Hello all!  I recently was chatting with MiddleEarth111 about what our different bits of the world looked like.  She posted some pictures in her Odds and Ends Book and I said I'd put some here, and promptly forgot. 

So here I am!  Finally getting up some pictures of my beloved State for y'all to see.

These first two were taken last fall in September while we drove out some visiting family members to see a glacier.

A lovely panoramic view of where we stopped to stretch.  With actual mountains for you poor mountain deprived southerners.

A lovely snowy tree in the morning out my bedroom window this past winter.

These are from a moose hunting trip last august.  I went with SirFBT , her dad, and mine.  Twas a great time despite not actually shooting any moose.

These two were taken at Alyeska.  During the winter it will be covered in snow and it a popular mountain for downhill skiing.

Alaskans get real salty sometimes about slippery roads and trash drivers.

The town (and surroundings) of Dutch Harbor on Unalaska island in the Aleutian Islands, taken by my fantastic father.

Heckin' mountains.  Taken by my dad again, because he is a pilot and sees pretty stuff.  Nuff said.
