As Jesus passed on from there, two blind men followed Him, shouting loudly, Have pity and mercy on us, Son of David! When He reached the house and went in, the blind men came to Him, and Jesus said to them, Do you believe that I am able to do this? They said to Him, Yes, Lord. Then He touched their eyes, saying, According to your faith and trust and reliance [on the power invested in Me] be it done to you;

Jesus is only as powerful as your faith in Him. He asked the blind men an important question: "Do you believe that I am able to do this?"
Do you really believe that Jesus can save you? It's a good question to consider. What do you believe about Jesus?
What have you been told about Jesus Christ the Son of God? And if you have been told about Jesus, did you believe in Him?
You cannot have faith in someone you do not believe in. If you don't believe in Jesus, take a moment to say this simple prayer:

Dear Lord Jesus, come into my heart and become my Lord and personal savior. Be to me all I'll ever need. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen!

Now that we believe in Jesus, we can learn to have faith in Him. We can learn to trust in Him and  to rely on Him.
Jesus is unlike human beings who might have disappointed you at some point in your life. Once you trust in Jesus, you would have learned to trust in someone that can never fail you.
One amazing thing also about these blind men is that they followed Jesus around until they received what they wanted.

We know that Jesus was headed to a house and just happend to have been followed by two blind men.
The bible does not tell us how long they followed Jesus, but we know that they received what they had believed in Jesus for.
What do you want Jesus to do for you? What issues do you have now that you want Jesus to solve?

Your faith, your trust and reliance is what gets you the results. The two blind men were willing to cling on until they could see. They were willing to follow Jesus.
You cannot cling on to Jesus if you don't believe in Him. That's why we had to pray for a few seconds.
May we learn to see Jesus for who He is. May the revelation of the Son of God be magnified in our lives!

In the name of Jesus, Father we thank you. We glorify you. We declare that you are worthy. We declare that you are merciful. We declare that you are our very present help in times of need. Thank you for sending your Son to die for us. May your name be blessed! We ask that you increase our faith as we study your word. This we ask in Jesus name! Amen.
