~Y/N POV~

For far so good for the adoption day.

I mean at first I was nervous about this whole thing to see what these three hybrids would be like out in the open with all these humans around and also a few hyrbids our and about socialising with everyone too.

I like this day, there's so much going on like a bouncy castle, barbeque that Jin is in charge of with the help of Yoongi by his side and Minji there too of course. Hoseok was in charge of blowing up balloon animals for all boys and girls, human or hybrid it didn't matter. Namjoon wondered around the place interacting with everyone he came in contact with making sure everything was running smoothly which is was.

The only thing was that the trio kept following me around, dodging any adult that was human that came anywhere near us. The most clingy was Jungkook, constantly holding my hand and if he couldn't hold my hand it would be my sleeve of the bottom of my t-shirt I chose to wear today. Jimin was always by my opposite side and Taehyung would be right up close behind me, sometimes so close that I would feel his hot breath on the back of my neck but I didn't have the heart to tell him to step back.

Eventually in time through out the day they became a little more looser, meaning Jimin and Taehyung would take a few steps away from me to interact with another hybrid that is also living here but ready to be adopted. I don't know what they would talk about but I was happy to see them being social with others. I just wish I could say the same as Jungkook, he didn't budge at all and when I would try to get him to let go of my hand he would whine and pull adorable bunny eyes at me. It's hard to resist those eyes.

We were in charge of the bouncy castle, making sure the children were safe and not getting hurt as they bounced around on it. I could tell Jungkook was itching to go on it so maybe if there's enough time after this day is over, he could have a try of it. What would be the harm in that?

I couldn't help but laugh seeing the children bounce around and almost fall on top of each other on the bouncy castle. Honestly children are adorable, human or hybrid it was good to see them mixing together as they played.

"Y/n is it okay if I go and speak to Jihoon over there?" Jimin

He whispered in my ear from behind me. I gasped out of fright and even Jungkook was startled by my sudden action. I didn't even know Jimin was right there, but hearing Jimin giggle made me smile and wash that thought out of my mind.

"Yeah sure. You can go anywhere around the grounds you like Jimin, you know that."

He nodded eagerly then surprised me when he quickly kissed my cheek and took off running towards the fox hybrid that was waiting for him by a picnic bench a few feet away from where we stand.

"No fair."

I perked up when I heard a soft whisper like mumble come from someone very close to me. Did Jungkook just talk?

"Jungkook did you just speak?"

I asked him eagerly but he rapidly shook his head, eyes wide and his ears stood tall on the top of his head. I just squinted my eyes at him because I know he just spoke.

"You can talk to me you know. There's no need to keep being shy all the time."

He shrugged at me and turned back around to watch the children playing on the bouncy castle. I just sighed softly at that. I mean it was a start, he mumbled something that wasn't meant to be heard but I still cant help but be disappointed. Although a hard tug on my hand Jungkook holds caught my attention again and not even a second later his nose was pressed against my cheek sniffing softly. This was only a sign of affection from Jungkook. Different breeds have different ways to show their affection to others so I couldn't help but blush and allow Jungkook to poke at my cheek with his nose until he was done.

When he was finally done he turned away again like it was nothing but I on the other hand was blushing so hard right now. Looking around the crowd of people to see if anyone noticed I did so happen to catch Yoongi's eyes, staring back at me by the barbeque located in the centre of everything going on. His hard cat like eyes stared right back into mine, making me feel uneasy under his glare. I still haven't spoken to him, he refuses to be anywhere near me right now and I don't understand why.

But when Minji placed her hand to his shoulder he immediately looked away from me to speak to her. I too looked away trying to think of why Yoongi would be ignoring me. I haven't don't anything wrong have I?

"Y/n are you okay?"

Pulling me out my thoughts, I turned to the person that walked back up to me from behind just to see Taehyung smiling but his hands in his pockets.

"Yeah I'm fine. Where did you go?"

"The bathroom. Sorry." Taehyung

He looked down, guilt evident in his eyes and his pointy ears to lower on the top of his head but I shook my head, turning as much as I could due to Jungkook's hand still holding onto mine.

"You don't have to apologise for that. If you need to go you need to go."

Taehyung smiled and his ears popped up on the top of his head again, his tail also rapidly waving side to side happily.

"Hey Y/n could I talk to you in private for a moment?"

Namjoons voice sudden appeared just before he did in view. Turning back around to face Namjoon I nodded.

"Yeah sure."

Namjoon nods back, smiling kindly to me and then to Taehyung and Jungkook when Taehyung suddenly moved forward to stand by my side. I tried to pry my hand away from Jungkook but he refused. Whining again and pouting his lips as well as his doe eyes I couldn't fight his hand off, he just refused to let me go.

"Jungkook just let her go. She'll come back, right Y/n?" Taehyung

"Yes I'll be right back. Don't worry Jungkook."

I pressed a smile to the distressed bunny. HIs large eyes staring into mine until he finally nodded sadly and looked down to his feet, his long ears dropping low on the top of his head when he finally lets go of my wrist.

Now set free I followed Namjoon just across the yard but not without glancing back at the two and even to Jimin to be sure he was still by the picnic bench with Jihoon and he was. Coming to a stop to stand beside Namjoon next to the large fence we stood there in silence for a moment as Namjoon looked around the court yard with a fond smile.

"Today has been a success. To be honest I was worried about those three troublesome hybrids." Namjoon

"I was too but I guess they've proved us all wrong."

Namjoon nods, still smiling towards the people around us. I just so happened to have glanced over to Taehyung and Jungkook. Jungkook was staring right back at me, his ear twitching which made me think that he could hear us and I wouldn't doubt that he couldn't. Its obvious he was listening and Taehyung was just standing there with his hands behind his back watching the children in the bouncy castle with a smile on his face.

"What I have also observed today that it's obvious that the trio don't like anyone else but you and it would be impossible to have them adopted to anyone else but you." Namjoon

"Are you trying to ask me to adopt them Namjoon?"

He suddenly turned to me slowly, raising a curious brow as he looked down at me through his glasses.

"Would you?" Namjoon

Now that surprised me. Sure I've gotten close to them but that thought never entered my mind.

"I-I, well I don't know. I've not thought about it."

"Well you should. Clearly they have taken a big taking to you but there's a lot more to it then that." Namjoon

"What are you talking about? A lot more to what?"

"Come to my office before you go home tonight. We need to have a chat. If they wont tell you then I will." Namjoon

Then with that he walked away, leaving me stumped. What the hell is he talking about?
