The third major dimension, exempt from Nowhere and The Between, to exist. A world of abstract, cycling spaces, like dead nostalgia from a shopping mall. Of course, these buildings didn't always exist. In the white void of this realm is color, swirling and dancing in streams. Gravity doesn't exist until a platform has been created, not from this color alone, but the bits and pieces of crystallized soulmatter that floats around. Yes, the very material that makes up souls exists here, and here it is a physical building block.
Beautiful cities once existed here, but after the Dreamers went extinct, their creations were left to slowly degrade. With reality failing to keep up, these buildings would recurse. Hallways would repeat and randomize, windows would split off into vine-like growths. Light and darkness refused to work together. Now, in the year 2000, a being that adventures here will find an environment that fits a liminal space in a horror movie. Eventually, these spaces will degrade completely, becoming their base form as a shattered soul field.

Dreamer
Comprehension: 4
One of the few organic sentients to not possess a soul, they instead have the power to manipulate their environment however they choose to. Resembling the pieces of chess from a Human game, they only come in one color, and have four limbs. They have no visible face, as their eyes are microscopic, compound arrangements that blend in perfectly. The same is true with their mouths. On their heads and necks are horns, which come in almost any shape, often acting as a fake scarf or mane. These horns have a jelly-like consistency, and can easily be removed, and grow back within days.
While the Dreamers could shape their realm to their liking, they were not limited to the other dimensions. Studies from an exiled queen, Nine of Diamonds, shows that all soulmatter is under a Dreamer's control. As a result, Dreamers can be extremely dangerous to organisms that use soulmatter. This matter can be expelled from the body at will, causing instant unconsciousness and death within seconds. More experienced Dreamers can then rewrite the contents of the matter, purging all memories and consciousness to the being they took from.
Despite the incredible abilities the Dreamers possess, they are more focused on their own happiness than gaining power. In their creativity, they were severely depressed, and pooled their resources into searching for solace. They never accomplished their goal, no matter how hard they worked. In the end, they brought the Third Realm down with them.
