My mother was dead sadly, I never realized how much I loved her till now. To think of all the things I wanted to do with her since I had got back from college. Now I couldn't.

It was the next day and as promised many things started happening that lead to the deaths of half the people in the room.

Several mirrors fell from above and anyone who looked directly into them started bleeding and breaking and twisting into unbelievable shapes and then they diminished to dust, and they were gone.

I looked into one but nothing happened to me, nothing I knew I was the chosen one I had to be.

The mirrors went away and there was a laugh, and an echo, "Five more days to go before the end." and that was it and I had fought sleep for a long time and now I couldn't stay awake anymore I just couldn't, and I drifted off.
