I looked at jeffersons home,"This is actually Gilberts home." I watched lafayette and jefferson talk so a few minutes I was siting on the couch holding my knife just staring at it,"but what if she doesn't?" I stopped and closed the knife and looked at my bandaged hand. I had a cut on my fingers and palms from the hash rocks and my knife from once and awhile when I had to do hand-to-hand combat,"I'll talk with her." I put my knife away as they both stood infront of me,"Jefferson's going back to America and he has to go to-errrummm." He looked at jefferson,"I have cabinet meetings and well." He looked nervous,"Your really good when it comes to things like arguments and staying calm." I realized what he was asking me,"Lafayettes going to stay here to write." he stopped,"So will you come with me?" I just looked at them,"Jefferson I think I'll pass I'd rather stay here.." I was thinking of the war,"I understand that the war has left a hole in your life but you should let go of the past and get your mind of it." I looked at him,"Ahhh no im fine and thats not why I want to stay. I want to stay with lafayette." I looked at him and smiled,"Well anyways Lafayette's getting married soon anyways." He shrugged and lafayette turned red and looked down,"Pardon me?"

"His parents found him a wife." I looked at lafayette and frowned,"then I'll take your offer." I felt heartbroken,"thomas how many things are you going to ruin for me?" Lafayette got down on his knees and pulled out a ring,"Will you marry me?" Everything was happing to fast for me,"Should I say yes or no? This is happining to fast for me.." I smiled at him,"YES!" I jumped into his arms and he kissed my neck,"Awwww so cute!" I smiled as he put the ring on. He held me close to him that night. I was on my side and resting my head against his chest he was also on his side holding me close to him,"Me amour are you still awake?" We heard the door open and close downstairs,"Guess he's leaving." He chuckled at me,"uhuh." He sighed,"What's wrong me amour?" I felt him look down at me,"Just a bit dizzy thats all." I wasn't lying I didn't feel all to well,"Well im here if you need anything." I nodded and closed my eyes. Later that night, my stomach was killing me so I got up and rushed to the bathroom and threw up, lafayette heard me and ran in just in time to pull my hair back,"gah!" I looked up and whiped my face lafayette was rubbing my back. He held me and we slept in the bathroom to be safe. He stayed up and strooked my hair holding me on his lap just incase I threw up again. I kept waking up,"it's just a cold." He was right and The docter gave me some me medicine for my cold,"She should be better in three days." Lafayette nodded. He never left my side and nursed me until I was well..

LAFS POV!!!

I made some soup for (Y/N),"Me amour I made soup." I walked in trying to be quiet to not startler her. I noticed that she was curled up sleeping,"I'll leave this here." I set it down on the side table she looked peaceful as she slept curled up. She had one hand close to her chest the other just lying were I usally sleep she left some space. I had been either sleeping on the couch, in the chair next to her, or even in the bathroom holding her. She moved over and got up and covered her mouth. we quickly walked to the bathroom I pulled her hair back and rubbed her back as she threw up. when she finished she whipped her face with a towel and Just sat there eyes closed breathing calmly. I couldn't help but to wonder what she was thinking about. But just then she passed out,"(Y/N)!" I wraped her in my coat and carried her to my horse and mounted her ontop of Harry my white horse and we went to the Healers shop,"Salut ? Êtes-vous ouvert ? s'il vous plaît j'ai besoin d'aide !" I knocked on the and held (Y/N) In my arms. the door swung open,"Oui, nous sommes ce que peut faire pour vous aider ?" I remembered that they speak english but It would be easier if  I talked in french. after a few hours she woke,"elle est éveillée." She groaned and opened her eyes and looked at me,"Thank god!" I ran over to her.
