After the overwhelming response to Lonely Moon, I felt it was wrong on my part to keep you guys waiting a week for the next part.

The instinct to kill... was killing him. To rip apart ... was ripping him apart. It was controlling him and guiding him, making him race through the dark forest as his senses sharpened picking upon the smell and sound. A second later, he spotted her running frantically. As he neared her, he could smell the blood. The blood of an innocent she had fed on. His fury rose and he roared to signal his pack his location. Hearing him, she stops and turns back in fear. Omkara jumps towards her as he heard his pack roaring back to him as they approached him. He pounced on her just as he ripped her throat apart with his claws and roared loudly letting his fangs out completely. She struggles to push him off and he catches her hand and bending down he bites her letting his werewolf venom flow into her veins. He knew she would die a painful death in a few minutes with his venom in her but that didn't calm his fury or hatred against vampires and screaming out loudly he pushes his hand into her chest and rips out her heart. As she died, his pack joined him and pounced on her to rip her apart drowning down on the anguished cry of another.

Omkara turns to the sound and sees her mate watching them rip her apart. Seeing another vampire, the killer instinct in him rose again and Omkara jumps up and starts to chase him but in a jiffy the mate was gone. Omkara spend the rest of the night searching for the mate.

Gauri softly hummed as she rocked Kiraat to sleep. Gauri starts yawning as her son dozed off. He had woken her up from her sleep for his milk. Seeing that he was asleep, Gauri turns off the light and turns to walk back to the bed. She checks her mobile for the time and realizes that it was time for Om to get back. Throwing her phone on to the bed, she walks towards the window and look out. There wasn't much movement down in the forest, but she knew clearly now what was happening inside the forest. Gauri sighs and sends up a silent prayer for her husband. It had taken her a while to sleep at night when Om goes to hunt Vampires. He had always come back unscathed but somewhere in her the fear for his safety was still there and she knew it would always be there. But she can never stop him from all this. It was his duty and she loved him for what he is, a hunter, a protector, a werewolf.

Gauri looks up to the sky and sees the moon shining brightly. It was a full moon. Om usually stays with her for a while as they gazed at the moon together remembering their old carefree childhood but today, he had gone without that, promising to come back early. She didn't stop him because she knew why he had to go; there had been a lot of animal attacks being reported in the news. The ignorant law and press called it animal attacks when in truth it was Vampires. Feeling a chill run through her, Gauri hugs herself as she waited for Om to get back home.

The door burst open and Gauri quickly turns back to look and sees a man enter. He had fangs. His eyes were red, not red like an Alpha's, it was blood red. Gauri's heart starts beating frantically. She steps back in fear realizing that he was neither a werewolf nor human. He was what she had been hearing about for two years now, a Vampire.

Gauri gulps in panic as she stared at the man.

"You are that Alpha's wife. Aren't you? Omkara Singh Oberoi's wife."

Gauri nods in panic hoping that would scare him.

The man advances to her and Gauri moves back in fear and she starts to scream for Om. He keeps his hand over her mouth crushing her jaws before a whimper could even escape.

"You are scared." He says with a smile. "I can hear your heart beating as if it would burst now."

Tears starts flowing from her eyes as fear and pain gripped her. His hold was really painful. In all the pain, her brain kept telling her not to look towards Kiraat. She didn't want his attention to move to Kiraat from her. She couldn't imagine what he would do to Kiraat. Gauri prayed hard that Kiraat doesn't wake up or that he doesn't hear Kiraat's heartbeat like he was hearing hers. Om had told her that a baby's heart beats were not as loud as an adult's and while sleeping it was a dull sound that one has to concentrate to hear the heartbeat of a baby. The man looked deranged; hopefully he wouldn't take the time to listen to the heart beats. She just had to stall him for a few minutes more, till Om got back home. Then Kiraat and she would be safe once again.

"He killed her." he tells her. "He killed my Svetlana. That too for the stupid humans! He ripped her heart out. I watched him kill her. Now, I will snatch you away from him."

Omkara walks into the house drained stopping himself from stumbling. "Gauri!" Omkara calls out for her knowing she would be waiting for him as the last shades of moon was on the sky before sunlight took it over completely. They were supposed to see the moon together. "Gauri!" Omkara calls her again as he climbed up the stairs and walked towards his bedroom. Not hearing any reply, he walks a little faster. Omkara stops in front of his bedroom confused realizing something was not right. The house was a little too silent. He listens intently holding his breath and hears two faint heart beats. He pushes open the door and stops in shock seeing Gauri lying on the bed in blood.

"Gauri!" Omkara shouts out as he moved closer to her and then stops in shock as his killer instincts took over. He wanted to kill her. He wanted to rip her apart. Without even realizing his fangs comes out. Omkara starts to take a step towards Gauri with every intent on killing her when she faintly moans bringing him back to reality. Omkara steps back in shock realizing what he was about to do, what had happened. Tears starts filling his eyes as his heart broke realizing that his perfect little world had been turned upside down. It was completely ruined. He had let it happen. He hadn't protected Gauri. Gauri moans again and Omkara turns around and runs to the crib. He picks up his year-old son in his arms and holding him securely in his arms, he dashes out of the room leaving Gauri alone.

Omkara hurries back to the room and sees Gauri slowly coming awake. All his restrain left him and his true form started coming out. He was starting to morph into a werewolf. Omkara closes his eyes and tries to calm his mind and fight the instinct. He started reminding himself that he was Om, Gauri's Om and not an Alpha.

"Gauri..." Omkara calls her as he moved towards her forcing himself not to wolf out.

"CHIEF!" Dandi shouts as he ran into the room.

"What are you doing here?" Omkara asks furiously as he turned to Dandi. "Is Kiraat fine?"

"Yes. We are here to protect you." Dandi informs him as one by one his pack members entered the room.

"You are to protect my son!" Omkara furiously reminds them noticing them staring at Gauri and slowly transforming into wolves.

"Stay away from her." Omkara orders them. "If anyone touches her, I will kill you all."

"She is dead." Dandi softly tells him.

"She is in transition."

"She is a Vampire!" Rudra reminds him.

"She is my wife!" Omkara furiously screams at them.

"ARGH!" Rudra wolves out as he started to pounce on Gauri. Omkara grabs him midway and throws him out of his room as he took his alpha form. Rudra quickly gets back on his feet and runs towards Gauri again. Omkara grabs him by his neck and strangles him.

"STAY AWAY FROM MY WIFE!"

"You know, we can't!" Dandi argues as he started wolfing out and the killer instincts started controlling him.

"You will!" Omkara orders them as he loosened his grip on Rudra and Rudra falls to the ground coughing.

"We are trained to kill vampires. We can't let her live."

"You taught us. We have to kill these killers!"

"Gauri is not a killer!"

"She needs blood to survive. For her to become a vampire, she needs to have human blood. And once she has a taste of it, she will never stop. She will kill. Don't give her blood. Without blood, she will die slowly. Let her die like this." One of them argues.

"SHE WON'T DIE!!! I'll train her. I have trained you all. I can train her."

"She might kill you first." Rudra coughs out.

"Then she will kill me."

"We won't let her."

"Stay away from my wife."

"We kill vampires."

"From now on, we kill those who kill others." Omkara tells them. "Now leave."

"We will wait down." Dandi tells him.

"Stay down then." Omkara tells them knowing that they won't budge. "Anyone comes near my Gauri and I'll kill them."

"We won't." Rudra promises and amends, "As long as she doesn't hurt you or any of us."

"She won't." Omkara replies.

Omkara closes the door and he grab a glass. As he walked towards Gauri, he pulls out the knife from his pocket and cuts his wrist. He holds his hand over the glass letting the blood flow into the glass. Within seconds his wound healed, and he had to cut open his wrist again another three more times before he had a glass full. He sits next to Gauri, fighting his instincts as he lifted her up onto his arms.

"Gauri..." Omkara gently calls her as he lovingly kissed her forehead ignoring the tears falling from his eyes.

"Kiraat." Gauri whispers softly.

"He is fine. He is with Khanna." Omkara informs her and puts the glass onto her lips. "Drink this."

Smelling the blood, Gauri moves up as if a new life had come into her. With the first drop touching her lips suddenly the paralysis that had affected her all this while left her. Gauri grabs the glass and gulps it down.

"Om..." Gauri turns to Omkara in panic, fear and relief. "There was a vampire here." Gauri tells him as she started crying.

"I know."

"I was so scared." Gauri tells him as she hugged him. Then she stops in shock hearing the sound of blood pumping in his heart and veins. Gauri turns to Omkara in shock. Feeling thirsty once again she looked at the vein on his neck as she caressed it. She could feel the blood flowing there. The taste of his blood still lingering in her taste buds. She forgot everything except for the taste of his blood and the vein pumping under her finger. Gauri starts feeling the skin around her eyes tightening and canines starts aching real badly that she opened her mouth. Feeling her fangs Gauri moves towards Omkara, aiming for his neck. She wanted his blood and nothing else. "AAA" Gauri shouts as she opened her mouth and started to bend down on his neck when Omkara grabbed her throat and moved her face away.

"It's me, Gauri!" Omkara screams at her as he pushed her away.

Gauri stops in shock realizing what she was about to do. She turns to Omkara in panic. "Om... what is happening to me?"

"Everything is fine here." Omkara softly mutters to his pack, hearing them running up the stairs. He waits till he hears them retreat back down. Then he turns to Gauri and calmly tells her, "Kaali turned you into a vampire."

"Vampire?"

"It was his revenge so that I would be forced to kill you."

"I am scared." Gauri tells Omkara as she runs to him and hugs him. "I don't want to be a vampire. I just want to be your Gauri. Please Om, help me. I don't want to be a vampire."

"Everything is going to be fine, Gauri." Omkara calmly tells her.

"No, Om... I..." Gauri stops midsentence as her nostrils once again filled with the smell of his blood. Her fangs start coming out. Seeing that, Omkara quickly steps back and cuts his wrist and offers her. "I am going to teach you control. You need to learn to stop. If you don't then I'll die."

Gauri seeing his wound healing, quickly bites him, ripping his skin apart and starts sucking on his blood. The wound kept healing and Gauri kept biting him to reopen it. Omkara flinches in pain as she sucked on his blood.

"Enough, Gauri." Omkara gently tells her. Gauri ignoring him continues to suck on him. Omkara forcefully, lifts up his wrist so she faces him. "If you don't stop now, you'll kill me." Omkara tells her again.

Hearing him, Gauri quickly leaves him and steps back. A moment later, she moves forward and grabbing his hand she sinks her teeth into it. Omkara who had been expecting it gently coaxes her to leave him.

"This time you'll seriously kill me, love." Omkara tells her. Hearing him telling her that so lovingly, Gauri stops in shock and looks at him. Seeing tears filling her eyes, Omkara lovingly tells her, "It's okay."

"You kill me before I kill you, Om." Gauri tells him as she broke down into tears.

"No one is going to die."

"I don't want to be a vampire. Please Om... kill me."

"No, Gauri. I need you. Kiraat needs you."

"What if I kill him?"

"You won't. I am here, right? Trust me." Omkara tells her as he hugged her.

"Do you still love me?"

"If you can love a werewolf then why can't I love a vampire?" Omkara asks her lovingly.

"But werewolves hates vampires."

"Above that you are my Gauri and I am your Om."

Gauri smiles hearing that and hugs him tight.

"WOW... easy love. You are very strong now. Remember that when you take Kiraat in your arms." Omkara tells her feeling the strong hold.

"Keep him away from me otherwise he won't be safe."

"One day, you will hold him again, Gauri." Omkara promises her. "You want blood?"

Gauri nods her head in reply feeling thirsty again.

"This time, I won't ask you to stop. You will have to do it yourself."

Gauri nods and nervously takes his hand.

"Let your instincts guide you but be in control of yourself." Omkara gently advices her. Gauri nods.

Feeling herself full, Gauri loses her grip on his wrist and moves back. "Done?" Omkara asks her with a smile.

Gauri nods in reply. "Did I hurt you?"

"You did but it wasn't that painful." Omkara replies, in truth feeling very proud of Gauri that she was able to stop because a newborn Vampire finds it difficult to stop. He knew, it was because it was him, if it was anyone else, Gauri would have killed them by now. Her love for him was stronger than the vampire that she has become.

Seeing Omkara smile at her so lovingly, Gauri's heart suddenly burst out with so much love for him that she quickly move towards him and hug him tightly. "I love you so much, Om. It hurts." Gauri tells him passionately. Having her so near him suddenly, filled his nostrils with her vampire scent and his fangs and claws started coming out. Omkara quickly controls his werewolf side, suppressing it reminding him that it is not a Vampire but his Gauri.

Omkara softly chuckles remembering what she said and hugs her asking, "Now you understand how much I love you?"

"My feelings have become stronger?" Gauri asks him.

"Yes. And intense too. Your senses are heightened too." Omkara tells her. "But all that later, now you rest for a while."

"But I feel energetic." Gauri tells Omkara confused. "I feel like doing things. I don't know what. I just want to..."

Omkara smiles hearing her and understanding her need to burn off some energy. "Okay... then let's burn some of your energy. Catch me." Omkara tells her and in a swift, he zooms right across the room and Gauri frowns in confusion.

"I could see your movements clearly. It was not a blur like usual."

"Your senses have become stronger. You have vampire vision. Now, catch up to me." Omkara tells her with a smile as he zoomed around the room.

Gauri feeling really excited runs in her full speed to catch him like she always does and stops in shock at her speed.

"Did you see that?" Gauri asks Omkara surprised.

"Welcome to the world of supernatural, love." Omkara tells her grinning.

Laughing happily Gauri runs behind Omkara trying to catch him.

"Can you believe that?" Rudra mutters softly.

"Shut up!" Omkara whispers to him hearing him.

"It's training. He is showing her what all she can do." Dandi tells Rudra just as Gauri caught Omkara laughing loudly.

"Finally." Gauri says happily as she looked at him so excitedly having caught him for the first time in two years. Omkara smiles hearing her excitement.

Hearing his heart pumping his blood so loudly, Gauri without a thought takes his hand and bits into his wrist as her fangs came out.

Omkara wolves out at the unexpected attack and pushes Gauri right across the room before he attacks her. Gauri looks up in shock realizing what she had done and starts to run towards him in panic. "Om... I am sorry... I don't know..."

"Stay away. Give me a minute." Omkara tells her in panic as he tried to come back to his human form.

"I am so sorry, Om." Gauri tells him as she burst out into tears. Her pain too intense for her to bear.

Hearing his pack, Omkara quickly runs outside his room and closes the door as he tried to stop his pack from entering his room. If even one of them wolves out and attacks Gauri, he would lose control and join them to attack Gauri.

With great difficulty, Omkara had convinced his pack and they had gone back down while Omkara took his time coming back to normal even though he could hear Gauri crying. Once, he was sure he had it under control, Omkara opens the door and walks back in to see Gauri crying.

"Gauri..." Omkara helplessly calls her seeing her cry.

"You should kill me, Om. I am a Vampire. I don't want to live like this. Just kill me."

"NO!" Omkara furiously tells her as he moved towards her and lifts her up angrily. "You will not die. I will teach you to control your urges."

"I drank your blood, Om. I am a monster."

"You are not a monster!" Omkara says angrily.

"I am scared. I will kill Kiraat and you."

"You won't. Because it is not in you to kill someone. You are not a killer, Gauri. You are not a monster."

"I can't control myself, Om."

"I will teach you, Gauri. I will train you. Trust me. Please don't give up. For me. For Kiraat." Omkara ends with pleading her.

Seeing him upset, Gauri quickly tells him, "I won't give up, Om. Please don't get upset."

Omkara smiles at her hearing her. She was still his Gauri and that is all that mattered.

"I love you so much, Om." Gauri tells him as she moved towards him and kisses his lips. Omkara kisses her back.

Gauri quickly rips open his shirt as her heightened passion took over.

"You guys really should go home." Omkara softly whispers.

"Who?" Gauri asks confused hearing him.

"Listen." Omkara tells her with a smile.

Frowning with confusion Gauri concentrates and gasps in shock hearing the TV from downstairs.

"I think we should go." Rudra says embarrassed.

"But what if things go out of Chief's control?" Dandi asks them.

"They are going to have sex." Rudra snaps at him exasperated.

Gauri gasps loudly clasping her hand over her mouth.

"God, Rudra!" Omkara softly mutters.

"You want us to sit here and listen?" Rudra asks exasperated.

"Leave." Omkara orders them.

"But... she just turned... how can he? How can they?" Dandi asks scandalized.

"Get out!" Gauri snaps outraged at how they were openly discusses their bedroom secrets. Then she gasps in shock at her sudden outburst.

"It's your heightened feelings." Omkara gently tells her.

"You don't need us here?" Dandi asks.

"Of course not!" Omkara snaps at him.

"Fine!"

"Please check on Kiraat." Gauri quickly tells them.

"You don't worry. We will watch him." Dandi promises her.

"Thank you."

"I'll come by Khanna's house later." Omkara tells them.

"Okay... take care." Rudra tells them slightly worried.

"Why were they here?" Gauri asks Omkara after everyone had left realizing the whole pack was in their house.

"To protect me." Omkara informs her.

"They wanted to kill me?" Gauri asks him upset over the thought that the people she had come to consider as her brothers wanted to kill her.

"They were worried for Kiraat, me and the people of this town. They are trained like that."

"Even you." Gauri says understanding their feelings. Even she wanted to kill herself.

"No one is going to kill anyone. You are going to pull through this and they are going to come around."

Gauri nods and hugs Omkara.

"Om, I am thirsty again." Gauri tells him worriedly.

"You are a newborn vampire, Gauri. It is normal. It takes a while for it all to settle. Here, drink." Omkara tells her as he offers her his wrist.

"Gauri... whatever happens never bite me on my neck." Omkara instructs Gauri. "My venom is stored there. Even a drop gets into your body, you will die. So be careful always."

Gauri nods her head in reply.

"And make sure, sunlight doesn't fall on you."

"I will get burned." Gauri finishes for him having heard about Vampires from him for the last two years, she knew almost everything about vampires.

After Gauri had her fill, Gauri releases her hold on his hand and turns to look at him. Omkara smiles at her happily.

"Why are you smiling?" Gauri asks him confused. "I was drinking your blood."

"I am just happy that you are alive, Gauri. He could have killed you but instead he turned you."

"So, you would kill me." Gauri tells him.

"Yes... at times I have to fight myself to not attack you but still I am happy that you are with me."

Gauri smiles at him and hugs him tight. "I love you, Om."

Omkara leans down and takes her lips in his.

Omkara and Gauri chuckle at the broken bed and the mess they had created while making love.

"Wow that was..." Gauri says amazed.

"So that is what it feels like to make love to a supernatural." Omkara jokes about the amazing sex they had.

"Finally, one good thing about being a vampire."

"Why it was not good before?" Omkara teases her

"It was perfect but now it is better than perfect."

Omkara chuckles hearing that. Gauri takes his hand and bites into it.

"You won't die if I feed on you, right?"

"I won't. I might fall weak, but my heart would pump the blood and replace it quickly." Omkara tells her.

"Even if I lose control you won't die."

"I won't but I wanted you to learn to control." Omkara explains to her.

"I am actually dead." Gauri states sadly.

"Yes." Omkara agrees becoming serious.

"We can never have any more babies." Gauri tells him sadly.

"We have Kiraat."

"I miss him." Gauri tells Omkara sadly.

"I will bring him back home when you are ready."

"What if I never get ready?" Gauri asks him worriedly.

"You will, love." Omkara tells her and then turning to her he tells her with a smile, "Now don't forget, you have forever."

"But you don't have forever." Gauri tells him sadly.

"I age slowly. Kiraat will grow faster than me if he doesn't activate his werewolf genes."

"If you die then I die." Gauri tells Omkara.

"Then what about Kiraat?"

"You are not going to die soon. I meant old age."

"Ah!" Omkara smiles. "Okay."

"I want to see Kiraat." Gauri tells Omkara the next morning.

"You are not ready, Gauri."

"I don't care. I want to see my baby. I have to see him, Om!" Gauri says in stubborn desperation.

"I can understand, Gauri... your heightened feelings..."

"Don't talk about Vampirism! I want my baby!" Gauri says furiously. "He would be missing me... It's been hours since I saw my baby. I want to see him NOW!" Gauri says as her fangs came out and her eyes turned blood red in fury.

"You can't control yourself!"

"If you don't bring him here then I will go to Khanna's house!" Gauri says furiously. "He might have not slept last night."

"Fine... I will bring him here." Omkara promises her. "But stay in the room till I come back."

"Okay."

A while later, Omkara comes back into the room.

"Where is he?" Gauri asks him frantically as she glided towards him. "He is here... I can hear him." Gauri says happily hearing Kiraat and starts to run towards him when Omkara stops her.

"Before that, I want you to feed." Omkara tells her as he offered his hand. Without a word, Gauri bites into his wrist and sucks his blood knowing that it is for their baby's safety.

"Kiraat!" Gauri says happily as she ran down and sees Kiraat with Rudra and Dandi.

"You sure?" Rudra asks Omkara worriedly.

Omkara nods his head as he stood next to Gauri.

"Careful, Gauri." Rudra gently instructs her as he handed the baby over to her.

Gauri nods and takes Kiraat in her hand. She hugs him lightly knowing that she would hurt him if she put pressure. She kisses him happily while he gurgled happily at her.

"My baby... did you miss Mama?" Gauri asks as she kissed him loudly on his cheek.

Gauri was suddenly hit by a very tempting alluring scent of blood. Her mouth started watering and her fangs threatened to come out. Quickly thrusting Kiraat into Omkara's hand, Gauri runs up ignoring Kiraat crying for her.

"Gauri..." Omkara walks in after her and sees Gauri looking shaken.

"I was going to kill him." Gauri says looking pale.

"You didn't."

"I wanted to drink his blood, Om." Gauri tells him frantically as she broke into tears.

"But you didn't."

"Don't you understand? I wanted to. I am a monster." Gauri tells him furiously.

"But you didn't, Gauri." Omkara reasons with her as he lovingly wiped away her tears. "That is all that matters. You controlled. Very soon you will be able to hold him without wanting to feed on him."

"The scent of his blood was sweeter than yours." Gauri tells him worriedly.

"Because he is human and I am a werewolf. It is your natural inclination to feed on humans, Gauri but you can survive on werewolf blood too."

"I don't want to survive like that." Gauri argues angrily. "What kind of a life is this? To survive I have to drink your blood? That I have to fight the urge to kill my son. I don't want an existence like that. Please Om... just kill me." Gauri pleads him.

"How many times did I tell you that you are not going to die on me?" Omkara furiously shouts at her.

"Calm down... she is experiencing a lot many things." Rudra furiously snaps at Omkara. "Try to understand her."

"You saw how she didn't attack Kiraat... just explain to her that she can do it." Dandi tells Omkara.

Gauri stops in shock hearing Rudra and Dandi supporting her, the very people who wanted to kill her the day before.

"See! Even they have realized that you can do this." Omkara argues with Gauri. "And you two need to stop listening in on our conversations!" Omkara snaps at them.

Gauri looks at Omkara helplessly then hugging him she cries, "I am so scared, Om. I don't want to be a Vampire."

"I understand, love. But you got to fight for me, please."

Gauri just hugs Omkara tightly in reply while Omkara continued to struggle with himself to not wolf out on her.

"Is he drinking that milk?" Gauri asks Omkara worriedly. "He hated it when I tried to give him that."

"He is having that when he gets hungry. Don't worry, he will get used to that soon."

Gauri nods sadly then getting up she walks towards the window and looks out at the night.

"Isn't it strange?" Gauri asks Omkara.

"What?" Omkara asks her as he walked towards her and hugged her from behind.

"You were so fascinated by the moon and now you have become a slave to the moon and I always found the sun beautiful and now I am a slave to the sun."

"I am not a slave to the moon." Omkara tells her.

"You have no control over yourself on full moon."

"Yes... but I would like to think of it as that during the full moon I come into my full strength. That I draw my strength from the moon." Omkara explains to her.

"Hmmm."

"And you being a slave to the sun, I have sent Arjun to track down a witch. If what we have heard is true, then Vampires can walk in the sun with a daylight ring. If there is something like that then I am going to find that for you." Omkara promises her.

Gauri turning around hugs Omkara tightly as she smiled in gratitude, "Thanks for not giving upon me."

"If you had gave upon us then we wouldn't be here now, Gauri. So, thanks to you for fighting for us." Omkara tells her remembering the time he had tried to push her away.

"I couldn't live without you."

"And I can't live without you. All my life, I have loved you. I can't think of a moment when you are not there. I breathe because you are breathing."

Gauri smiles at him amazed yet again thinking how she could ever believe his lie that he was seeing other girls. The one quality that every single werewolf possessed was loyalty.

"So please don't ever talk about wanting to die again."

"I won't." Gauri promises him determined to fight her vampire instincts.

Omkara hugs her tight.

Hearing his mobile ring, he parts from her and answers the call seeing that it is his father.

"Dad?"

"Om... I am coming there... I want to see her. I want to make sure she is fine." Tej says frantically.

"Dad... I told you... I am training, Gauri... give me time... I will let you meet her when she is ready."

"She is my baby, Om!" Tej tells Omkara helplessly.

Gauri's eyes fill with tears hearing Tej. Tej had always loved her more than he loved Omkara.

"I understand, Dad... but it is not safe yet for you to see her."

"Give me the phone." Gauri tells Omkara.

"Daddyji..."

"Gauri... How are you my bachcha?"

"I am fine, Daddyji... I am just trying to control all these emotions and hunger. It's like I am having an extreme case of mood swings. But I am fine... you don't come now. I will see you soon."

"Okay... you take care and don't worry, everything would be fine." Tej tells her and shortly after he hangs up the phone.

Gauri sighs sadly as she hugged Omkara. "You shouldn't have told him."

"You know, I can't hide anything from him." Omkara tells her as he hugged her trying his best to control his urges to fight her.

"I know." Gauri says as she sighs. After the accident, Om had only Daddyji to confide in, and he had become Om's best friend and confidant.

"Om, I am thirsty." Gauri tells him feeling the need to feed take form.

Without a word, Omkara offers her his hand.

A month later, Gauri was sitting in their room when Omkara comes running in happily.

"It's here." Omkara tells her smiling as he showed her, her mangalsutra.

Gauri smiles in relief. She was getting tired of sitting inside with all the curtains closed during the day. It has been a long time since she saw daylight.

Omkara puts her mangalsutra around her neck, since that was the only jewellery, Gauri wore every single day of her life, and they had decided to make that her daylight ring.

"Do you think it will work?" Gauri asks him apprehensively.

"There is only one way to find out." Omkara tells her and leads her to the window. "You ready?" Omkara asks her nervously.

Gauri nods her head. Omkara takes her hand and parting the curtains a quarter of an inch, he gently puts her finger out. Then both of them start smiling realizing her finger was not on fire.

"It's working." Gauri says smiling happily as she hugged Omkara. Omkara hugs her back no longer having the urge to attack her, he had it completely under control.

"Want to go out?" Omkara asks her happily.

"Yes." Gauri says smiling excitedly.

Holding Gauri's hand, Omkara takes her out of the room but instead of the stairs to go down, he takes the stairs up to the roof.

"Where are we going?" Gauri asks curiously. "I want to go out."

"You will." Omkara tells her excitedly and takes her to the roof.

The moment they step out on the roof, Gauri takes in a deep breath feeling the fresh air and sun on her. "I missed this." Gauri tells Omkara happily.

Omkara takes Gauri towards the edge of the roof and Gauri laughs in excitement. How much ever times he takes her down like this, she will never grow tired of this.

Gauri happily starts to take his hand when Omkara takes his hand away. "Jump." Omkara tells Gauri.

"What?" Gauri asks him shocked.

"Jump." Omkara tells her again.

Gauri looks down and panics. "I don't think I can." Gauri says worriedly.

"You can." Omkara tells her just as he pushed her. Gauri screams as she falls down and Omkara jumps along with her.

"Land on your feet." Omkara instructs her just as she was about to reach the ground. Gauri with all her might forces her leg to hold straight and land on her feet. Surprisingly, she lands on her feet with a thud.

"I DID IT!" Gauri tells Omkara excitedly as he landed next to her.

Omkara smiles at her happily.

"Once more." Gauri tells Omkara excitedly and starts to run inside to go back up when Omkara holds her hand. "Jump."

Feeling confident, Gauri starts grinning excitedly and then with all her might she jumps aiming for the rooftop. She flies off the air with a whooping laughter and she lands on the roof.

Gauri turns back to look at Omkara and sees him grinning at her from down. Then he with two fingers gestures her to come down and Gauri without a thought jumps down laughing loudly.

"I want to climb trees." Gauri tells Omkara excitedly.

"Gauri..." Omkara calls her as he walked into the room and sees Gauri pampering Kiraat over video call.

"I can bring him home." Omkara tells Gauri. "Every time I go to see him, he asks for you."

"No, he is not safe here." Gauri tells Omkara and then continues to play with Kiraat. "You wanted something?"

"Yes. Call me when you are done." Omkara tells her as he started to walk out.

"Almost done... he is falling asleep."

"Come to training ground then after that." Omkara instructs her and walks out.

Gauri comes down after Kiraat had slept and joins the pack. They all smile at her though somewhere still hesitant and some even closing their eyes fighting their urge to attack her.

"I am going to train Gauri to fight." Omkara informs his pack. He and Gauri had already discussed on this.

"You are going to train her?" Akhil asks shocked. "To attack werewolves?"

"To protect herself. She was defenseless once, not anymore." Omkara tells them sternly.

"I'll hunt vampires along with you." Gauri informs the pack. "I have spent sleepless night not knowing what was happening to Om when he goes to hunt Vampires, but now when I am strong and I can help him, I will."

"But not till she is ready." Omkara informs the pack. "Now, I am going to train her. Rudra and Dandi, I want you both inside while the rest would watch from outside."

Rudra and Dandi nods their head while rest moves out to the fence to take their seat."

"I have it under control but still if I lose it and starts to harm Gauri then you guys would intervene. Same goes if she loses control and attacks me." Omkara tells them and they nod.

Turning to Gauri, he tells her, "Never take your eyes off your opponent. At the same time, take in their scent and listen to every single sound."

Gauri nods her head hearing him.

"Let's work on your hearing first. Keep your eyes closed and I will keep going around you and you have to tell me which side I am on." Omkara tells her and Gauri closes her eyes. Omkara swiftly moves to her right and nods at Rudra.

"Where is he?" Rudra asks Gauri.

"I didn't hear anything." Gauri says confused. Gauri was about to open her eyes to look for Omkara when she goes flying and lands on the ground with Omkara on top of her.

Omkara grabs her hands and holds it behind her making Gauri gasps in pain. "Your first lesson, always keep your eyes open during hunts." Omkara tells her.

"But you told me to close my eyes." Gauri says irately as she tried to push him off her.

"Second lesson, don't trust your opponent."

"I thought we were training." Gauri argues as she struggled.

"We are and finally, you are fighting supernatural, they can move without making a sound, so you need to really strain to hear them." Omkara tells her and gets up. Offers his hand to help her up. Gauri holds his hand and starts to get up and just as quickly she pushes him with all her might. Omkara goes flying back at the unexpected attack and falls down with a thud. Gauri quickly moves towards him and straddles him before he could even sit up. "Never help your opponent." Gauri instructs Omkara.

Omkara looks at Gauri in amazement and Gauri winks at him. Seeing that Omkara starts laughing loudly as he pulled her down and kissed her soundly on her cheek.

Omkara continues to train Gauri and having lived with each other for the last month, they had got used to having the other around so neither of them lost their control.

"It's time that, you all started training with Gauri." Omkara tells his pack one day.

"Is that a good idea?" Dandi asks worriedly.

"We will do one by one. And I think it would be good training to make you fight a vampire." Omkara tells them.

"How do I kill a vampire?" Gauri asks Omkara.

"Why?"

"So, I can help you kill during the hunt."

"Since vampires don't come out during the daytime, they are safe from the sun. if a vampire with daylight ring comes then removing it would do but we don't know which is his daylight right and we never had a vampire during the daytime. So other than that, five ways. First and the most easily, werewolf bite. Second a wooden stake to the heart. Third ripping their heart out. Fourth, fire but then we fight them in the forest, so it is not advised." Omkara explains to her.

"And fifth?" Gauri asks curiously.

"Hmmm fifth..." Omkara starts and then in the blink of an eye he jumps on her and wrapping his hand around her neck with the other holding her hair. "I rip the head off."

"Wow... that is messy."

"It is." Omkara tells her as he kissed her cheek and gently caressed her head. "Any more questions?"

"No... let's kick some werewolf asses." Gauri says as she turned to look at the pack with a grin.

Omkara chuckles hearing her, ever since Gauri had turned, she has kinda become a badass.

Since Akhil was the oldest werewolf among them, it meant he had more control over his temper, so he was the first one to train with Gauri.

"No need to go easy on her." Omkara tells Akhil.

"I won't." Akhil tells Omkara and swiftly moves in to attack Gauri and Gauri quickly steps aside and catches him from behind shocking Akhil.

"WOW!" Akhil says in amazement as he struggled to free from her hold. "She is so strong."

"Stronger than a normal vampire." Omkara says smiling.

"Why is that?" Gauri asks curiously.

"Maybe because you feed on an alpha instead of humans." Omkara tells her shrugging.

"You mean, she is getting stronger from your blood?" Rudra asks curiously.

"Possible." Omkara tells them.

"So, she can really kick some werewolf asses?" Rudra asks surprised.

"Wanna go two at a time?" Gauri asks as she kicked Akhil to the ground.

Hearing Kiraat's voice, Gauri runs to the living room in shock. "Kiraat?" Gauri calls him and hears him laughing happily.

"I brought him home." Omkara tells her as he rocked him back and forth.

"Have you gone crazy?" Gauri asks him angrily as she darted glances at Kiraat who had his hands stretched out for her.

"You are ready, Gauri."

"I am not." Gauri argues as she looks away from Kiraat fighting her motherly instincts to take him in her arms.

"You are ready." Omkara tells her as he offered her Kiraat. Gauri quickly moves away from him.

Chuckling Omkara keeps Kiraat on his mat. "Happy reunion, Gauri."

"Where are you going?" Gauri asks him in panic seeing him heading out.

"It's full moon, love. Bye Kiraat." Omkara says as he kisses him.

"Om you can't leave me alone with him. It is dangerous." Gauri tells him as she tried to stop Omkara.

"There is no other way you would take this step, Gauri." Omkara tells her and quickly runs out.

Gauri turns to Kiraat and he was crawling towards her. Gauri holding her breath quickly puts him on his crib and ignoring his outraged scream for her, she turns on TV. He quickly gets distracted and watches TV. Gauri closing all the doors, and making sure he is safe, quickly runs up to her room and locks the door. Once she was inside her room, she starts breathing. She could still get the alluring scent of his blood and hear his heart pumping, but she controlled herself as she sat in her room, listening to him and every little sound to make sure he is fine.

Gauri hears a second heart beating along with Kiraat crying in outrage and she hears someone lifting him up from the crib. Gauri runs out of their room to check on him hoping that it was one of the pack coming to check on him. She steps out of her room and sees the living room empty with the TV running. Gauri looks around and sees a window open, she quickly runs out through the window as she sniffed in. She tracks Kiraat's smell as she ran into the forest ignoring the wolves howling, blocking out them to concentrate on Kiraat. She picks on a new scent, panicking, she screams out to Omkara, "Om, someone got Kiraat."

Picking on Kaali's and Kiraat's scent, Omkara runs through the forest as his pack spread out to form a circle to trap Kaali. Omkara started praying hard to keep Kiraat safe, he failed Gauri, he couldn't fail Kiraat too.

As the scent got stronger, Omkara ran faster realizing that Kaali was not moving. And within seconds he finds Kaali with Kiraat struggling in his arms. Seeing Omkara, Kiraat quickly puts his hand forward.

"One step and I will break his neck." Kaali warns Omkara.

Omkara stops and tells him, "Let him go."

"You killed my Svetlana."

"She was a vampire."

"Then how come your wife is still breathing?" Kaali asks him furiously.

"Let go off my son. If anything happens to him, I will kill you." Omkara furiously tells him just as his pack reached them circling around them.

"You will never get out of here." Omkara tells Kaali.

"Maybe but I still have your son."

The pack growls furiously hearing him and Omkara gestures them to calm down.

"What do you want?" Omkara furiously asks him.

"Kill your wife and I let him go." Kaali tells him.

"I will kill you before that." Omkara tells him furiously.

"Before you can get to me, I will kill your son. It's your choice your wife or your son. I am prepared to die but you will be punished for killing my Svetlana before that."

Omkara takes a step forward and Kaali tightens his hold on Kiraat. "No."

Omkara helplessly steps back.

"So, who would it be wife or kid?" Kaali asks him menacingly.

Omkara looks around as he thought of a way to get Kiraat safely away from him. Once Kiraat is safe then he would deal with Kaali. For attacking Gauri and now for touching Kiraat.

Omkara was standing helplessly with his heart slamming against his chest with worry for his son and fury at Kaali.

"It's nice to hear your heart beating in fear." Kaali says smiling happily.

Omkara growls in fury and then stops in shock as he got the scent that he loved the most. He slyly looks around and sees Gauri jumping on to trees quickly. Omkara prepared to move fast realizing her intend.

"You leave my son and walk away from here else I will rip your heart out." Omkara furiously roars to Kaali to drown out Gauri's heartbeats so Kaali doesn't hear her and with Kiraat screaming on top of his voice, Omkara was sure he was drowning out Gauri's sound. The whole pack surrounding him, it was mighty impossible for Kaali to realize that one of the scents was Gauri's.

"Let's see you do tha..." Kaali stops in shock as Gauri lands on his shoulders and swinging her leg quickly around his neck, she grips his neck and grabs his hair. Screaming loudly, she starts pulling his head to rip it apart while Kaali starts shaking around to dislodge her, loosening his grip on Kiraat. Omkara expecting that, jumps in and grabs Kiraat. Kiraat clings on to Omkara tired after all the crying. Omkara cradles Kiraat with one hand and then with the other, he pushes his hand into Kaali's chest and grabs his heart. As his fist closed in on Kaali's heart, he sees the horror-stricken face on Kaali and pulls his heart out. Seeing that Kaali was dead, Gauri quickly jumps off him as he falls down. Then turning to Omkara, she quickly grabs Kiraat and hugs him tight as the pack jumped on Kaali.

"Ssshh... it's okay, my baby." Gauri coos as she hugged him to her chest. "I am so sorry, I left you alone."

Kiraat quickly hugs Gauri and rests his head on her chest. Gauri turns to Omkara and tells him with tears, "I am sorry. I panicked and left him alone."

"It's okay, luv." Omkara says as he hugged them both.

"Are you going to be okay?" Dandi asks Gauri as he pointed to Kiraat.

"Yeah, I am fine." Gauri says smiling realizing that even though Kiraat's smell was too strong, she wanted to feed but she wasn't going to. She could control. Gauri starts laughing in relief realizing that Om was right, she was ready.

Omkara smiles at her. "Finally, he is coming home."

"Our family is back to perfect." Gauri says happily.

"Good... we will take care of him. You guys carry on." Rudra tells them pointing at Kaali.

"Let's go." Gauri says happily as she grabbed Omkara with one hand and held on to Kiraat the other she starts running. Omkara runs with her as they dodged the branches and climbed on to the tree letting her lead. Feeling the wind on his face, Kiraat starts laughing happily as he blinked due to the cool wind. Gauri and Omkara laughs happily seeing their son so happy. Gauri climbs up to the tallest tree, the one Omkara had taken two years ago. Standing on top of the now taller tree, they look around Bareilly. Closing her eyes, Gauri enjoyed the feel of the first ray of the sun on her face then Gauri turns to Omkara and holding Kiraat tight to her chest, she says "Welcome to our world."
