Bonus Chapter
"I will stay by your side, even when the dark night arrives
When I touch your dream
The fear disappears.
I'm standing at the edge of dawn.
Countless days of staying awake needlessly
The heart that ached for you, is not painful anymore
You'll be fine.
Like a rising starlight.
Can you see the starlight too?
Same day, same time
I will be there.
So, why don't you stay?
Please don't go away!"

Hwasa
"Tae, are you ready?" Hae asked while putting on her diamond studs.
"Yes, babe! I need you to fix my tie though. I can't seem to get it right, for some reason." The naughty smirk was almost rubbing off his voice.
A chorus of 'Ohhhhhhh's echoed through the large room and Hae felt the heat rise on her cheeks.
A year of the both of them being married and her husband didn't lose a single opportunity to shamelessly flirt with her at any given chance.
In fact, Taehyung was not that much flirty when they were briefly dating.
Maybe because Taehyung wasn't very sure if Min Hae was truly in love with him.
And Hae would've done anything to let him know that how much exactly she loved this man!
But alas, she was almost good at everything but expressing her feelings.
But that was a story for another day.
"Stop it already!" Hae said, lowering her head to hide the redness of her cheeks.
" Yes ma'am! I really need help with my tie though!" Hae internally cooed at her husband's pouty voice.
"Sneak in here!" Hae suggested, smiling. "I'll see if I can squeeze an opportunity to help my dear husband."
"I'll see what I can do."
Chuckles sounded on either side of the line.
The noise of a chair scraping the tiled floor echoed through the room and Hae looked over her shoulder, catching a glimpse of the scene behind her.
"Sarang's done. I'll be signing off Mr. Kim."
"Such a shame, Mrs. Kim! I'll be looking forward to seeing you." Taehyung said, in his usual deep voice.
"You too. By the way, is Jimin ready?" At this question, Hae heard her husband gulp.
"He'll be done soon enough! You focus on getting Sarang ready. You need to worry about Jiminie Pabo, my wife!"
"He better be, my husband!" Hae added a twinge of her steely and Taehyung could only reply with an affirmative.
She shoved her phone inside her purse and tossed it away.
Hae was dressed in a red off-the-shoulder dress with red embroidery all over the torso and on the lining of the waist. The skirt stopped an inch above the knee and the dress had a red belt to finish off the look with white ribbon flats.
Yup! Kim Hae still refuses and detests high heels or what she calls, 'toothpicks'.
Sarang had meanwhile, just stepped up after having her hair and make-up done, dressed in a silk robe.
"Sarang, lose the robe!" Seola brought forward a long dress, with the black protective covering.
It was easy for the girls to move in their brides' maid dresses since all of them were up to the knees.
Seola was wearing a red off-the-shoulder dress with black stone embroidery all over it. Jin chose that dress for her, and without a doubt, she looked amazing!
The girls collectively groaned at the sight of Sarang's wedding dress, including the bride.
She was pretty shy about the whole thing.
The off the shoulder, white silk tulle A-line gown was the result of 3 full days of raiding every wedding dress shop in Seoul.
Nothing seemed to match the bride's taste.
Jin, Jimin, and Taehyung had to carry the girls back into the villa when they were done for the day. Shoes dangling off their fingers, their feet were almost swollen twice their size; the sight made the rest of the residents wince!
The day the girls returned with the dress, one couldn't really understand why 3 boys were being happy about the bride finding her wedding dress.
Well, what they didn't know was the boys pulled late nights just to massage their wives' feet and legs to the normal size.
Which they did, without having to ask.
The robe slid off Sarang's form and left her standing, clad in a white lace lingerie set.
Trust Seola on handling every aspect of the wedding!
"What a waste!" Hae snorted as she helped the bride step into her dress.
"Don't make me destroy your hairstyle!" Sarang glared, but anyone could see the reddish hue on her cheeks.
"Watch your step!" Seola warned as Sarang stepped in the dress.
The dress had a corset top with a sweetheart neckline and flower appliques on it and see-through sleeves.
The skirt was made of flowy, silk making it easy for her to walk and the material was sheer enough to barely make out Sarang's legs under the vestiges of white silk.
It was just another dress for the world but for Sarang, the dress was her 'the dress'.
Both Jimin and Sarang had wanted to expose their tattoos for their wedding since those played a big role in bringing the both of them together.
But that would mean Jimin turning up at his own wedding, half-naked and Sarang with a barely covered torso. And Kim Seok Jin says no!!!
"Does it look good?" Sarang asked, nervously!
"We need an ambulance on standby," Hae stated, still gawking at the bride.
"What-"
"YOU LOOK GORGEOUS!!!" Seola squealed, a bit louder than necessary but that was Kim Seola for you.
"Exactly! Jimin-ssi might faint at your sight!" Hae said, with a straight face.
Then she busted out laughing!
Sarang seated herself down on the chair again, letting the make-up artists complete their final touch-up.
They had opted for a classic, natural makeup look with bold red lips, which balanced out the whole look perfectly.
Hae bent down to secure the white heels on Sarang's feet and Seola grabbed the white pearl necklace to clasp it around her swan-like neck.
Sarang stared at her reflection, inhaling and exhaling long and deep, accepting and letting everything sink in.
She had trouble believing that she was here.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
She and Jimin started unstably. They fought, they argued, they suspected and they hurt the other, just as much as the other.
And honestly, at times Jin and Hoseok had to pull the couple off, from killing each other!
But the next day, the two of them couldn't keep their hands off each other, making out anywhere and everywhere!
They both of them were like timer-less time bombs, exploding with either anger or passion just anywhere!
Things derailed for the two of them after Jimin proposed.
The ruby and gold piece of jewelry resting on Sarang's third finger reminded her that it was a matter of time before an 'r' barged in between the 'Ms.' she placed before her name.
But Jimin quite forgot about it! Or so it seemed.
Some new forces turned against Bullet Proof and it was more than necessary to handle them.
Since Bullet-Proof and its allies were now working on legalizing their activities.
The gang was thrown into a frenzy of work and everyone was busy.
Jimin had always been a perfectionist, the boys knew it well enough!
And when under stress, he overworked to the point of blackout!
Naturally, that had an effect on Sarang. Her fiancé was rarely around her and when he was, he wished to have his space.
And Sarang understood. She allowed him his space.
Even though, she was craving some attention and love.
This went on for 3 months. Jimin working endlessly, basically shutting off everyone around him, forgetting that a person was staying up past the late hours of the night, just to catch a glimpse of him.
And just like everything else, Sarang's patience had a limit.
Gang fights had increased over the months and Sarang had agreed on attending every fight, partly to make sure no hiccups were faced by the gang in its future activities.
But mostly, she didn't want to seem like she was waiting for Jimin.
Which she was, but she wasn't going to accept it.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Jin Oppa, come on in!" Hae called out, making the door swing open the very next second.
Sarang lifted her eyes, looking at her brother, with misty eyes.
"Aigoo look at my baby sis!" The oldest in the household waltzed in, his usual loud and cheerful voice, lighting up the atmosphere.
Sarang smiled at her brother, turning to face him.
Jin's eyes sparkled in the brightly lit room, at the sight of his sister looking like an angel sent down from heaven.
He was scared, even reluctant to give his sister away.
The angel who had him wrapped around her chubby little finger since she was born, whose first word was his name, who he had lost in such a young age, who he'd vowed to protect with his life if needed.; the situation was much harder for Jin.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Jin had noticed how far off his little sister and her fiancé were, thanks to their busy schedules and lack of communication. But he chose to ignore it since the time was actually very busy for most of them.
But one day, a huge argument broke out, startling the whole house.
Jimin and Sarang were arguing like there was no tomorrow.
The beginning of it was something as trivial as cuddling!
Jimin finally decided to crawl out of his hole, looking like a serial killer, and wanted to cuddle and Sarang, being the salty one refused.
It started off of playful begging and advanced to full-on yelling, whatever the hell they'd pent up in their minds.
The whole apartment rushed in, along with Jin and Seola and Taehyung and Hae from their condos.
At one point, Jimin yelled out some things that he didn't mean and shouldn't have said.
That silenced Sarang. But it was not of defeat or calming.
She was tired.
"Okay, you made a mistake getting engaged to me, fine Park Jimin! BUT WHAT ABOUT ME!?! FOR MONTHS YOU ACTED LIKE I WAS SOME SORT OF CHORE YOU WERE FORCED TO DO! YOU BASICALLY AVOIDED MY GOD DAMN EXISTENCE! I PATIENTLY WAITED FOR YOU AND WHAT DID YOU DO?!
Oh right! You went out clubbing! Go! Fine, but at least tell me where you are!? Or do I not deserve even that much!"
Sarang had been suppressing these emotions for 4 months now, and she was bound to blow up at some point.
Honestly, some of them, who knew what was going on, was surprised that she even held on for this long.
Jimin stood there, still breathing heavy, totally crushed under the weight of guilt! He blurted out stuff he didn't mean and, it was not until that very moment that he realized what he was doing to his fiancé.
He opened his mouth to explain himself when he watched with horror as Sarang took off their engagement ring.
The red-haired girl gently placed the ring on the messed up sheets of the bed, before turning to the man she loved with all her heart.
"Let's take a break Jimin. Let's figure ourselves out before you and I do something we both regret."
With that, she walked out of the room, leaving Jimin crushed.
The redhead started to go after her, only to be stopped by the eldest.
"Let her breathe, for now, Jimin-ah!"
And Jimin had no other option but to comply.
The next day, Sarang went off to stay with Suho and his wife, for a few days, just enough to gather her thoughts and allow Jimin to gather his.
Needless to say, the process was painful for both of them.
Suho was undoubtedly a good older brother, just like Jin. Both of them were very protective of Sarang, and if one didn't know better, they'd assume that Sarang, Jin, and Suho, were children of the same family.
He knew what was going on, and he hated seeing his baby sister like that. But he also understood why she was doing what she was doing.
Marriage is a huge commitment, and given Sarang and Jimin's nature of work and personality, it was hard to keep a balance.
And honestly, both Suho and his wife could see through the struggle Sarang was going through, staying away from Jimin.
He and Jin had decided to talk the both of them in meeting each other if things continued like this for yet another week!
But of course!
Park Jimin had other plans.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Prince coming through!" Yoongi walked in with, Jin and Seola's son, Kim Seok Joon jr.
Joon was 5 months old and the cutest bean ever!
He rested peacefully in Yoongi's arms, snuggling into his arms, both of them not really appreciative of the fact, that he had been rudely interrupted in his evening nap.
Behind him walked in Jungkook, holding two tiny velvet pillows, which were to bear Jimin and Sarang's wedding rings.
Seok Jin kissed his wife's cheek before going to his sister, hugging her gently.
"Now, you look like World Wide Beautiful sister," Jin said, cupping her cheeks and placing a gentle kiss on her forehead.
"You look amazing as always Oppa!" Sarang smiled.
Yoongi and Jungkook exchanged hugs with the bride, dressed in their suits.
"The long hair looks good on you, Jungkook Oppa!" Sarang said, pointing at Jungkook's mullet.
"I know right." Jungkook smiled, his bunny teeth appearing.
Hae brought forward the crystal-studded hair comb with the wispy white veil hanging off it.
It was an unannounced tradition in the family.
On the wedding day, the brother or the person walking her down the aisle was the one to put the veil on the bride.
Like Yoongi had done for Hae and Namjoon for Seola.
Jin carefully fixed the jewelry on the bottom of his sister's braided bun, straightening the veil.
Sarang exhaled long, finally fully ready for her big day.
"It'll be great kid! You'll be great!' Yoongi had never quite gotten around to stop being protective of Sarang.
To him, Sarang and Hae were no different. This is why, no matter how many naps Min Yoongi had to give up, he was happy to do it, for the girl who's no less than his own younger sister.
Handing her the white and red roses bouquet, Yoongi smiled, kissing her cheek.
The little party walked to the bride's waiting room, Jin and Seola walking off to welcome the guest. They were the hosts of the wedding after all. The guests included Bullet-Proof's allies and close friends.
Hae stayed by Sarang's side while Jungkook and Yoongi managed the guest who was filing by to meet and congratulate the bride.
"We aren't late, are we?" It was the voice that made Sarang beam wide!
"Suho Hyung!" Yoongi and Jungkook bowed slightly to the elder and his wife, which the couple returned with a smile.
"Sarangie!" Suho smiled brightly, entering the room.
See what meant by them seeming like belonging to the same family?
They just radiated that vibe.
"Suho Oppa!" Sarang smiled, making Suho wrap her in a tight hug.
"Aigoo! My Sarangie looks soo beautiful!" Suho lightly pinched her cheeks, not wanting to ruin her makeup.
"You guys! It's almost time for Sarang to walk down the aisle." Seola reminded.
"Yeah, but where is Baekhyun and Lee Min?" Hae asked, looking at Suho.
"They swung by to congratulate Jimin. They'll be here soon!" Nina, Suho's wife, explained, playing with Joon.
"HERE!" A loud voice resonated from the door and in walked, Lee Min.
Over time, both Sarang and Lee Min had rekindled their friendship and went back to how they were before.
Lee Min was now engaged to Baekhyun, and back to her position as Sarang's best friend and maid of honor.
The theme of the wedding was red, to match with Sarang's hair color.
So, Rim Lee Min stood clad in an asymmetrical wine red dress with a unique neckline with silver heels.
"Girl, are looking gorgeous!" Lee Min basically crushed her best friend in a hug.
"Thank you but where is the Bacon slice?" Sarang asked, returning Lee Min's hug.
"Stopped at Jimin's room. He'll meet you after the ceremony." Lee Min explained, glancing secretly at Jungkook and Yoongi, making them mouth a thank you.
"Mrs. Kim, everything is ready for the ceremony. Is the bride ready?" The wedding planner poked her head in the waiting room.
"Yes, she is ready to start!" Seola answered, fixing her rose gold heels.
"Okay, I will check on the groom then." The woman left.
"I just hope the boys are ready!" Yoongi exchanged a glance with Jungkook, knowing very well that the boys were not ready.
"NAMJOON HYUNG, I CAN'T FIND MY BOW TIE!" Jimin yelled, making Namjoon groan.
They say girls get hella nervous before their wedding day, but here, the whole scenario is different!
Sarang definitely was at the edge of her nerves, but it went nowhere near the level where Jimin was.
He was, in short, losing his mind.
"Jimin-ah, you're not wearing a bow tie, remember!" Hoseok reminded, literally at the end of his patience.
Taehyung suppressed yet another laugh, pretty amused at the sight of his best friend, losing his mind.
He could understand since he went through the same state, just a year ago.
But he didn't go this crazy, that's for sure.
"PARK JIMIN, FOR GOD'S SAKE PULL YOURSELF TOGETHER! GO AND GET DRESSED!
You aren't planning to get married dressed in a t-shirt and shorts, do you?" Baekhyun yelled slapping his forehead.
When he and his fiancé stopped at this room, he could understand that the red-haired man was losing his mind today.
Namjoon, Hoseok, and Taehyung looked like they could definitely use some help!
So he stayed back, along with the one and only flirt, Jongin.
The funniest thing on this earth was Jimin and Jongin's friendship.
Even though they definitely had beef in the past and Jimin was 3 years younger than Jongin, their friendship was definitely strong for the one that began at Taehyung and Hae's wedding.
"Excuse me Sirs! Is the Groom ready? It's time for him to be proceed to the aisle.
The wedding planner gawked at the messed up state.
"He'll be here soon!" At Jongin's words, the wedding planner bowed and left.
Jongin clicked his tongue and pushed himself off the couch, clearly worried about his friend's sanity.
"YAH! Park Jimin, take a breath!"
"I CAN'T- "
"I said take a breath!" Jongin's stern voice forced Jimin to think straight.
"So, your ears do work. Glad to know." The man placed his head on the shorter one's shoulder.
"Jimin, you love Sarang?" He asked, smirking slightly.
"Of course I do." It didn't even take Jimin a second to answer.
"You think she loves you?" Jimin nodded, pressing his lips together.
"Man, you go to the extent of climbing buildings, just to get engaged to her again. Of all things in this world, you shouldn't be doubting your love for her and her love for you.
Just calm down and get dressed. As far as I know, your bride is already in the waiting room."
Jongin hit the off button of the panic system, it seemed. Because he immediately calmed down. Allowing himself one long and deep breath, he grabbed his suit and walked off to get dressed for his wedding.
Completely alone, he stood in front of the mirror, his torso naked and his hair dyed the brighter shade of cotton candy orange.
Jimin's fingers trailed to the vine of roses inked on the right side of his chiseled torso.
He delicately touched the carved roses, thinking these were the reason, why he had Sarang in his life.
Maybe, it was all meant to be.
The second their engagement ring slid off Sarang's fingers, Jimin felt like someone had sucked the air out of his lungs.
And when those words left her mouth, Jimin would've done absolutely anything to stop her.
But he knew he was wrong.
He was wrong to be scared. Wrong to be doubting his and her love.
No matter how much would pass, how old he'd have grown, Jimin would always somehow, in some way struggle with self-doubt.
He was the one who had planned to propose Sarang but when he did, all his insecurities just came crashing down on him.
Doubt, fear, and the possibility of letting Sarang down.
Every time she appeared in front of him, the same fear and anxiety would creep up on his spine.
So, he started avoiding her like plague.
Little did he know, his strategy would backfire so horribly.
He saw how alone she had gotten. He saw how she would fall asleep in an awkward position, waiting for him.
It now felt stupid to Jimin that he was able to lay her down in a more comfortable position and wrap her in a blanket but never once, did he have the heart wake her up and spend some time together.
Which, might've saved both of them from going on a 3-week break.
Putting on his silk undershirt, Jimin proceeded to fix his belt, when his eyes caught the sight of the scars on his wrist and knuckles.
The hand came off pretty well after punching open a window.
Jimin softly smiled at the memory of her surprised face, when he barged into her room in the middle of the night.
"You've pulled yourself together, quite well." Jimin looked back, to see his friends smirking at the doorway.
"I went berserk, didn't I?" Jimin smiled shyly. Jongin laughed, grabbing the midnight blue blazer.
"Well, that you did. But given the nature of your relationship, I wasn't expecting anything less from you. After all, your short ass can only handle that much pressure." Taehyung laughed, leaning back against the wall.
Jongin had only a few more minutes to spare since he and Hoseok were emceeing the wedding. But he did deserve a one on one with his best friend.
"At least not on my wedding day, you both!" Jimin scolded, blushing lightly.
"Okay fine! Not on your wedding day." Jongin laughed again, helping Jimin inside the blazer.
"You need to come out, quick! Sarang's already done and in the waiting room." Taehyung informed, handing Jimin the brooch he was supposed to put on his blazer.
"Just never ever doubt yourself or her. You guys are the strongest couple I have seen, so trust each other and be patient." Jongin thumped his shoulder, before walking out.
Taehyung laughed, hugging his best friend. "It was getting tiring only listening to Jin Hyung rant." The both of them shared a hearty laugh.
"Jiminie pabo, you deserve to be loved like all of us. So, don't push away people who want to love you and the ones you want to love." Taehyung gave his best friend a hug before leaving the room.
Jimin nodded to himself, before facing the mirror. How could he ever doubt his love for Sarang?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Hold your patience. Just one more week and you get to meet her." Hoseok rubbed Jimin's slumped shoulder.
"Be patient with her, Jimin-ah! Give her time to figure herself out." With that Hoseok left the room, leaving Jimin alone with his misery.
He never really thought about life without Sarang in it. And now that she wasn't here, everything around him seemed meaningless.
He needed her back.
And he needed to do something about it. He simply couldn't bear spending another day with the love of his life.
And remember when I said that Park Jimin is crazy?
I actually meant that.
An otherwise sane person would not sneak out of his home like a teenager, on a night where it was raining cats and dogs.
And of course, What sane person climbs three stories and barges into a house like a robber, where he's more than welcome?
Definitely crazy.
"Sarangie, it's raining pretty hard. So don't forget to close the windows, if you don't want a shower from nature." Suho laughed, entering her room with a hot chocolate mug in his hand.
"I already took one so, I'll pass." Sarang laughed, taking the cup from Suho's hand.
"You good?" Suho asked, scanning her face. Sarang sighed, resting her head on Suho's shoulder.
"I miss him Oppa!" She said, in a quiet voice. "Am I supposed to miss him? I shouldn't be, should I?" Suho rubbed her hair, trying to soothe her.
"If you miss him, then you're too deep in love with him to let him go. It's not something that shouldn't be happening. If you think he's the one you want to spend your life with, then don't distance yourself.
You won't be able to stay away from him anyway.
And breaking up is not always the option. If you know, if you believe that you can live with that man and change yourselves for good and make it to the end of the road, then don't give up on Jimin."
Suho made sense.
Jimin indeed hurt Sarang. But, she didn't know his side of the story. And everyone knew how hot-headed Jimin was.
He would speak utter bullshit and then regret the whole thing, more than anything else.
And everyone knew how much exactly he loved Sarang, he just failed to show it properly.
"I love you Sarangie but the thing is, you both are just meant for each other. If he's difficult to read, you're difficult to understand.
You've always been the stubborn type. A type-only someone like Jimin can handle." Suho smiled, making Sarang look up with bright eyes.
"The both of you are crazy, hot-headed, and rebellious. So, it's normal that you guys will have bumps. But just ask yourself, are those bumps worth it? Is staying with him worth all the fights?
If your answer is a yes, then go ahead and get your man. Because, you, my dear little sister, are head over heels for the red-headed male version of yourself." Sarang bolted out of her bed, the moment Suho finished.
There could be only one answer to that question. A big fat yes!
And she was gonna heed to Suho's advice.
"YAH! Where are you going?" Suho yelled, utterly bewildered!
"To Jimin." Sarang grabbed her jacket.
"Oi! Oi! Oi! Kim Sarang, hold your horses!" Suho said, making Sarang halt in her actions.
One of the best things about Sarang was, she didn't completely lose her mind, even when she was in a haste.
She never shut out her surroundings.
"Do you know how hard is it raining right now?" And before Sarang could answer, thunder clapped, making her jump on her spot.
That made a pretty good answer.
"I could drive you to the mansion but that would risk both of us getting into an accident." Suho shrugged, sheepishly.
"So get some sleep and I'll drive you back, first thing in the morning." Sarang nodded.
You could always rely on Suho. He just gave off that secure vibe.
Sarang lay on her bed, the rain throwing itself on the window beside her bed, making relaxing background music, as she slowly traveled to dreamland.
"Oh my gosh!" Jimin hissed, jumping lightly inside his car as thunder boomed across the sky.
"I can't see a thing! Am I even going to make it Suho Hyung's house, alive?" He gripped the steering wheel, his full focus on the road.
"Nope! I can't die! I have to get to Sarang." He didn't even realize that he was talking to himself.
These 3 weeks, made Park Jimin 3 times crazier than he already was!
Which, almost passes off as a pretty good explanation to what he did next.
Barely making it to Suho's place, Jimin ditched his car near the house and ran battling the rain with nothing but his cotton candy orange hair, that he'd dyed just yesterday.
Talk about a man desperately in love, here we have it.
Somehow, making it past the guards on the front gate, Jimin landed in the back yard.
He was very much aware of Sarang's room in this house, which was on the top floor of the 3 floors high building.
On the first floor lived, the rest of the EXO members with Baekhyun and Lee Min with their own apartment.
The second floor was the rec room along with their offices and practice rooms.
The top floor belonged to Suho and his wife on one side and for the time being, Sarang on the other.
Any sane person would call their one of the many friends living in the house and ask them to open the door for him, but Park Jimin said nope!
He proceeded to climb the ledges and pipes of the building, like some descendants of Spider-Man.
And Baekhyun just happened to have woken up for a midnight snack with Chanyeol.
Imagine their surprise when they saw someone climbing up the ledges and pipes of their house, through the window.
Any human being would think that it's a robber or thief; and thanks to both the boys' overactive imagination, a ghost.
Spooked out of their minds, they proceeded to follow the dark figure, all thanks to Park Jimin's wardrobe choices.
He was dressed in black from head to toe, curse his luck!
Jimin really did climb like the reincarnate of Spider-Man, since he was up to the third floor in no time.
Meanwhile, Chanyeol and Baekhyun had woken up Sehun, Jongin, and Lay for strength. Where were Lee Min, D.O, Chen, and Xiumin you ask?
Chen and Xiumin were sleeping like the dead, and no one wanted to wake D.O or Lee Min up.
They feared their lives, okay?!
"Finally!" Jimin huffed, reaching Sarang's window. Only to find that it was locked from the inside.
"Ou! Now, what do I do?" Jimin thought to himself, hanging almost 35 feet above the ground.
Now, the spirit of Spiderman left his body, and the spirit of Hulk entered.
Without thinking twice, he punched the window, smashing the window into pieces.
Sarang jumped awake, to find a black bleeding hand hovering from her window and she did what any sane person would do.
She screamed, extra loud!
"Is that guy going to Sarang's room?" Sehun whispered, climbing the stairs with his hyungs.
"Maybe! Oh my God! What if that son of a bitch is here to kidnap her?" Chanyeol panicked, speeding up on climbing up the stairs, reaching the floor, which divided to right and left.
What this clumsy human being forgot is that in front of him was Jongin, who got pushed. Jongin lost his footing, throwing his arms around for support, only to land a punch on Lay's face making him lose his footing as well...
Jongin landed on Chanyeol, who was not really prepared for the weight of a fully grown man to land on him.
The both of them fell on top of each other, and just like the perfect cherry on top, Chanyeol fell on Baekhyun.
Meanwhile, Lay fell on top of Sehun, and just out of instinct to save himself, Sehun grabbed Baekhyun's shirt, ripping it halfway down the shoulder and torso.
Baekhyun screamed in panic, Lay screamed in fear that he broke his tailbone and Chanyeol screamed in pain as Jongin landed on his stomach.
And so began the chaos of the night.
The boys and Sarang screamed at pretty much the same time, so the volume magnified.
Suho and his wife, who were sound asleep, jolted awake, Suho potentially falling off the bed. They exchanged one look before Nina basically scrambled to put on her jacket and they ran.
Meanwhile, the sleeping four were also wide awake as they grabbed their guns and rushed upstairs, thinking the enemies had attacked again.
"What the hec-AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" Suho was rushing forward, without looking anywhere except right and just like that, he slammed his ankle onto Sehun's nose, making the both of them yell out!
"Just what in the name of Lord, happened in here?" Nina and D.O simultaneously yelled out, witnessing the scene in front of them.
"I'm too sleepy for this shit!" Lee Min sighed, slapping her forehead.
While Chen and Xiumin were processing the whole scene.
What was happening in Sarang's room, you ask?
Sarang rushed forward to the window, as stupid as it sounds, and almost let out another scream when she saw the black figure hanging outside her window.
But luckily enough for Jimin, the hood slid off his head, revealing his hair.
Sarang could recognize that anywhere, anytime, no matter what the circumstances.
"Jimin, is that you?" She whispered, shakily still not over the shock she got in the middle of the night.
"Uhm.... yeah, hi babe! Do you mind giving me a hand?" He smiled sheepishly, hanging onto the ledge of the window with one hand.
Sarang stood there, shell-shocked for a few seconds before walking away.
"Hey, Sarang! I know you're mad but at least don't let me die. I'm barely holding on in here." Jimin pleaded, panic rising in his throat.
About time if ya ask me.
She returned with a thick towel before wrapping it around Jimin's arms and then, sliding open the relatively big window.
The towel was to protect Jimin's injured hand before she pulled him in.
No, they did not fall on top of each other, like those cliché romance novels but Jimin finally felt ground under his feet after hanging around for almost an hour or so.
"What in the world are you doing here at this hour?" Sarang looked at her boyfriend, bewildered.
"I came to see you..." The man answered, in a small voice.
"And that couldn't wait till the morning? I was going to come to see you anyway Jimin! Are you crazy?! Driving in this weather?! And which sane human punches open a window? Better still, who climbs up a house, when there are perfectly working stairs and doors? That too this late at night?"
Sarang kept on bombarding him with questions while the 'him' just kept on staring at her.
He missed her and it showed. His eyes were tearing up, slowly.
"Oh God, your hand!" Sarang gasped at the sight of his bleeding hand and just as she got up to get the first aid box, Jimin just yanked back at her wrist and planted his lips against hers.
The kiss was hungry and desperate but sweet and slow at the same time. And Jimin's ice-cold lips against Sarang's warm ones just emphasized the sensuality of the moment.
Sarang stared at him wide-eyed for a second before melting against his touch.
Not giving two shits about the fact that the man was as wet as a fish, she wrapped her arms around his neck before pulling off the hood completely and ravaging her hands into his wet, newly colored hair.
Once the both of them came up for air, Sarang rested her forehead against Jimin's and, just sighed.
"I couldn't wait. I was going crazy without you. And call me insane, but I wasn't thinking about anything except you. I missed you..." His words choked up in his throat, making Sarang's heart hurt.
She could never ever see this man, crying.
"Hyung, I think I broke my hip!" Lay massaged his hip, for the nth.
"For the last time, Lay, if you broke your hip, you wouldn't be able to stand straight right now, which you are." Xiumin slapped his forehead, done with everything and anything.
Sehun's nose definitely was bruised, if not broken as Nina dabbed ice on it. Chanyeol massaged his bruised stomach, which was considered mild damage, seeing the fact that Jongin basically landed straight on his stomach.
Baekhyun's shirt was still torn and Lee Min was at a loss of words, as she took in the whole mess.
"Hyung! That guy went for Sarang's room!" That was all Jongin needed to say before Suho dashed to Sarang's room, Xiumin and Chen hot in his heels.
"Tell me why do I have a bad feeling about this?" Baekhyun said, completely stripping off his shirt, because, with it, he looked ridiculous.
"An intruder has, supposedly, barged into Kim Sarang's room. Do you have any idea what Kim Seok Jin and Park Jimin will do to that guy?
You're supposed to have a bad feeling about it, Baek!" Nina said, helping Sehun up and rushing towards the room with the rest following.
Suho lunged for the door at the same time as Sarang yanked it open. As result, Suho lost balance and fell forward, and behind him fell Xiumin and Chen, with Chen whining at the top of his lungs!
"OPPA!" Sarang yelled, blown out of her mind, to see her older brothers lying on her feet.
"JIMIN-AH!" Jongin barged in the room, yelling with the rest almost tumbling behind him.
"Jimin-ah, when did you come? Better yet, how did you come?" Suho asked, finally picking himself off the ground, along with Xiumin and Chen.
"Questions later, but first of all, you guys need to sit down or else, we sure as hell will have a few broken bones!" D.O. said, looking around.
"True and before that, can any of you fetch this guy a change of clothes, we really don't need Jimin to get sick. Also, Chen Oppa, please fetch the first aid box." Nina instructed while helping Suho and the others up.
"Come on Jiminie, let's get you changed." Jongin grabbed his shoulders along with Baekhyun while Sarang just stood there, very confused.
"What?" Lee Min asked, looking at her. "Why is everyone in the house up? And why on Earth is Baekhyun Oppa shirtless?" She asked, wide-eyed.
Sehun and Xiumin snorted before answering, "Long story! We'll explain later."
And, she just nodded.
"If I knew that you'd do something as crazy, I wouldn't have stopped Sarang from visiting you." Suho laughed, as the lot of them sat in the living room, with Sarang treating Jimin's injured hand.
"How on Earth did you even manage to punch open that window? You're crazy Jimin-ah!" Chanyeol laughed, making Jimin slightly blush.
He was dressed in Chanyeol's clothes which were huge on him but were cozy and warm enough.
"Is it just me or he looks extra tiny now?" Xiumin asked, laughed silently.
"I should dress you in Chanyeol's clothes and see who is the tinier one!" Lee Min laughed.
"Okay, guys! Enough. Jimin, you should stay here for the night." D.O got up and stretched his body.
"Before that can someone tell why is Bullet-Proof blowing up my phone?" Sehun held up his phone with tons of missed calls from the Bullet-Proof members.
"Dunn- WAIT!" Sarang turned to Jimin, who had his eyes wide.
"Jimin please tell me you told them you came here," Baekhyun asked, looking at Jimin's face, barely visible behind Chanyeol's huge hoodie.
"I-uh-forgot!" Jimin stuttered making, them facepalm.
"Where's your phone? Give it to me. I'll tell Oppa that you're here." But, Jimin surely had other plans.
"I left it at the car." And that triggered another chaos!
"Are you serious now, Jimin! Jin Oppa must be blowing a fuse! He might even get stroke!" Sarang gasped, her mouth wide!
"Someone give me the phone!" Nina said, literally done with this night.
The second the phone connected, Jin's panicked, shrill voice echoed throughout the whole floor.
"YAH! DID YOU ALL FALL INTO DEEP SLEEP ALTOGETHER TODAY!? JIMIN'S MISSING AND HE IS NOT FREAKING PICKING UP HIS PHONE! IS HE THERE?"
Nina cringed at the voice, before glaring at Jimin and extending the phone towards him.
"Noona, not me! Please not me!" Jimin begged, mouthing requests. But Nina was not going to let Jimin get away with this one.
"Yah Nina-yah! Can you hear me?" Jin asked, toning down his voice.
"H-Hyung!" Jimin squeaked, curling further into the hoodie.
"YAH PARK JIMIN!" Jin yelled, halting for one second. Probably gathering his breath...
"YAH! DID YOU GET A PHONE JUST SO YOU LEAVE IT WHENEVER AND WHEREVER!! DID IT HURT TOO MUCH TO GIVE ONE OF US A CALL! I UNDERSTAND THAT YOU MISS SARANGIE BUT DON'T JUST DISAPPEAR LIKE THAT, YOU PUNK! MAN, THE WHOLE HOUSE IS SEARCHING FOR YOU! TAEHYUNG'S PANICKING THE HECK OUT OF HIMSELF!"
Jin finally stopped, before saying, "Just you come home without sister tomorrow and you can kiss your life goodbye!"
Baekhyun, Chanyeol, Jongin, and Sehun burst out laughing as each time Jin yelled, Jimin shrunk further inside the hoodie, cowering in fear.
D.O also cracked a smile while Suho, Chen, and Xiumin chuckled slightly.
"Alright Jin Oppa, calm down now! Take a breath. Jimin-ssi is safe and sound and with us. He left his phone in his car but he's alright now.
Don't worry now! We'll send Sarang and Jimin both back home by tomorrow." Lee Min calmed the older down, feeling bad about the almost pocket-sized Jimin.
"You better. Okay, I'll be off! I need to go and calm Taehyung down. Hae's almost ready to throw hands. Take care that Jimin doesn't run off again." Jin sounded worn out but the smile was evident.
"Phew, that was intense!" Suho heaved a sigh, patting Jimin's shoulder.
"Jin Hyung sure is scary when he's mad." Sehun chuckled, softly.
"You think!" Jimin squeaked, still a bit shaken!
"Awww, the poor guy's in shock! Get to bed, you guys! It's gonna be morning soon! Get some sleep!"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Ladies and Gentlemen, thank you soo much for being a part of this special evening!" Jongin began, starting the wedding.
TXT, Got7, the rest of EXO and few close friends were to witness the marriage of Park Jimin and Kim Sarang.
"This is Kim Jongin and..." He looked at Hoseok to introduce himself. "...Jung Hoseok, here as the emcee of this evening!"
"I look forward to working with you, Hyung!" Jongin smiled, making Hoseok giggle.
"Same here." Hoseok bowed slightly.
"Now, let's invite the man of the evening today.
Park Jimin, enter!"
The hall exploded in applause as upbeat music blasted as Jimin confidently strode down in the dark blue suit, followed by Taehyung and Namjoon as his best men.
"WAHHH! Jimin-ah! You look taller today!" Hoseok teased, laughing.
"Ayy Hyung!" Jimin shyly smiled, tilting his head.
The guests laughed slightly as Jimin and the other two took their place on the left side of the alter.
After they walked in Jungkook, holding a velvet red cushion, bearing the wedding rings.
"Aigoo! Our Jungkookie is doing such a good job!" Hoseok praised making Jungkook blush slightly and smile.
Jungkook stood beside Namjoon, holding his bunny smile.
"Ladies and gentlemen, the flower of this evening. It's finally time for the bride to walk down the aisle." Jongin announced, his smile softening.
"I'd like all of you to face the back, please.
Bride, please enter." Hoseok requested as all of the guests turned to their back.
The music slowed into a soft mellow, as the clicking of heels was heard at the end of the hall.
Lights dimmed down to just the soft glow of the scented candles around the hall since the wedding happened at night.
Jin appeared arm in arm with Sarang, whose sight made the hall collectively gasp.
Sarang, in general, was a beautiful girl with her blood-red hair and tanned skin. But the flowy white off-shoulder dress, she looked like an angel descended straight from heaven.
No, not really! An angel couldn't match her beauty. Not at least to Jimin.
The guests gaped as though almost tranced, as the clicking of heels echoed through the whole hall slightly covered up by the soft melody of the music that played.
The whole seemed to have been pulled in a trance, as even the emcees had forgotten what to say.
"Wow!" Hoseok gasped, unknowingly, and that almost broke the trance of the hall.
The keyword here is 'almost'.
Hae and Lee Min walked in, holding two bouquets of different colors of Juliet Roses, again, Sarang's favorite flowers.
Knocking the air out of Taehyung and Baekhyun's lungs! Honestly, everyone.
When Jimin and Jin planned this wedding, they wanted the whole thing to revolve around Sarang mostly.
Juliet roses, the majority of red and gold in the decorations, the pattern of Jimin and Sarang's matching tattoos recreated on the sides of the aisle; this was Jimin and Sarang's dream wedding.
Jimin smiled from the alter, his eyes disappearing, pushing the waterworks down. He slightly brushed his knuckles to wipe off the tears, as one step at a time, the love of his life came closer to being his, for the rest of their lives.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Cracking his eyes open, Jimin blinked a few times to get rid of the sleepy haze, only to feel a pair of arms around his neck and a very, very comfortable feeling all over.
Like a flash of lighting, he remembered where he was, what he had done last night, and who was sleeping beside him.
A smile adorning his lips, Jimin turned his head to the side, to find Sarang's tangled-up red hair resting against his chin. He smelled her strawberry-scented shampoo and suddenly, went down a trip to the memory lane.
The first time he saw her in the tattoo shop and actually was stunned for a few seconds. And to hide his own surprise, he was an absolute asshole to her.
How he'd first smelled her strawberry scented shampoo and lied to himself, about not liking, when deep down he knew that he was whipped!
When he was secretly happy that she was to join them. Jimin tried his hardest to hate Sarang for taking the tattoo that he had saved for the person he loved. But for reason, he just couldn't bring himself to hate her.
And when he found out, she was the heir to Inferno, the monster inside instantly broke the cages and pounced, resulting in the faint, circular scar that Jimin kissed slightly.
Seeing her lose herself with Taehyung, triggered the fear in him that if he didn't act fast, he could lose this girl, and even the sound of it seemed weird and unsettling to Jimin.
Their first fight, their first kiss, finding their homes in each other and Jimin finally knew, why he couldn't get angry or even uncomfortable thinking about Sarang being the one beside him.
She was the one for him, just like Kim Taehyung's very last intuition had said.
~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Waaah! I can't take my eyes off, you guys!" Jongin said, finally breaking the pin-drop silence reigning around the halls, making it explode with cheers and applause.
Jin halted in front of Jimin, before giving him a hug and then, kissing Sarang's forehead with tear-filled eyes.
Giving away his baby sister is especially hard for Jin. But he knew he had to do this, to fulfill the duties of a brother.
Not that it was going to stop him from loving her anyway! Even she would an old lady, she would still be his baby sister to Jin.
Sarang looked back at Jin with tear-filled eyes, conveying a thousand emotions with just eyes.
Jin blinked slightly, making Sarang softly crack a smile.
Then, Sarang looked up at the man she was to get married to.
~~~~~~~~~~
Jimin's tender eyes never left her as he stood beside her and offered her his arm. Sarang blinked once before wrapping her fingers around his arm.
Lee Min and Hae took their places across Namjoon and Taehyung, while Jimin and Sarang stood aside each other.
Soon enough, the wedding officiant was done with his speech and it was time for the couple to exchange rings.
Two identical silver bands were brought forward, Sarang's one studded with diamonds.
Sarang looked up at Jimin as she placed the ring on his finger, memories flashing past like a panorama.
She woke up to a soft kiss on her lips, the feeling that she was deprived of for days now. Her lips curled up unconsciously as she tightened her grip around his neck and snuggled further into his chest.
This earned a mellow laugh, shaking his chest. "Glad to know that I'm not the only one to lose sleep!"
"Shut up, you deserved it!" Sarang scolded, sleepily., giggling slightly.
Jimin held her tighter and agreed, "I guess, I did."
Sarang hummed, smelling the crook of his neck. His fruity, flower yet masculine scent mixed with the scent of rain from last night, Sarang lived for his scent.
"I've got something that should be with you." With one arm tightly pressing Sarang against his body, Jimin fished out the gold and ruby ring out of his pocket.
Sarang gasped at the sight, remembering the feeling of sliding that piece off her finger.
It felt like ripping off a piece of heart to her.
Jimin softly held up her hand from his chest and asked, "Can I put this on you?"
She swallowed her tears, "Are you sure you won't regret it?" "More than I've ever been about anything in life." Jimin softly kissed her lips.
Sarang offered her finger to him and Jimin sealed the deal with a passionate kiss.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"I shall love you with no regrets and no second thoughts, till death do us part." Sarang choked on her sobs as Jimin recited the last line of his vows to her.
He smiled, as he pressed his lips against hers, finally completing the bond as the hall exploded with cheers and a shower of flower petals was done by the guest, to celebrate the newly wedded couple.
They came a long way from where they had started and still had a long way to go, but one thing was for sure, no matter how many fights, arguments, and misunderstandings were to come their way, both of them would find yet another crazy way to find their ways back to each other.
Because one was incomplete without the other, just like the vine of roses they shared.
SURPRISE!!!
I'm very sorry about being soooooooo late about the bonus chapter, but it's a huge one, so hope it makes up for it.
