Jesus answered, "Because your faith is too small. I tell you the truth, if your faith is as big as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move. All things will be possible for you.

Without Faith, we cannot do a single thing. Yourfaith in God propels you to greater heights. Your faith in God makes youobedient to Him.

¹⁷ If that is the case, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand, O king.
¹⁸ But if not, let it be known to you, O king, that we do not serve your gods, nor will we worship the gold image which you have set up."

It takes great faith to think like the Hebrew boys. They were so sure that God would deliver them. Everything in them was certain that God would rescue them.  But then in verse 18, they say something quite scary and shocking. The bible says, "But if not, let it be known to you. O king, that we do not serve your gods, nor will we worship the gold image which you have set up."

You cannot say such things if you do not have faith in God. Your faith in God will cause you to be obedient to Him.  Your faith is a personal conviction in God. Its a personal trust and total reliance upon the master.  Abraham had faith that was unwavering. Time and time again, I study his story. His faith in God is remarkable! 

"He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God,"
— Rom 4:20 (NKJV)

He do not waver at the promise of God through unbelief.  When we doubt God, its a sign of unbelief in Him. If God said He would do it, you'd better take Him at His word!The bible says, "But was strengthened in faith." Your faith in God strengthens you and also reinforces your relationship with God. When you have great faith in God, you also have a great relationship with Him.

Having little faith is also a sign of a shallow relationship with God. The deeper you are in God, the more you'll need to have faith in what God is doing in your life. Your faith also gives glory to God. Because you learn to lean on God and not on man, or whatever  sources you might have. 

Having faith in God places complete focus on Him; giving Him glory. When we look at our circumstances and neglect God, it only shows unbelief.  If faith strengthens us, then unbelief paralyzes us. When you let doubt or unbelief take a hold of you, it turns into fear. Fear will never give us strength. It rather cripples our relationship with God. 

InJesus' name, Father we thank you. We bless your name. We glorify you. Wemagnify you. Thank you for choosing us. Thank you  loving us. Lord, may youhelp us to trust in you with all our hearts. Cause us to love and honoryou. We ask for your mercies and grace. Father if there's any unbelief withinus, we ask that you cast it out. Increase our faith as we believe in you. In thename of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
