I thought this would be a fun thing to do. My 3 main criteria for tiering are
A) the song itself (do I like the song or is it bad)
B) the chart (how often do I play the chart? is it too much or just enough?)
C) if applicable, the accompanying BMS/BOFU video

The tier list maker I used didn't have all the songs, so I'll just say where I'd put the songs not included.
Electron- chef's kiss tier, between Disorder and HumaN.
SIGMA- chef's kiss tier, between Spasmodic and Disorder.
Ποσειδών- pretty good tier, between 萤火虫の怨 and Aleph-0.
WATER- pretty good tier, between Aleph-0 and Credits.
Miracle Forest- aight tier, between Colorful Days and Parallel Retrogression.
MOBILYS- pretty good tier, between Life flashes before weeb eyes and 开心病.
Lyrith- disgusting tier, above Dlyrotz.
Hardcore Kyawa- chef's kiss tier, between HumaN and dB Doll.
Äventyr- aight tier, between [PRAW] and Aphasia.
Träne- meh tier, between Orthodox and Next Time.
雪降り、メリクリ- pretty good tier, between GOODWORLD and 万吨匿名信.
Cervelle Connexion- meh tier, above Pixel Rebelz.
modulus- chef's kiss tier, between NO ONE YES MAN and もぺもぺ.
