Let's say it happens with Tenyie and Maya (OC next gen)
Just know I don't read the manga so I don't fully know about it..

Kay is sitting with Koy as she cries, her brother trying to console her as other heroes rush to the scene. "What's going on? Who got hurt?" Iida asked as he got on the scene. "It's...it's Katsuki..." Koy says, trying to hold back tears. "No...what-"
"Papa!" They all turn to see Tenyie holding her sister back. "We can't go over! We need to let the heroes take care of the situation!"
"But Papa is hurt! I want to see him!"
"You don't want to see him kike that!"
Despite her efforts, Maya gets past Tenyie, running by her parents and uncle to find her other father. They try to stop her, but she ends up finding him...
...He was on the ground with blood spilling out of his chest.
"P...Papa...?"
"Don't look!" Iida tried to pull her away so she didn't have to see him like that, but she kept trying to get to him. "N-no! Papa! Don't die, please!" As she cries out, her father holds her close, and her pleas break his heart. As he held her, a different hero came over to move his body, making Maya cry louder.
"Wait...wait! Don't leave me! Please!" She escaped her father's grasp and ran over to grab Bakugou's hand, not wanting him to go.
"Kid, I'm sorry-"
"Papa, don't leave me! You said you'd always be there for me! I can't lose you!" The hero tried to pull her away, but Iida told him to give her a moment. He knelt next to her. "Maya...he's gone...I'm sorry..."
"No...I'm not ready..."
"I know, baby...nome of us are..."

After a few weeks, Kay and Koy hosted Bakugou's funeral, and all of their friends and family showed up. "I can't believe  he's gone..." Kaminari said, looking down at the ground. "He put up a good fight...he did his best to protect everyone..." Kirishima told him. Kay and Mitsuki cried together, hugging each other close as Koy stood by the coffin, his bangs casting a shadow over his eyes. "....I'm sorry, Katki...you saved my life, but I couldn't save yours..." He said quietly, trying to stay strong. Tenyie sat with Maya and the other children, trying to keep them calm.
"Are you two okay?" Rey asked, putting his hand on Tenyie's shoulder. "Not really...though Maya is taking it the worst. She was really close with him," Tenyie told him, looking over at Maya who sat by herself.

Once they all went home, Maya went to her room for a while. Tenyie decided to go up and check on her, knocking on the door. "Hey...can I come in?" she asked, Maya let out a soft "mhm" to let her in. As Tenyie walked in, she saw Maya holding one of Bakugou's gauntlets close to her.
"Hey...I know this is really tough...but he's at peace now...he can rest..." She told her, hoping it would help. "...I didn't want him to go..." Maya mumbled.
"I didn't either..." Tenyie hugged her sister, a tear rolled down her face.
"I miss papa too..."
