Thomas sighed and looked down, he had been feeling upset lately.

Non of his sides could help him lift his spirits.

"Thomas, your friends are fine." Virgil sighed.

Thomas was trying think of things so that he could feel better, one of them was helping his friends.

Roman sighed, "you could say it a little nicer, dearest."

"Sorry."

"It's ok, sweetie." Smiled Patton.

"It's just how you are." Logan said, a small smile on his face.

Virgil thought, "maybe go for a walk? Or maybe, bake? Or something... read a book?" Dating Roman began to give him ideas.

"Eat two cookies!" Smiled Patton.

Roman grinned, "watch a Disney movie!"

"Or a documentary?" Offered Logan.

Thomas sighed. Looking down, he thought back to his friends. They were getting along very well in life, better then he was and they were enjoying life to the fullest

Was he no? No, he was making YouTube videos and was falling down a spiral of sadness.

"Are we falling apart?" Asked Thomas.

Roman and Logan looked to Patton, who was now frowning and Virgil who looked freaked out.

"Cookie? Are you ok?" Asked Roman, moving to Patton, holding him.

"I'm fine..." He sniffed.

"Virgil?" Logan asked, holding the darker ones hand.

Virgil instantly relaxed, realising it was a stupid thought and said, "don't be stupid, Thomas."

"I'm not-"

"Of course you're not."

The four bright sides looked over and saw Deceit.

He smirked as he petted a yellow, glowing snake, one of many he owned.

"Deceit." Glared Roman, pulling his three boyfriends behind him, holding out a sword.

Deceit smirked, taking off his hat, "now, now, Roman. Can't you see in just visiting friends."

"Don't you mean visiting crushes that you are obsessed over." Stated Logan glaring at the deceitful side.

"It's not all about you four." Lied the bowler hat trait.

Patton frowned in worry, making Logan place his hand on his shoulder from behind, as Virgil glared at his former friend.

"I was only going to say, if you let me take control Thomas, I'll help you."

The host side, "I-I don't know..."

"You were always quite the loser, Thomas." Sang Deceit, placing his hat on his head. He would get those four traits and control Thomas.

"Then I invaded and you upgraded,
Badababa woah." He sang, as Thomas looked away angrily. So, the deceitful side wrapped an arm around Thomas.

"Thomas, it's true that I found you,
But look around you." He grabbed Thomas chin, turning his head to the left, clicking his fingers, "woah!"

He made two figments, one of Joan and one of Talyn talking happily.

"All your peers are just so incomple-e-ete,
You can't see it, but they're all in pa-a-ain!" Deceit covered Thomas eyes and it changed to his friends crying.

"They're operating system's obsole-e-ete,
So let's complete the chains,
And get inside those brains!" He smirked, facing Thomas who seemed completely devoid of the world, then Deceit smirked and wrapped an arm around him, his arm held up.

"Let's save the pitiful children!"

"Woah!" Twelve yellow glowing snakes, slithered up.

"Let's save the pitiful children!" The good sides glared.

"Woah!" The snakes slithered up to the traits, who glanced at them in fear.

"Let's teach the pitiful children, who just haven't a clue." Sang Deceit, a snake in his hands, with red eyes as it went to Roman.

"Just what to do,
He-elp them to he-e-elp you!"

The snake bit Roman who jumped and groaned in pain, holding his head in his hands. Virgil glanced over and frowned in worry.

"Ah, yeah!" Roman began singing, he walked and towered over his boyfriends, who backed up, seeing his yellow eyes, "yeah, yeah, yeah!"

"Can you see the vision clearly, Thomas?" Smiled Deceit as Roman leaned into Deceit, who kissed his cheek.

"Users embracing and interfacing,
People, people!"

"Shiny, happy people singing swee-e-etly." Deceit held a snake with bright blue eyes.

"Yeah."

"Gone is human error a-nd fear." Logan and Virgil glared, knowing he was singing about them.

"Every issue tucked away so ne-e-eatly!"

"Ah!" Hissed Patton, making Logan looked to his left.

He saw his boyfriend, holding up his hand in pain, seeing a snake disappear. Patton's hair covering his eyes.

"If you feel their silent tears,
Yes, turn the knob and switch that gear!"

Patton looked to his two boyfriends his eyes yellow, making them gasp and Logan stand in front of Virgil protectively.

"Let's save the pitiful children!" Deceit and Roman sang.

"Yeah!" Patton, smiled.

"Let's save the pitiful children!"

"Yeah yeah yeah ye-yeah yeah!" Sang Patton, joining Deceit in the left smiling.

"Let's teach the pitiful children, who just haven't a clue!" Thomas smiled, seeing the two sides were on board.

"Just what to do!"

"He-elp them and soon this will be you!" Deceit glanced over to Virgil and Logan.

Their eyes widened, as Virgil grabbed Logan's hand in fear.

Deceit held out his hands and there was a yellow snake with dark blue eyes in his hands. Logan gulped, he knew he was next.

The snake slithered up to them.

Virgil got in front of his smart boyfriend and held up his hands ready to fight, as purple smoke, like magic appeared in his hands.

The snake lunged at Virgil, who grabbed it. However, it disappeared. Confused, Virgil looked to Logan.

Logan held up his hand, "Virgil? Sweetheart? Are you-"

The snake appeared in Logan's shoulders and Virgil's eyes widened, "LOG-"

"Let's save the pitiful children!"

Logan cried out in pain and held his head in his hands, the snake bit him.

"Let's save the pitiful children!" Sang Logan, looking up and his eyes yellow.

Virgil backed up, but bumped into his prince boyfriend, who sang, "let's teach the pitiful children, who haven't a clue!"

Virgil ran past Patton, who tried to reach him and ducked under Logan who nearly grabbed him.

"That's what we do,
If that's what we do!" Deceit wrapped his arms around his new 'boyfriends' and walked away, as snakes popped up.

"Then everything about us is going to be wonderful,
We love everything about lies!"

Virgil ran as the snakes tried to bite him and change him.

"Everything about us is going to be so alive,
We could never live without lies!" Sang the three traits under control, holding onto Thomas, smiling.

"You won't feel left out or unsure,
Not pitiful children anymore!"

Virgil ran to the exit, setting fire to snakes as he did and glanced over at his boyfriends.

"'Cause,
Everything about us is going to be cool!" Sang the remaining traits to Thomas, the three originals with snakes around their legs.

Virgil looked between the crack in the door before he shut it and frowned and left.

"When... we... rule!"

Deceit stood behind his new 'boyfriends' and smirked as the three smiled happily, in front.

However, Patton was crying in the inside, as Logan was tearing up and Roman was in fear, all three being held back by restraints.

Virgil slid down the door from outside, he didn't even get to say goodbye.

The traits with Thomas sunk down, Deceit smirked.

"What should we do, my dearest?" Asked Roman, caressing Deceits cheek and smiled.

Deceit wouldn't lie, he was sad he didn't get Virgil, but he would manage, he kissed Romans knuckles and smiled, "you can rest my sweet, just do not go into imagination."

"Of course." Smiled Roman, who sunk to his room.

Deceit grinned, "cookie?"

"Yes?" Patton asked, holding his new boyfriend's hand.

"Could you make a cake for me?"

Patton smiled and went off to make a chocolate cake for the side.

"Logie? Could you read me a book about lies?"

"Of course, my flower."

Deceit could get used to this.

Deceit told his boyfriends to not do any work and that he could handle it and Virgil, who was in hiding, did everything he could to protect his host. This had being going on for a few weeks.

Deceit knew Virgil had snuck in, but could never find him, he made sure Thomas kept his friends, he made sure Thomas was safe and didn't tell lies.

Virgil was watching his boyfriends from afar and glared, seeing Deceit walk out of Patton's room, his face red and his hair messy as well as his clothes and Patton was seen panting and on the bed naked.

'That bastard!' Cursed Virgil, angrily.

The emo trait snuck out looking for the imagination room, he had a bold and stupid plan.

He heard Logan talking on the phone to Deceit, saying how much they 'loved' each other and passed Romans room, who was singing about Deceit and how much he 'loved' him.

Virgil opened the door to imagination and walked in, "now to find those Dragon Witches."

Anxiety walked deep into the forest, retracing Romans steps from when he would talk about the adventures he had.

Eventually, he found a cave filled with Dragon Witches. They were size of two vans and the length of two cars.

"What are you doing here?" Growled a male dragon.

Virgil looked up and took in a shaky breath, "I need to speak to the queen of Dragon Witches."

"Why?"

"I thought she'd be interested in knowing that Roman has been taken captive and not by Dragon Witches."

The male dragon glared angrily, Roman was their enemy, nobody else's. If anyone is to capture him, it should be them!

He took the trait deep into the cave and there on a large rock, lay the Dragon Witch Queen, she was the size of the cave and the length of three Vans.

"Virgil? Aren't you?" Glared the Queen.

Virgil knelt, "I need your help. My boyfriends, Patton, Roman and Logan have been captured. I thought it would be beneficial to team up, so that you could have the pleasure of capturing Roman... not someone else."

The Dragon witch stared shocked, she wasn't expecting that, not at all. She didn't even ask, he clearly wanted them back and he was right. Roman was their enemy, if he was to be captured or killed, it was by them.

"And, you have to wait a day to start fighting Roman again..."

The Dragon stared but nodded, "fine. I agree to this arrangement."

Virgil began to explain his plan.

The three controlled traits sat on the couch. Deceit was upstairs, he said he was doing something but wouldn't say what.

Logan was reading, as if he was normal, however, inside he was panicking, non of them had seen Virgil in days! And it's not like he had ran away, he knew that, he was worried Deceit got him.

Roman was planning ways to show Deceit his 'love', like he would have done with his boyfriends. However, he was heartbroken, he missed Virgil, he missed showing his boyfriends his love for them. He felt useless.

Patton was his normal happy self, in the outside, talking about how much he adored Deceit. He was crying in the inside. Patton was devastated with what Deceit had done to him and missed Virgil and wanted him back.

Virgil exited imagination and walked down stairs, seeing his boyfriends and sat next to Logan, who glanced up.

"Virgil, what are you doing here?" He glared, but was smiling on the inside.

Virgil held Logan's hand, "I want to join you..."

"What?"

"I want to join Deceit. I left, I was scared but... I love him." Lied Anxiety.

Roman's heart was breaking more, but his body smirked, "Deceit, my dearest!"

Deceit walked down and saw Virgil and glared, "what are you doing here?!"

Virgil smiled, "I'm sorry for running away... I've been thinking and you're right hand I'm wrong..."

Deceit stared, "go on..."

"I love you. So much, I was just scared."

Deceit smirked and pulled the anxious trait into him and kissed him. Virgil kisses back hesitantly, holding back a gag as the lying side, shoved his snake tongue into his mouth.

The snake like side smirked, Virgil was lying. He knew that. He made a snake appear around Virgil, with purple eyes.

Logan, Roman and Patton saw and desperately wanted to scream out, to warn their boyfriend, but couldn't.

Virgil knew what was happening and focused.

Outside of imagination, a large creature with no face and was skinny and black opened the door and out charged Dragon Witches and soldiers and robots, talking animals and more of those creatures.

The snake bit Virgil, who yelled in pain and held his head in his hands, desperately trying to fight off Deceits hold.

"Oh, you pitiful child." Deceit smirked.

Virgil grinned weakly, his eyes slowly changing yellow and brown, "they aren't happy..."

Deceit laughed, "who?"

"CHARGE!"

Deceit turned, only to see a horde of creatures run at him, he growls and snakes appeared attacking them.

Deceit was so occupied with the army, he hadn't noticed Virgil stand up, shakily, still fighting the hold.

Virgil's hand was engulfed in purple and black fire which he shot at Deceit. The side felt the heat and dodged.

"Ok Virgil, lets see how long you can last."

Deceit shot yellow fire and yellow snakes at the anxious trait who dodged or shot fire back, Virgil got hit a lot, getting seriously injured, still weak from trying to keep control, one eye was now completely yellow.

Deceit held up his hands and shot a stream of yellow fire at Virgil, who held up his hands and shot purple fire at Deceit, blocking the yellow fire.

Virgil, being very weak right now, was loosing, he fell to his knees as the fire moved closer and Deceit walked to him.

"You will win, Virgil."

Virgil reached down and secretly summoned Romans sword his eyes turning a bright yellow, "for once... you told the truth."

He quickly slashed Deceits yellow eye, making him scream out in pain and clutch his eye.

The fire disappeared and the snakes slowly vanished. Roman blinked and groaned, holding his head, his eyes a normal colour, filled with tears.

Logan pushes his glasses up and rubbed his eyes, his cheeks red and eyes puffy and normal.

Patton was crying, his cheeks red and stained as his eyes went normal, he ran to his dark strange strange boyfriend and gripped him.

"Virgil? Sweetie?" Asked Patton.

Logan rushed over, "let me see your injuries."

Roman knelt, "my dearest?"

Deceit walked forward, a sword with yellow gems in the handle, held in his left hand. He swung down to strike the four.

Roman grabbed his sword and blocked, "leave."

"Or else what, dear?" Smirked Deceit.

Roman clutched the sword, he couldn't kill Deceit, "I'll-I'll..."

"We'll hurt you so badly, that you'd wish we could kill you!" Shouted Patton, angrily.

Everyone knew this didn't happen much but when it did it was scary, this was terrifying and Deceit took the wanting and left.

Roman looked to the robots and animals who left and the creatures who disappeared and the soldiers who kneeled and left.

"Don't not worry Roman, we shall not harm you yet." The Dragon Witch said, leaving with the rest of them.

Logan helped Virgil onto the couch, while Patton grabbed the first aid kit.

Virgil smiled, they were safe and now they could live happily ever after.

And they did.

Deceit was too scared of Patton to come back.

And the four traits helped each other and made sure to share a bed each night, stayed together all the time and helped Thomas get back to normal.

All was well.
