As Zaydon was watching many matches, he begins to relax and remembers the Lantern Festival in Callio before he went towards Universe 15.

~Flashback~

Renkon: Lord Zero, I believe it's wise to begin preparations for the annual Lantern Festival.

Zaydon: Oh...I supposed itis already October, isn't it?

Renkon: Your family governs many practitioners of agriculture. Therefore, this festival is a critical event for us, as it's a holiday that encompasses the Harvest Festival.

Zaydon: Alright, let's commence the preparations for the Lantern Festival.

    On Halloween, Renkon shows Zaydon the extravagantly decorated garden. After his servants, who are dressed in costumes, greet Zaydon, Zaydon is made to change into a costume, while wearing a black cloak and wolf mask and carrying a basket of sweets.

Renkon: My Lord, the guests have started to arrive.

The servants mingle with the villagers, who thank Zaydon. Zaydon passes out treats to a group of children and recalls his own family when he sees another.

Renkon:  Lord Zero, I know that the party is still in full swing, but I think it's best if we wrap things up.

Zaydon:  R-Right.

Renkon:  Before we begin the the closing ceremony, there's one final task that you need to perform, Lord Zero.

Zaydon:  ?

    Subsequently, Renkon brings Zaydon and the other guests to a river, where they are given lanterns.

Renkon:  My Lord, let's "light" the way for the spirits of the dead.

    Renkon has Zaydon light everyone's lanterns, which the latter does via a candle. The lanterns are, then, set afloat into the river. While gazing at the scene, Zaydon remembers all of the critical events that transpired in his life.

Renkon:  I'm glad that we've guided the way to the spirits towards the lanterns. Besides, they'll be roam into darkness and becomes corrupted like a monster or a demon. However, the lanterns are like the Earthlings.

Zaydon:  How?

Renkon:  They're beautiful and always have hope towards the end. They may be weak, but we have to keep their fire inside of them strong.

Zaydon:  Yeah, you're right. Renkon, can you promise me to guide many people while I'm gone?

Renkon:  Of course.
