It makes you think. How one word changes everything. Say "person" and all you're doing is picking an individual out from a crowd. You aren't changing anything by saying "person". But say "my person" and it changes everything.Two letters. That's it.Now this once ordinary "person" belongs somewhere. This "person" has a story. This "person" is a character in another persons universe. My universe. Further, that "person" could very well become my entire universe. They've invaded my life, plagued my soul, and captured the center of it. It's only been a few months but soon I might be consumed. The word love didn't mean all that much until, of course, after Valentines Day. Isn't that just something. Love had been spoken for months and months before that. But little did I know it was corrupted by something lurking on the other side of our relationship.Now that same corruption, as I've put it, has brought forth a blooming surge of life, flooding my existence. Imagine being taken by a wave, your body anchored in the sediment, as your entire world becomes a new color. Four letters. If you take them and combine them from the two letters from earlier... and BAM! A whole new cascade of possibilities erupts into this world we've created. This is the world.The world we fight to protect.The world we fight to destroy.The world I was trapped in.-Watchers were sent down to Earth to try and sway a boy to join them. He was seen as a strong asset; one who could be a good tactician.The angels ran some heart foundation that protected the world and gave them love. An angel was also sent down to try and protect the boy. He was smart, yes, but if he went with the Watchers he could cause the next "game".The games the Watchers put on halted the entire world and grabbed fourteen poor teenagers and threw them into a state of desperate survival. The angels were there to try and prevent any chance of that happening, taking extra precautions so they didn't make the same mistake that caused the last one.So here we are.A manipulative Watcher named Grian sent down to Earth to try and lie his way towards Impulse, and a loving angel named Skizz sent down to Earth to try and console his way towards the same boy.The two are housed at different families that each have similar connections towards Impulse. Along the way, the two get caught up in personal relationships with the people, along with each other.Will the two continue the protecting and puzzling path towards Impulse, or will they try and find a way to stop the whole plan that caused nothing but harm?After all, no one in the world is a complete angel.~I know I didn't do a Halloween special last year but this time I've come back swinging! Lizzie decided to sit down on a bench in the lobby and her eyes found a boy who was standing by the vending machine.He looked sort of cute, but it wasn't like she was here looking for boys anyways. Of course there's that fantasy of having a kiss while at a camp, but that wasn't her intention. Even so, she glanced at him every now and then.He was leaning against the wall on his phone, listening to music while scrolling on his phone. His brown hair was just long enough for him to have to brush it back every now and then, and there was a long green streak in his bangs.He suddenly lifted his head and Lizzie quickly looked to the floor, her eyes glued to her converse. The boy put down his phone and walked over to a counselor, asking him a question. She leaned in to listen, just to hear his voice, but she got cut off when she heard another adult call for all the creative writing kids to get in a group.She sighed but stood up and made her way over, glancing at the boy once more over her shoulder before ignoring him.~This Shadowbeans story is all in Lizzie's perspective and is only 10 chapters.It is all based off of a true story at a summer camp that I recently went to. While it was very fun to learn about creative writing for about five days, this story focuses on another event that took place. There's a group on here called the MCYT Roleplayers. Fun fact, I used to be a part of it and became friends with a few of them. I never really fell in love.All throughout elementary school we gave out those crappy cardboard flavored chocolates to our classmates just because we had to.When middle school rolled around, however, that was when it really started to kick off.Roses being sold, actually good chocolates, even lockers were being stuffed with valentines!It was no longer a mandatory thing to give one, meaning I often got nothing.
