For the next thirty minutes, Maddy sat on the bed while Alexa did makeup on her. The only time she was allowed to move was when Alexa ordered her to change into a green dress. By the time Alexa did allow Maddy to look at herself in the mirror, Maddy's butt was paining and her legs were numb from sitting for so long, but she did look gorgeous so that cancelled out the other two.

Alexa had done some magic with Maddy's hair and it was now fell in soft curls with a center parting instead of being its usual thick, messy self. Maddy's dress was a beautiful shade of green. Maddy had never seen a dress quite like that before. The dress had an asymmetric, one shoulder neckline. The dress looked like a huge green piece of cloth was wrapped around Maddy in a stylish and effortlessly cool way. It complimented Maddy's wheatish skin and paired with golden jewelry. In short, Maddy looked gorgeous.

"You sir, are amazing," Maddy said as she pointed at Alexa. "I didn't even know you could do makeup. I thought Leia was makeup whiz here, but clearly, I was wrong. Both of you are talented."

Alexa laughed. "Don't get me wrong. Although I do know how to do makeup, I usually don't like spending half an hour doing this. I would much rather go and cause some trouble somewhere else but some days, I get these random inspirational bursts do makeup and voila! This is what happens."

After moments pause, Alexa continued, "I almost forgot, I have got the perfect shoes for you."

Alexa went to the duffle bag and produced a pair of golden heels that was the same shade as the jewelry Maddy was wearing. Maddy excitedly wore the heels but the moment Maddy took the first step forward with the shoes, her ankle bent at an awkward angle and Maddy had to grab hold of Alexa's arm in order to prevent herself from falling.

"These heels aren't going to work," Maddy said mournfully.

Alexa nodded. "In that case, I have another pair of shoes."

Alexa reached inside the bag and pair out some flats which matched Maddy's dress.

Maddy frowned and stared at the bag. "How did you fit everything in there? Is it like the bag Hermione had, the one where you could fit an entire house into?"

"Nope," Alexa said as she handed the shoes over to Maddy. Maddy put the shoes on and then stared at herself in the mirror.

"All good?" Alexa said as she stood behind Maddy.

Maddy nodded. With Alexa standing close, Maddy realized that her dress perfectly matched Alexa's eye color. Maddy frowned as she suddenly remembered something.

Maddy whirled around to face Alexa. "Is this dress the one that Diana bought for Xander's mate?"

Alexa rolled her eyes. "Please don't tell me that you won't wear it because it is not right and bla bla bla."

Maddy frowned. "But it isn't right. Diana bought this for Sophia. Even if Sophia did run away, it doesn't mean that I can wear it."

"Trust me, mom is a bigger shipper of Xandy than me and Leia combined. Dad convinced her not to mess with you two which is why she didn't interfere. Mom would want you to have it," Alexa said.

"What is Xandy?" Maddy said pretending to be oblivious when she knew what it was all too well.

"We both know that you know. Now come on, the others must be waiting."

"Are you sure I can wear this?" Maddy asked.

"Yup," Alexa said as she grabbed hold of Maddy's hand and tugged her outside. "Now no more worrying. We enjoy tonight."

The moment Maddy and Alexa stepped outside, Maddy heard whistles from her right side. Maddy turned to see a grinning Leia who was running towards them in stilettos while whistling at them. How that girl wasn't spraining her ankle, Maddy would never know. Alexa blew a kiss towards Leia and started giggling.

Maddy watched this exchange with amusement and confusion. She couldn't figure out what was happening. One minute Alexa was completely normal and the next she is giggling as though she is drunk and Leia was behaving like she was drunk too.

"The influence of the full moon makes them act like this," a voice said from behind Maddy, making her scream and turn around.

"Can you not do that?" Maddy asked as she tried to calm herself down.

The matefinder stood in the dark, beautiful as ever. Even though she no longer knew the future, she still seemed to appear out of a nowhere and scare Maddy.

"The full moon makes them do that?" Maddy asked as she looked up at the moon which shining brightly in the sky. "I thought it made them more growly?"

"They are growly during the two-three days before the full moon but when they are directly under the full moon, they act like that," the matefinder said as she gestured towards Alexa and Leia. "It is always amusing to see them like that."

Before Maddy could respond, Alexa grabbed hold of Maddy. "Race you to the tree," she shouted and started running. The only problem was that she hadn't let go of Maddy so when she started running, she ended up dragging Maddy and they both fell in a tangled heap.

They untangled themselves and by the time they reached where Leia was, Xander and Jeremy had already reached there. Jeremy had his arm around Leia and was grinning widely and was talking rather loudly with Xander.

It was like the werewolves had forgotten about the imminent danger with the rogues for a night and were just enjoying themselves.
