this update is a thank-you gift for one of my friends, babz, who has been so lovely and generous as to tip me on ko-fi ☕️ tips are never necessary but always appreciated, and i am so grateful to have such supportive friends 🥺🥺 seeing the notification come up on my phone made my night. so here we have it: DEADLOCK.

i love making dick grayson covers especially for his nightwing identity, and although i've been very vocal about my troubles in making comic covers with bobbi morse / mockingbird as the comic faceclaim, a vision for DEADLOCK hit me like a truck. it had to be done! i persevered and here we are. i emphasised pink in this cover since babz' pre-existing one was pink. but, of course, i had to include a red version just in case.
