• All covers posted with {A} in the chapter title are available. All covers posted with {T} are taken.

•  Your book must be established/published/posted before you request one of my premades. Do not publish a book just for the sake of claiming a cover. I'll know and I'll be very cross.

• Be 1000% you're going to use my premade for your story before requesting. If you claim one of my premades and decide not to use it anymore, let me know so I can make it available for someone else. All covers should be used for at least one month.

• Know that I can only edit my premades so much. Titles and author names will always be editable but other custom pieces may not be.

• When your form is accepted, reply within three days, or I will assume you no longer want the premade and will not edit it.

• Always credit me. I do not ask for any payment other than being credited in the story description (although I do appreciate dedications/mentions within the story).

• If you read these rules, comment "password: bowie" in the form of the cover you want so I know you read the guidelines. If you don't, I will not accept your form.

• I will PM you when I accept your form to send you the cover. Do not screenshot my premade covers. Not only will they be bad quality, but it's rude and until I edit them for you, they have my name/user name on them.
