Eid Mubarak everyone.

I thought I will post a small story for you all as Eidi. Belated Ramadan Mubarak to all those who had wished me. Sorry for not replying earlier.

This part of the story has been one of the mostly demanded one. So, I hope to lives up to all your imagination.

Omkara restlessly sat in the living room waiting for his father to go to his room so he can go to his room where Gauri was waiting for him. it is so embarrassing to go to his bedroom for suhag raat when people were around.

Jhanvi comes down the stairs and sees Omkara sitting and looking through his phone. She sighs irately seeing how aloof her son was regarding his wife.

"Om, go sleep." Jhanvi tells him as she walked to him.

Finally! Omkara sighs relieved. Then composing himself, he asks his parents to hide his embarrassment. "Aren't you two sleeping?"

"We're going to sleep. you go. Gauri is waiting for you." Jhanvi tells him exasperated.

Nodding, Omkara gets up and walks to his room. his heart beating in excitement.

Omkara walks into his room and stops seeing his room decorated for suhaag raat. He eagerly looks for Gauri as he locked the bedroom door.

"Gauri?" he calls out to her as he walked to the bathroom door.

The door opens and Gauri pokes her head out. "Did you lock the door?"

Omkara nods his head in yes as he smiled at her.

"What took you so long?" Gauri asks him as she stepped out of the bathroom.

Omkara's breath gets caught in his throat seeing her wearing a skimpy nightdress that left nothing to imagination. It's not that he had to imagine anything, he knew each and every spot in her body, like she knew his.

Gauri smiles seeing the way he was looking at her. she walks to him as she teased him, "All these days, I made you wait and today you made me wait."

Omkara chuckles. "Dad was just sitting there. he wasn't leaving."

"How embarrassing!" Gauri says chuckling.

"I know." Omkara chuckles as he walked to her and pulls her towards him.

Gauri happily wraps her arms around him as she lovingly smiled at him.

"Nervous?" Omkara asks her gently.

Gauri smiles and shakes her head in negative. She moves towards him and takes his lips in hers and kisses him hungrily. "I've been waiting for this, more than you have." She confesses against his lips.

"Om, it's morning." Gauri gently shakes him awake.

"Good morning." Omkara says as he stretched sleepily.

"Good morning... now go before someone sees you." Gauri tells him as she shook him.

Omkara loudly sighs as he sat up. He starts to look for his clothes when he stops and turns to Gauri. "We are married." Omkara reminds her.

Gauri's mouth drops open in shock hearing him then she laughs happily. "I forgot."

Omkara chuckles as he leaned towards her. "Finally, don't have to run off to my room in the morning."

Gauri laughs as she happily hugged him.

Gauri walks down the stairs as she could feel herself turning pink. All these days, whatever Om and she did, no one knew. Now, everyone knew they had their suhaag raat and she was feeling shy to even face people.

Seeing Gauri coming down alone the day after their marriage, Jhanvi asks her, "Where is Om?"

"He was not in the room when I came out after getting ready." Gauri replies as she looked down.

"Oh."

"Mom, what's for breakfast? I'm hungry." Omkara asks as he walked in from outside.

"Where did you go?" Jhanvi asks him confused.

"I was here only. Just getting some fresh air."

Jhanvi nods as she wondered what to do with her son and daughter-in-law. They were married and even now, they were not spending time with each other.

"You both come, breakfast is ready." Jhanvi says as she walked to the dining room.

Omkara and Gauri smile at each other as they followed Jhanvi.

Gauri was eagerly waiting for Omkara to come home. After their wedding, today he had rejoined office and she was missing him like crazy.

Hearing some sound, Gauri looks and sees Omkara and Tej walk in. she smiles excitedly seeing Omkara. Omkara immediately notices her and he smiles at her.

"How are you, Gauri?" Tej asks her noticing her.

Gauri smiles at him in reply.

"I'm going to freshen up, Dad." Omkara informs his father as he slyly looked at Gauri and headed to their room.

Gauri was about to follow him when she noticed Tej sit down. And she quickly stops and remains where she was, as she waited for him to leave so she could follow Om to the room.

"You are home?" Jhanvi asks as she walked in a few minutes later.

"Yeah." Tej replies.

"Om didn't come?" Jhanvi asks curiously, noticing Gauri.

"Yeah, he is in the room." Tej replies.

Jhanvi sighs fed up. Om was home and Gauri was sitting here. Why are they not spending any time with each other?Why were they still behaving so distantly with each other? "Gauri, you go to your room." Jhanvi tells her.

"Huh? What happened?" Gauri asks, confused hearing the strange instruction.

Hearing that Jhanvi was at a loss of words. I'm going to die without seeing my grandchildren! "Om might need your help with something. Go, see if he needs anything." Jhanvi says for lack of anything better to say.

"Oh okay." Gauri replies confused though relieved to have a reason to get some alone time with her husband.

Gauri locks their bedroom door and just then, Omkara comes out of the bathroom.

"I thought you'll join me in shower." Omkara tells her as he stepped out.

Gauri smiles hearing him. "Daddyji was sitting there."

"Why doesn't he want to spend time alone with mom?" Omkara asks, confused. "They are always sitting somewhere around us."

"I know." Gauri chuckles as she hugs him.

"So, how did you get away?" Omkara asks her as he hugged her.

"Mummyji told me to come see whether you need any help."

"What help would I need?" Omkara asks, confused.

"I don't know." Gauri also replies equally perplexed.

Omkara chuckles. "How was your day?"

"I missed you." Gauri tells him as she snuggles him.

"Even I missed you."

Gauri moans in ecstasy as Omkara thrusts her on his study table.

"I am coming." Gauri moans.

Omkara takes her lips in his and hungrily kisses her as he thrusted harder bringing them both to climax.

They both sigh as they smile happily at each other.

"Where next?" Omkara asks her as he leaned up to look at her.

Gauri grinning excitedly looks around the room. "Inside the wardrobe."

"What?" Omkara chuckles hearing her. "You're crazy."

Gauri laughs hearing him. "Are you up for it, husband?"

Jhanvi slyly pokes Tej. Tej looks up from his food and looks at her. She points at Gauri and Omkara.

Tej nods and asks as casually as he could. "Did you two decide on where you are going?"

"Going?" Omkara asks, confused. "Where?"

"That is what I asked." Tej replies uncomfortably.

"But going where?" Omkara asks, confused.

"Honeymoon, Om." Jhanvi replies fed up.

Gauri immediately turns pink and she turns her face to her food.

Omkara almost gasps in shock hearing his parents mention their honeymoon. "Erm... not now."

"Why?" Jhanvi asks, shocked.

"New academic year is starting and they will be hiring at this time. If an interview comes up and Gauri isn't here, then she will lose an opportunity." Omkara explains.

"Oh." Jhanvi sighs disappointed. I'll never be a grandmother.

"Gauri, do you want to go away for a weekend?" Omkara asks her as they walk into their bedroom later.

Gauri turns to him in regret and asks him, "Are you upset that we can't go for a honeymoon?"

Omkara replies with a surprised frown. "No. If I had work then also we wouldn't go, right?"

Gauri smiles as she nodded.

"And universities and schools have vacations so we can plan it some time then." Omkara tells her.

Gauri nods.

Omkara starts chuckling as he shook his head.

"What?" Gauri asks, confused.

"I was just thinking of you as a Librarian. After seeing how you are inside closed doors, I can't imagine you as a strict librarian figure."

Gauri chuckles as she slightly blushes. She lovingly hugs him. "I am not scared or conscious of being myself when it is with you. I love you and I am not shy about loving you."

"I know, love. I feel the same." Omkara tells her as he hugged her.

Omkara glares at his wife.

"Almost done, Om." Gauri says without taking her eyes off her book.

"I have been home for an hour now." Omkara frowns at her.

"This is too good."

"Better than me?" Omkara asks possessively.

"Don't be silly."

Omkara snatches the book from her.

"Om!" Gauri scolds him irately.

"I told you I will not let you ignore me." Omkara tells her cheekily as he put her book away and pulled her close to him.

Gauri smiles hearing that and says cutely. "I was almost done."

"And I am all ready to start." Omkara tells her hotly.

"Congratulations. You are pregnant." The doctor informs her with a smile.

Gauri's face breaks out into a smile in happiness hearing the doctor.

Jhanvi almost gasps in shock hearing that. she turns to look at Gauri and sees her smiling happily. Jhanvi smiles happily as she lovingly kept her hand on Gauri's shoulder. Gauri turns to look at her and seeing her smile so lovingly at her, Gauri shyly smiles at her.

Jhanvi happily hugs her.

"When you fainted, I got scared." Jhanvi tells her as they walked out.

Gauri blushes hearing her.

"I'm so happy." Jhanvi says excitedly. "It feels like I've been forever waiting to be a grandmother."

Gauri blushes even more and softly chuckles, as it is just 7 weeks since they got married.

"I'm going to pamper the baby so much that you both are going to be mad at me for spoiling him." Jhanvi tells her happily.

Gauri laughs hearing that.

Jhanvi lovingly cups her face and kisses her forehead. "Be happy like this always."

Gauri happily hugs her.

"Let's go home." Jhanvi tells her.

Gauri excitedly nods her head.

Realizing that Gauri is eager to share the news with Om, she says. "I'll ask Om and Tej to come home soon."

Gauri was lying on the couch when Omkara and Tej reached home. Omkara stops in shock seeing Jhanvi sitting next to Gauri and taking care of her.

"Gauri?" Omkara worriedly calls her as he hurries to her. "Are you okay?"

"I fainted. Mummyji caught me in the nick of the time." Gauri informs him.

"What happened?" Omkara asks as he knelt next to her.

Gauri turns pink as she looks at Jhanvi and Tej. She was feeling shy to tell Om in front of them.

Seeing Gauri feeling shy, Omkara stops in shock. Seeing that, Gauri happily smiles and blushes.

"What?" Omkara asks in an almost whisper.

"What happened, Gauri?" Tej asks in concern.

"Erm..." Jhanvi quickly gets up and pulls her husband aside to inform him.

"Are you okay?" Omkara asks her again.

Gauri smiles and tells him, "I'm okay, Papa Om."

"What?" Omkara asks in shock, hearing her.

Gauri happily chuckles.

"Really?" Omkara asks, his face breaking out into a big smile.

Gauri nods happily. Seeing that Omkara laughs softly feeling joyous.

"What happened to Gauri?" Tej asks Jhanvi.

"She is pregnant." Jhanvi informs him excitedly.

"What?" Tej asks, shocked out of his wits. "So soon?"

Jhanvi frowns at him in reply.

"Are you sure?" Tej asks, still in shock.

"She fainted earlier, so I took her to the doctor." Jhanvi informs him.

Hearing Jhanvi and Tej walking towards them, Omkara quickly stands up and moves aside.

"From now on, you should take full care of her." Tej tells Omkara.

Omkara nods as he slightly blushes.

Tej smiles and leaning down, he lovingly kisses Gauri's forehead. "I'm so happy, Gauri."

"Papa would have been so happy." Gauri tells him feeling emotional.

"Yes." Tej agrees, feeling a sense of loss. "We would have celebrated like anything."

Gauri sadly smiles hearing that.

Seeing that Gauri was missing her father, Omkara asks quickly to change the topic. "Do you want to have anything, Gauri?"

"I'll get you juice." Jhanvi says quickly.

"You go freshen up, Dad. I'll sit with Gauri." Omkara tells him.

"Okay." Tej nods and goes.

"You sit here. Don't go anywhere." Jhanvi tells Omkara sternly as she starts to go to the kitchen.

Omkara waits till his mother is out of sight then he turns to Gauri. "Are you okay?"

Gauri nods. "I just thought of Papa when Daddyji was talking to me."

Omkara nods understanding.

"You are here. I am fine." Gauri tells him.

Wondering if Gauri wanted anything to eat, Jhanvi hurries back to ask her. She sees Omkara kneeling down next to Gauri.

"Do you want to go to the room?" she hears Omkara asks her.

"I do but I am scared I'll feel dizzy again."

"I'll carry you up." Omkara tells her.

Jhanvi smiles in relief seeing Om being so caring and expressive towards Gauri.

"After I have juice." Gauri tells him.

Omkara lovingly caresses her forehead. "Your job might not work out now." Omkara tells her gently.

"Why?" Gauri asks, confused.

"Not many are willing to take in a pregnant lady. You know maternity leave and all." Omkara explains to her.

"Oh."

"Let's see. Maybe some contract vacancy would come up." Omkara tells her in a consoling way.

"Let's see. I don't mind waiting for a bit too." Gauri tells him, smiling.

Omkara smiles hearing that.

"I have the scan. It is in the room. I'll show you when we go up."

"Okay." Omkara says feeling excited and unable to wait, but being patient for Gauri.

"So tiny , Om." Gauri tells him excitedly.

Omkara smiles. "I wonder how the baby will look like."

Gauri smiles excitedly.

"Baby should look like both of us. Not just either of us."

"You are saying it as if it is up to us." Gauri tells him.

"Your smiles, your eyes, my hair. Definitely not your chin."

Gauri scowls at him.

Omkara chuckles and leans towards her and lovingly kisses her forehead. "You know, there is no one I love more than you in this world."

"I know." Gauri smiles, feeling content.

"You happy?" Omkara asks her.

"Yes. You?"

"I am kinda still in shock."

"Why? We had decided that we won't do any planning and babies will happen naturally."

"Yeah, but I didn't quite expect it to be this fast."

Jhanvi smiles feeling relieved seeing that Om wasn't that aloof with Gauri. She starts to walk towards them to ask Gauri whether she wants anything to eat when she hears Omkara's question. "When do you think the baby happened?"

Oh God. Jhanvi stops in shock and turns to run away.

"According to the fetus' growth I think suhag raat." Gauri tells him.

And Jhanvi couldn't take a step forward, she was rooted to the ground in shock.

"Wow... the very first time?" Omkara asks, chuckling amazed.

"If I hadn't made you wait then I would have been pregnant when we got married." Gauri tells him cheekily.

"Oh my God, it would have been so..." Omkara says in shock.

"Daddyji and mummyji would have found out that their shy son isn't that shy." Gauri teases him.

"And they would have found out you were not any less." Omkara teases her back.

"And to think I had almost given in to your pleadings." Gauri tells him chuckling.

"What? When?" Omkara asks, shocked.

"Almost all the time." Gauri tells him blushing.

"I did wonder. You go crazy when I touch you and every time you stop me just before the final deed. Saying, 'that only after marriage, Om.'" Omkara tells her a little upset.

"When mummyji said that we would be getting married in a month and we were celebrating, I was so close to giving in."

"Why didn't you?"

"And be pregnant for our wedding? How would I face Mummyji and Daddyji?"

Jhanvi felt faint hearing all that. She didn't have the strength to hear anymore.

"Jhanvi..." Tej calls out as he walks towards her.

Jhanvi curiously turns back to look and sees her husband.

"What are you doing here?" Tej asks curiously then stopping in exasperation, he says, "This boy!"

Jhanvi curiously turns to where Omkara and Gauri were and stops in shock, seeing Omkara sitting on the floor at the end of the couch where Gauri's foot was and busy on his phone, while Gauri just looking out the window.

"We all know he loves her so much. Then why is he not showing his love towards her?" Tej asks her fed up.

If he showed anymore love, then the house would be crawling with grandchildren.

"He needs to understand that love needs to be shown and expressed. Poor Gauri. This is not what I promised my best friend."

Jhanvi turns to her husband in shock, seeing herself in him.

"I am going to talk to Om. He needs to show her that he cares for her. Spent time with her. Talk to her."

Pissed Jhanvi tells him, "yeah, you go tell him that. While I will go and get on my knees and thank the lord that my grandchild is legitimate."

"What?" Tej asks, confused and shocked.

Pissed, Jhanvi walks off, muttering. "I have been too trusting and a fool."
