra's car and opened the car doors. They both hopped into the car, where Cadence was waiting patiently for them.
"Sorry to keep you waiting Cadence"Bow apologized.
"Yeah, sorry,"Catra said.
"It's fine. But, I still don't exactly understand why you guys needed to say goodbye" Cadence questioned.
"That's because your brother can't handle a whole night away from Glimmer"Catra snorted.
"Like you can handle being without Adora for a night"Bow retorted.
This made Cadence snicker.
"Whatever. Can I have the keys now Cadence"Catra requested.
She sat her hand out to allow Cadence to drop the keys into her hands. Cadence plopped the keys into his friend's hand and settled back down into his seat.
Once Catra fastened her seatbelt. She put the keys into the ignition and turned the key causing the engine to come to life.
"Does everyone have their seatbelts on?"Catra asked.
"Yes"Cadence Responded.
"Ok, then we're off,"Catra spoke.
Catra backed out of her parking space and drove onto the main road outside of the school's parking lot. It didn't take long for Catra to pull up in front of Bow's house.
"We're here,"Catra announced.
Cadence unbuckled his seatbelt and started to scooch out of the car. He pushed the backseat door open and jumped out.
"See you tomorrow Catra"Cadence said before he closed the car door and rushed up towards the stairs of his house.
He knocked on the door a couple times before it opened and he walked inside.
"Alright, Catra. I'm gonna head inside now"Bow said.
"You're gonna figure out that facetime thing Glimmer's sister was talking about. Right?"Catra questioned.
"Yes, I'm sure I'll have figured that out by tonight,"Bow promised.
"Good. Now go to your House Crop top. I've gotta get home too"Catra said.
Bow unbuckled his seatbelt and opened his door. Bow hopped out of the Car.
"Bye Catra"Bow spoke.
"Bye Arrow boy,"Catra said.
Bow closed the door and ran up the stairs and towards his house. He turned around towards his friends once again.
"Talk to you later Catra"Bow called.
Catra waved goodbye before she pulled out of her parking spot and drove away. Bow turned back around and copied his brother's movements. He raised his fist and knocked on his house's door. A moment later, the door opened revealing Bow's new father.
George.
"There you are, Bow, we've been waiting for you"George spoke.
The man moved aside to allow his son in.
"You know where to put your backpack and shoes. After you put them down, go upstairs and change into your pajamas."George instructed.
Bow nodded. He placed his backpack on a small table where all his other siblings' bags sat. He then took his vans off and placed them where the rest of the shoes were.
He walked farther into his house to see most of his siblings in their nightclothes. Some were scrolling through their phones and computers, while others were talking with each other.
Bow turned away from his siblings and rushed up the stairs of his house. He went towards his bedroom door and opened it. There sat Oliver in a white hoodie and grey shorts. He was on his bed typing on his computer with his headphones in.
The blonde boy looked up from his computer and smiled at his brother. He moved his headphones off of his head.
"Hey Bow"Oliver greeted.
"Hi Oliver,"Bow said.
"Um, why is everyone downstairs?"Bow asked.
"It's movie night. We're all going downstairs to watch a movie and eat Pizza"Oliver said.
"A movie. I think I've read about those"Bow said.
"Yeah. I'm sure you have"Oliver said.
"Why haven't we started watching the movie yet"Bow questioned.
"Oh, Olivia's still out. She's probably cuddling with Taylor. And Dallas is tutoring their partner. But they'll both be home soon so you should get changed"Oliver suggested.
"Ok. I'll do that"Bow said.
Bow walked towards the dresser on his side of the room. Bow did what he had done earlier and started shifting through it. He picked out a pair of red and black flannel pants and a black tank top. He then exited his bedroom once again.
He headed to the bathroom and saw that the door was closed.
"Is someone in there?"Bow asked.
"Yes, someone is"The voice responded.
"Are you almost done, Gray?"Bow said.
"Do you know how difficult my hair is? I'm still conditioning it. I need at least 15 more minutes Bow"They said back to their brother.
"Fine,"Bow spoke.
------------------------------
It took 30 minutes, but Bow was finally able to get into the bathroom and change. In those 30 minutes, Dallas and Olivia had returned home and changed into their pajamas.
Now, all fifteen siblings sat in different Areas of the living room, arguing about what movie they would watch. Their dad's sat in the kitchen, on the phone with Domino's, ordering pizza for their kids.
"Can we settle on a movie already?"Marino said.
"No, because Dallas wants to watch Trolls,"Gray groaned.
"Well you wanna watch The Ring"Dallas argued.
"Yeah, that's better than Trolls,"Oliver said.
"But Marino and Melan are too young to watch horror movies,"Aromina spoke.
"Yeah, it'll scare the shit out of them, and probably give them nightmares,"Cassandra said.
"First of all, stop cursing Cass. Second, why don't we all just watch a comedy"Cadence suggested.
The rest of the siblings shrugged in agreement.
"Instead of a movie, we could watch New Girl,"Fawn said.
"That sounds good. Season check"James said
"I'm on season 5"He said
"1, I'm rewatching"Oliver answered
"Same"Olivia said.
"Me and Cassandra are on Season 7"Aromina spoke.
"Season 4, Me and Cadence watched it with Frosta last week,"Gray said.
"I've never watched it before,"Marino said.
"Me neither"Melan spoke.
"Is New girl even appropriate for them?"Fawn said.
"They'll be fine. They can just go on their Ipad's during the dirty parts"Alex spoke.
"That sounds good to me. Anyway, Most of us seem to be close to season 4, so we're watching that right,"James said.
"Yep,"Bow said.
------------------------------
The siblings sat in their living room, Eating pizza and wings. Drinking mountain dew until they couldn't anymore. Bow watched the show on the TV intently.
It was really interesting to him. Like a book but on a screen.
After a while of watching TV, Lance and George entered the living room.
"Sorry to interrupt your New Girl marathon, but it's time for bed"Lance said,
The entire group groaned.
"But it's only nine o'clock,"Gray said.
"Sorry kids, but you've got school in the morning and you all need to be up early to get ready"George.
Grumpily, Alex picked up the remote and switched off the tv. Slowly they all gathered their cups and plates and threw them in the trash. The siblings then shuffled up the stairs and returned to their rooms.
When Bow got into his room he plopped down onto his bed. A few seconds later, Oliver entered the room too and closed the door behind himself.
"Oliver, do you know what time it is?"Bow questioned.
"I think it's around 9:00 pm, why?"Oliver responded.
"Oh, I promised my friends I would facetime them tonight,"Bow said.
Oliver nodded. The Blonde trudged over to his side of the room and flopped onto his back.
Bow stood up from his bed and walked over to his backpack which is where his phone sat. He opened the backpack and pulled out his phone. After fiddling with it for a bit he was finally able to put in his password and open up his phone. The only thing was, he wasn't sure how to facetime anyone. And his Jamais Vu did not seem to be kicking in.
"Um, Oliver, can you help me?"Bow requested.
Oliver sat up to look at his brother.
"Sure, what do you need?"Oliver said.
Bow walked over to his brother's bed and sat down next to him.
"Can you show me how to facetime Catra, Adora, and Glimmer at the same time?"Bow said.
Oliver glanced at Bow a little confused on why he needed help with something he did everyday, but the blonde brushed it off. Bow watched as Oliver tapped away at his phone screen. He continued to press buttons before he came to a single screen. It showed Catra smiling widely with a cat ear headband on her head. Next to that was Glimmer sitting on a bench with her legs crossed. Close to Glimmer's picture was Adora's. She was smiling next to a big statue of a woman with a sword. Under Catra's picture was her nickname, Cat, with cat emoticons next to it. Under Glimmer's picture was Bow's nickname for her, Glim and a ton of heart emojis. Under Adora's picture was her alter ego's name, She-ra with swords next to it.
Underneath Bow's friend's pictures and nicknames were two buttons. Once was red with a telephone icon on it. The other was green with a telephone icon on it.
Oliver pointed to the green button on the screen before talking.
"Just click that button to call them. And before you do. Please use headphones. I love Glimmer, Catra, and Adora very dearly but they are loud as hell and I'm tired as hell,"Oliver said.
Bow nodded before getting off of his brother's bed and back over to his bed. Beside him on his night stand table was a pair of headphones that looked the same as Olivers.
He let Jamais Vu lead the way as he plugged his headphones in and placed them over his ears.
He lifted his index finger over the green button, and pressed it.

The brunette drove peacefully down the twists and turns of the streets. Driving was nice. Sorta calming to her.
After a while of driving, Catra finally pulled into her driveway. She pulled her car key out of the engine making the engine stop rumbling. Catra unbuckled her seatbelt and opened her car door. She hopped out of the car with her book bag over her shoulder. Once the car door was closed again, Catra made her way towards her house's front door.
She took the keys that were in her hands and stuck them in her house door locks. After twisting the keys, she pushed the door open.
"Mom, Momma. I'm home"Catra said as she walked into the house and shut the door.
She waited for her parents to answer but the response never came.
"I guess they're not home yet,"Catra mumbled to herself.
Catra turned and locked her front door before unzipping her boots and sitting them next to the door. The brunette made her way up the stairs of her home and opened the door to her room. She stepped inside and slid her backpack off of her shoulders. Catra sat the backpack down and walked towards her bed. She plopped down onto her bed, sighing as she settled back into the comfortable bed.
Soon Catra found herself squirming uncomfortably. Her clothing wasn't exactly the most comfortable to relax in. Standing up again, Catra walked towards her closet. She opened the closet door and walked in. She shuffled around in the closet, searching for comfy clothing. She looked around for a while until she came across an outfit.
Catra slipped off her pants and her shirts and started to put on her new clothes. The brunette pulled the black shirt she'd chosen over head. She then shuffled a pair of red shorts up her legs. Once that was finished, Catra pushed a pair of black socks over her feet.
With her new clothes on, Catra closed her closet door and headed to the bathroom. When she was inside, she walked to her sink counter. Catra looked at herself in the mirror. She still had all of her makeup from the day on. Catra knelt down to the cabinet underneath her sink. She remembered seeing some sort of wipe made specifically for removing makeup in the cabinet that morning. The brunette reached inside and picked up the pack of makeup wipes. She closed the cabinet as she stood up. Catra opened the pack of wipes and plucked one out.
She spent a few minutes trying to wipe all the makeup off of her face. Taking her eyeliner off was a tad bit difficult but she eventually was able to get it off. After finishing removing her makeup, she placed the makeup wipes back in the cabinet.
Using the hair tie that had found its way to her wrist after gym class, Catra tied her hair back messily into a ponytail before leaving her bathroom and her room entirely.
Catra walked back down the stairs of the house. Her mothers still weren't home yet, so Catra decided to really take a look at her house. She explored all the bathrooms, her basement. She looked at her living room, and her parent's room. And she was able to figure out how a few more things worked. Like the TV in her living room and Basement.
By the time Catra had finished exploring her whole house, she had exhausted herself. Her house wasn't huge but it wasn't exactly small either. Catra walked away from her kitchen, the last area she had been exploring, she plopped down onto the couch. Taking note that the sky was now a dark blue.
Just as Catra was getting ready to go back to her room, she heard a jinling of keys and muffled talking.
"Catra, we're home sweetie"Spinnerella yelled.
Catra sat up a bit on the couch as her mothers filed into the main floor of their house. Her Moms placed a few bags on the dining room table before strutting over to her. They both sat down on either side of their daughter and faced her.
"How was your day Cat?"Netossa asked.
"Uh, it was good. I had fun at school"Catra said.
Netossa and Spinnerella's eyes widened.
"Is everything okay?"Catra spoke.
"You had fun at school. You usually dread school"Spinnerella said.
"I do,"Catra said.
"Yeah, you spent all your junior year complaining,"Netossa chuckled.
"Oh, I remember when you were little. You, Bow, Glimmer, and Adora managed to make your whole kindergarten class riot against school"Spinnerella said.
"That was hilarious,"Netossa said.
"I remember that,"Catra said, letting a chuckle out of her own.
"Anyway, we should probably start eating. We got your favorite Catra"spinnerella said as she stood up from the couch.
Catra watched as her mother walked towards the plastic bags on the kitchen table, grabbed them, and walked back to the couch. Placing the bags on the coffee table of the living room.
"Uh, what exactly are we eating for dinner?"Catra questioned.
"We're eating spaghetti Catra. Like I said, your favorite"Spinnerella answered.
Catra just nodded. The brunette's moms started taking food out of the bag and placing the containers in front of her and themselves.
"Cat, can you go grab a few drinks for us from the fridge?"Netossa instructed.
"Ok,"Catra said.
Catra jumped off the couch and headed towards the kitchen. She walked towards a large silver rectangle which she was pretty sure was the fridge. She opened the rectangle and a cold chill came over her.
She shivered slightly before she started to look around in the fridge. She landed on what she believed was something called lemonade and pulled out 3 cans of it. Catra took the cold cans in her hands and shut the fridge doors. She walked back over to her parents and sat back down in between them.
"Here you go,"Catra said.
She held out two cans to her mothers and they took them.
"Ok, so what do we wanna watch?"Spinnerella asked.
"Criminal Minds"Netossa answered.
"That sounds good to me,"Catra spoke.
"Criminal Minds it is,"Spinnerella said as she reached for the remote on the coffee table.
She pressed a few buttons and the TV turned on. The pink haired women moved the screen to Netflix, the same thing Catra had figured out how to work earlier. Spinnerella scrolled through the multiple rows of movies and shows on Netflix before stopping on Criminal Minds. She clicked on Criminal Minds and pressed play.
They spent a couple hours eating Pasta and garlic bread while watching TV. Catra found she really enjoyed the taste of her food. She also found that she really liked Criminal Minds. It was quite a dark show but there were quite a few pretty women in it that lightened the mood a little bit.
Catra's favorite Character though was definitely Penelope. She was very pretty.
After everyone had finished their food, they watched one more episode before Spinnerella went ahead and shut off the TV.
"It's time for bed Cat,"Netossa said.
"I know you're probably going to talk to Adora and the rest of your friends, just try not to talk for too long. You do have school in the morning and it takes you a very long time to get dressed"The bluenette spoke.
Catra nodded.
"Goodnight Mom, goodnight Momma"Catra said.
"Night Cat"Netossa spoke.
"Good night darling"Spinerrella exclaimed.
With those words said, Catra moved off of the couch and up the stairs. She walked into her room and shut the door behind her. The brunette plopped down onto her bed like she had done earlier in the day, except it was way more comfortable this time around. She turned to her side table and shut off her lamp.
Catra moved her bed sheets and settled herself in them. She shuffled around a little before she started to close her eyes.
Just as her eyes started to close she heard a noise. It was a song. She sat up and turned her side lamp back on. She reluctantly stood back up out of her comfortable bed and walked towards where the sound was coming from. Catra soon figured out that the sound was coming from her backpack.
The brunette opened the bag and dug through it. She pulled out what was causing the sound. Turns out it was her phone. She looked at the screen, and saw a picture of Bow. He was smiling and held two fingers in a peace sign. Underneath his picture was her nickname for him, Crop Top, and a few yellow faces rolling their eyes.
Under Bow's nickname were two buttons. One was red with a white telephone icon on it. The other was green with a white telephone icon on it.
Catra lifted her finger and tapped the green icon on the screen.
------------------------------
Once they all pressed the green button, four videos appeared on their screens.
"Oh my gosh. It worked"Bow cheered.
"I'm sleeping Bow ''Oliver muttered, half asleep.
"Right, sorry"Bow apologized.
Bow turned his attention away from his brother and back to his phone. He raised his hand and waved at the phone.
"Hi Guys,"Bow said.
"Hey Bow, I can't believe you actually got this thing to work"Catra spoke as she stood up from where she was crouched.
She walked back over to her bed and sat on it.
"I can't believe it either,"Bow responded.
"Blondie, you there"Catra questioned.
Adora nodded through her camera as she also walked to her bed and sat down.
"Yeah,"Adora said.
"What about you sparkles? I can't see you. It's pretty dark"Catra spoke.
"Oh, hold on,"Glimmer said.
Glimmer turned towards her sister.
"I'm gonna go outside and talk for a while, Frosta. I'll be back"The pink haired girl said.
Frosta nodded and went back to playing on her Ipad. Glimmer threw her comforter off of her and swung her legs over the bed. She hopped off and walked towards her balcony door. She moved the curtain out of the way and unlocked the door. She opened it and walked outside.
After closing the door, she looked around for some sort of light source since it was still pretty dark outside. Luckily, Glimmer spotted a lightswitch on the wall next to the door. She flicked it and a few lights on the roof of her balcony turned on.
Glimmer brought her phone up closer to her face.
"Can you see me now"Glimmer questioned
"Yes,"Bow answered.
The pink haired girl went to sit on one of the fluffy chairs on her balcony.
"So . . .what do we want to talk about?"Glimmer asked.
"Um, who were your favorite and least favorite people that you met today?"Adora suggested.
"My favorite person was Entrapta. She was super energetic and fun to talk to. But my least favorite person was definitely Mrs.Rogers"Bow said.
"Yeah, I despise Math, but although I didn't really like Mrs.Rogers, I get a bad vibe from that Chatlene Girl"Catra said.
"Yeah me too, everyone seemed to not like her. What's up with that?"Glimmer spoke.
"I'm not sure. But I'll ask Mermista someday. She seems to know a lot about what goes on in school. But, anyway. My favorite person I met today was Lonnie. She's funny"Catra said.
"My favorite person I met today was Cadence. He was polite unlike my gremlin sister"Glimmer said.
"I heard that,"Frosta yelled from the bedroom.
Glimmer groaned and shook her head.
"I'm gonna have to agree with Bow and say My least favorite person today was Mrs.Rogers"Glimmer spoke.
"My favorite person I met today was for sure Miss Lin. She was super nice. My least favorite person I met today was Chatlene. Catra's right, there's something off about her, plus, there has to be a reason why no one likes her"Adora said.
"You have a point,"Bow said.
The best friend squad's conversation went on for hours. They talked and laughed about exciting things they learned during their few hours apart. They all eventually found that their phones were dying so they finally decided to hang up.
After a few minutes of figuring how to plug in their chargers they all hopped back into their beds. Closing their eyes, finding it easy to fall asleep.
The world they were in seemed to be as unpredictable as it was fun. But they weren't worried. After all, they were the bestfriend squad.
The four of them could do anything.
