I'm more used to the new place now. I'm not constantly sad and I realize this is an opportunity!

I did have a bit of a rough day. The first day of that time of the month is always tough but I didn't have any painkillers this time. I ended up in this weird dream-like disassociated state for most of the day, and I ended up throwing up. I have painkillers now though. Still feverish but hey, what're you gonna do? Periods suck.

I intended to write a bunch this week but instead I ended up watching a lot of Parks and Recreation with my brother. I like that show a lot but I find I get genuinely upset about certain stuff in it more and more as I get older. Like, just be nice to Jerry/Larry/Gary. He's a sweet old man. Also Leslie is weird. She selfish and selfless at the same time and makes a lot of small stuff into unnecessarily big deals. I mean, we all do occasionally, lord knows I do, but she makes a habit of it. And she makes stuff about feminism and boy's clubs when they really aren't. 

My favorite character's are Ben, Ron, April, and Andy. Donna is cool as well, Tom has redeeming traits but we would probably be mortal enemies IRL, and Chris is just weird and intense and I don't get why people think he's super attractive. Maybe it's the personality.

I bet Ron and I would be friends. We have similar taste in food, though alcohol is a no-no. My dad bought a bottle of the whiskey Ron always drinks in the show and let me and my brother taste a little. I already hated wine, we got to get a drop on our pinkie finger and taste it once, but that small whiskey sample was enough to make me never ever want to dink any alcohol ever in my life. Just bad.

My biggest issue with Ben is he said he wasn't a fan of the LotR movies. Um, what? I will fight. Other than that he's a cool nerd guy.

April is just cool.

Andy is adorable and a sweetheart and just AAAWWW!

Ann is...meh. TBH I think I like her and Leslie the least. I don't know why, I just don't click with them. And Tom. Tom is as a character entertaining, but if I knew him in real life I'd hate his guts. Just...so much about him irks me.

Anyway. weird comeback chapter. Slightly out of it still, slightly queasy still. Going to do the outro for the first time in forever.
