How To Deal With Depression? You Don't
So I was always wondering this actually. "How do you cope with depression?"
I have personally found that truly you don't. What I tend to do is push it deep down inside, until it blows up in my face. And then either cry about it or I tell someone about it and then I make them worry about me. And then I feel bad afterwards about telling them in the first place, cause I feel like I'm just dumping it all on them! When they have way worse issues than mine and shouldn't have to worry about me, cause they have their own shît to deal with.

And to be perfectly honest there are two real reasons I read Wattpad and watch anime. #1 : I really enjoy it I love it, and #2 : It distracts me from all the shîtty depressing feelings I have all wrapped up inside and how much I hate myself sometimes. So in other words I guess I kind of do have a way to sort of "cope" but not really, more like completely and utterly ignore it.
