You and your boyfriend tom had been trying for a baby for a few months now and hadn't been successful. But That all changed today.

You were both staring at the pregnancy test read positive.

"We're gonna be parents!" He hugged you fiercely

You were speechless, you had nearly given up hope of a mini Holland running around the place so this was a huge miracle. At last you finally said "oh my gosh. Tom, I-it's amazing!"

He laughed and kissed your belly "hi little one, I'm your daddy, your mummy is the most amazing woman in the world."

"Tom he or she can't hear yet! She's the size of a poppy seed!" You giggle

His eyes light up "you are the smartest person I've ever met! Stay there!" He rushes into the kitchen and soon returns with a poppy seed "take your shirt off."

You raise an eyebrow but do it anyway. He places the poppy seed on his finger and takes a picture of your belly with the poppy seed beside it.

"Tom! That's so sweet!" You grin

"Let's do it!"

The weeks past and your morning sickness became worse and your bump grew ever so slightly. It was on week twelve where you decided to announce it to the media. Your midwife had suggested on the twelfth week as it was the week where your babies safety was guaranteed.

Toms thumb hovered over the post button "ready?"

You nod and kiss him lightly "ready."

He pressed the button. Soon swarms of pm's, tweets and likes came and you felt giddy with happiness.

Your phone started to ring and so did toms "hello?"

"Y/n! Darling congratulations!" Your mum and your bff screamed through the phone

"Thanks guys! You don't know how hard it was not to tell you!" You squeal

Toms POV

"Hey haz!" I smile

"Tom! Okay this is too big to discuss over the phone so meet me at my house in 10 minuets!" He gushes

I sigh and hang up "y/n! Haz wants to meet up, are you up for it?"

"Tom, sweetie, you should know by now even if I wasn't haz would come here and drag me out of the bed."

I laugh "true."

Y/n and I walk through the door if haz's house.

"CONGRATULATIONS!" All my siblings, haz and y/n and i's parents scream

I see y/n visibly jump and smile. I take her hand and say "thanks you guys!"

Y/n and I hug our families and I shake mr.Y/L/N's Hand

"Take care of them, tom." He warns

"I will, Sir. I love her. And this baby," I say seriously "I promise."

"Tom! Give Haz the picture!" Y/n grins "mum has hers."

I pull out a black and white picture from my pocket and hand it to haz. The smile on his face was priceless. "Look! It's a baby!"

"That's this weeks scan." Y/n points out "the size of an Apple!"

The crowd coo over the scan and I look down to face y/n "we'll be great parents." I kiss her

"Yes. We will."
