Chapter 55 - Mpreg Special 7
A/N: Hi dear ones. After I asked you to vote for the names of the twins you like, there was a draw between: Sizhui and Ling - Wangji and Ying, with 5 votes each. Therefore, I asked a neutral person in my household which name that person would choose and the winner was: Wangji and Ying. So the two twins will get the names "Wangji and Ying". Thank you for participating and for voting. Oh yes, the two names won only because they are easier to pronounce for the person in my household and they sound more "harmonious".
Mpreg Special 7 - The quarrel of our brothers
After Zhan and I couldn't agree on what names to give the twins, we asked our fans and they decided for us. We are very happy about that and in the future our babies will be called Wangji and Ying. Thank you dear readers.
Surely you are interested in what happened to us in the past weeks. Well, then I will tell you. And I can already say, for us it was an emotional and very exciting time.
On the evening of September 05, Zhan and I were in the bedroom. Zhan stroked my belly and read a story to our twins, as he did every evening, and then he and I came to the subject of our brothers. Because something unbelievable happened just a few days before.
The two of them had been interested for a while now in how they could become immortal. And here is what happened between them in the last time!
Well now, unfortunately, the search for an answer had not yielded any real results. There were enough rumors, but nothing turned out to be true. Also not the thing with the shapeshifter. As Eve found out, my brother can't shapeshift. Simply because he doesn't have enough magical elven blood in him. So the search continued.
Now, however, Cheng was getting fed up with the fact that the only thing in the marriage with my brother was about mortality. It crystallized strongly how great my brother's fear of his own death was. I already suspected it. And because it was all about this topic, Cheng was really annoyed and didn't want to hear anything more about it.
As you can imagine, there were always arguments about it. What was especially for Cheng, who is wild, passionate and very hot tempered, a big challenge. Because as a werewolf, he must never lose control of himself. Since otherwise he could hurt or kill someone.
But the quarrels that became more and more violent, became an increasing burden for Cheng. Finally, he reached the point where he couldn't take it anymore and just packed some clothes and came to us at Finland to be able to rest for a while. Zhan, as his big brother, helped him do that. He listened to Cheng calmly and then went with him and Grandpa Xiao to the forest to hunt, where he could really let off steam.
Unfortunately, the relaxation that Cheng had struggled to achieve did not last very long, as my brother also came to talk to Cheng. As soon as my brother entered our house, Cheng tensed up and you could really see how the mood tilted.
It didn't take long for the two of them to start arguing again. Grandpa Xiao tried to mediate between the two, to calm them down, but failed. They didn't seem to notice anyone around them anymore. I had never seen my brother like this before. So short tempered, angry and rude. He yelled like crazy and kept claiming that Cheng just couldn't understand him.
Zhan had had enough of this and was worried about me. He was afraid that the stress would be too much for me and wanted to take me upstairs to the bedroom. But I refused, after all one of the two arguing was my brother! And I wanted to at least try to get them to stop fighting.
But no matter how loud I shouted that they should finally stop, they didn't hear me. And then it really escalated between the two. Suddenly Zhan tensed up and pushed the chair I was sitting on into the corner of the living room. Grandpa Xiao transformed and, together with Eve, stood protectively in front of me.
The air felt electrified and even the hairs on the back of my neck stood up. I heard Cheng suddenly growl loudly and menacingly. Zhan yelled at my brother and said, "Stop it already! That's enough! Shut up Hai Kuan!" But my brother didn't respond. Instead, he pushed Cheng's chest with both hands. Cheng stumbled backward one step and started to jump forward.
Grandpa Xiao shouted to Zhan, "Stop those two! You have to stop them!" I stared with bated breath at Cheng, who bared his teeth. His growl almost sounded like thunder in our living room. Zhan also lunged forward, but wasn't fast enough. Cheng had reached my brother first!
Cheng grabbed my brother and pulled him to the ground. The two wrestled and fought with each other. Zhan tried to pull them apart. But he couldn't do it alone. Instead, my brother's fist accidentally hit him and he suddenly bled from his nose.
I felt something awaken inside me, a dark power like the one I felt once before when I saw Zhan fighting with a vampire. Driven by an unbelievable lust for murder in me, I jumped up from the chair and simply pushed Grandpa Xiao and Eve aside. With incredible speed, I was at Zhan's side and pushed him away from the fighters.
In my mouth, I felt my fangs coming out. My fingernails turned into claws. I hissed at the two, "How dare you hurt my husband?" But they didn't hear me and continued to fight. In a rage, I grabbed them both and shook them. Zhan called out for me to calm down and that he was fine.
I turned around to Zhan and saw the blood on his nose. Angrily, I hissed at our brothers. But they didn't care. As if driven by madness, they continued to argue. And then the dark power in me took over once again. As if standing next to my body and watching, I saw myself biting my brother's throat! At the same time, Cheng bit him as well!
My brother screamed in fear and pain. Zhan came to me, grabbed me and dragged me away. Grandpa Xiao grabbed Cheng. Eve took care of my brother who was slumped on the floor. His whole body was shaking like he was having a seizure. The moment I saw this, I became myself again and screamed in panic and horror at my loss of control.
Zhan held me tightly in his arms and kept whispering that it was not my fault. He kept telling me to look him in the eyes, repeating over and over, "It's not your fault! You were just protecting me."
Cheng was curled up on the floor. Grandpa Xiao squatted beside him and stroked his head. "Everything will be all right my boy. Everything will be all right. Grandpa is here, after all. We'll fix it." He whispered as Cheng wept bitterly.
Minutes that seemed like an infinity passed. Then Eve said, "He's not going to die. Calm down, everyone." But we were far from relieved because of that. Because, my brother was still shaking lying on the floor. A few more minutes later, Eve sent Grandpa Xiao to the kitchen, telling him to bring some warmed blood.
But Grandpa Xiao refused to go. Instead, he knelt beside my brother, cut his hand with a knife, and held his bleeding hand over my brother's mouth who hastily drank the blood. Inwardly, I almost collapsed. What had I done?
Only a moment later, we saw the wounds on my brother close up. They healed in less than 5 minutes. Was he now a vampire too? Had I turned him? What would become of him and Cheng now?
Eve called us over to look at my brother. We sat down on the floor with him and looked at him closely. She opened one of his eyes and I saw something silver in them. Silver like the eyes of the werewolves of the Xiao pack. Was he not a vampire after all, but a werewolf?
Then she showed us his teeth and there were fangs! "What does that mean?" I asked in shock.
"Well, he wanted to be immortal and now he is. He's a mixture of a vampire and a werewolf." Explained Eve.
"But how can that be? Such a thing is not possible." Replied Grandpa Xiao.
"Is it because of the elf blood?" I asked. Eve nodded. She explained to us that it was because of the elf blood in my brother that it was possible for my brother to become a hybrid of werewolf and vampire. But no one could say what that meant or how it worked.
An hour later, my brother woke up looking at us confused. "What happened? All I can remember is how I got here and then everything went black."
Grandpa Xiao calmly told him. My brother couldn't believe it. He kept saying he would never attack or push Cheng. He said he came here to make up with Cheng, not to fight with him. Whereupon Eve guessed that the elf blood must have been awakened in my brother when he was apparently at a loss.
"The warrior blood of the elves may have played a big part here." She said softly. Then she examined him again and my brother said he felt the same as always. But we could see he wasn't the same. His eyes were shining silver. He looked younger and the gray hair he already had was gone, too.
To test how he reacted to blood, Grandpa Xiao held a cup full of warmed blood in front of his nose. My brother told him to take it away, but Grandpa Xiao continued to hold it in front of his nose. And suddenly my brother grabbed the cup and drank all the blood in it. But that wasn't all. Startled by his thirst for blood, he dropped the cup on the floor. He choked and tried to vomit up the blood. But he couldn't.
Then when Cheng took his hand and he looked at Cheng, he saw the scratches on Cheng's face that he gave him during their fight. Grandpa Xiao whispered something in my brother's ears and my brother nodded. He clenched his fists and looked like he was straining to try something. Grandpa Xiao smiled and said softly, "You need to relax. That's the only way." And my brother relaxed.
We didn't understand what Grandpa Xiao wanted him to do until my brother suddenly turned into a werewolf! But not into a black uncontrollable one. But into a werewolf with golden brown fur and silver eyes. Cheng cried and hugged my wolf brother and my brother licked his face. Finally, Cheng transformed too and Grandpa Xiao let the two of them run outside into the forest.
"We'll leave them alone for a bit. Don't worry, Hai Kuan is fine. Cheng will teach him everything. Especially hunting, so Hai Kuan can feed himself. And when they get back to Beijing, the pack will take care of him too." Said Grandpa Xiao.
My brother is now a bloodsucking werewolf? I had to process that first. Zhan, who was increasingly worried about me, then took me upstairs to the bedroom. He put me to bed and got a bowl of warm water to clean my face. Because my brother's blood was still stuck to it.
I then washed the blood from Zhan's nose. It had long since healed. We held each other in our arms and suddenly Zhan said, "Well done my cute vampire. You helped your brother."
"Did I really?" I asked. I felt rather guilty. But then Zhan explained to me that my brother now seemed to be exactly what he wanted to be, and perhaps always should be. And when my brother and Cheng came back from the forest after about 2 hours, he came to me, sat next to me, kissed my forehead and thanked me.
"Thanks to you, Cheng and I can live for a very long time. After all, werewolves live as long as their destiny partners. And now you will never have to say goodbye to me either. We will remain a family. Thank you, Yibo. I don't know how all this is possible and I am still a little overwhelmed. But I thank you for the gift of immortality." He said.
Honestly, I didn't know what to say. Instead, I hugged my brother and held him close. Knowing that at least my brother would stay with me, that I wouldn't have to watch him die of old age, was an incredible relief. Who knows, maybe this really had to happen. Maybe this was predetermined for us!
