Narrator: Hello! I am the Narrator of the story of "The Misfits"
And this chapter happens parallel to the previous one.
Since Javi's group is busy on their mission, I'm going to help with the narration of this part of the story ;)

After Javi and Ditto posed as Team Rocket Recruits, they managed to get inside the Cruiser without being discovered. Upon entering, they have divided into 2 groups to rescue the kidnapped Pokémon.

Javi, Charmeleon and Gardevoir, are going to fulfill their part of the mission.

Meanwhile...

The group of Ditto, Mewtwo and Mawile (these last 2 in their Pokeballs), begin their part of the mission: Release 4 cages (of 10 Pokémon each), and then meet up with the other group, in the ninth and last cage...

Ditto: I like planning! Mewtwo and Mawile are a great team!
Mewtwo especially, he is very intelligent and he plans the missions very well, I admire Mewtwo.
And Mawile is very brave, she is a very good partner to follow Mewtwo's plans!
Because when Mewtwo gives the order to fight, she will throw herself in front of him no matter what, and whatever Mewtwo decides to do, she will support him without hesitation!
It makes me want to cry with emotion.

Mewtwo: Thanks for your compliments, Ditto!
I value them very much. I'm sure this quest will turn out very well and we'll save a lot of Pokémon from Team Rocket with it!

Narrator: Using the map Gardevoir gave them, Ditto heads to the first cage.
Reaching the hallway before the room, Mewtwo and Mawile come out of their Pokeballs to get ready.

Ditto returns to his normal form to recover energy.

Mewtwo gets the message from the other group: The plan is to capture all Team Rocket Grunts in the same cages they use to imprison Pokémon. And at the same time, have the rescued Pokémon guard these cages.

Although Mewtwo is very intelligent, his psychic abilities are not well developed...
Ditto is very versatile, but also unstable...
And Mawile is very strong, but also impulsive...
Can they make it?... They may learn a lot about themselves in this adventure! :D

In the first room, there is a Grunt guarding the cage and another guarding the switch that opens it.
The time has come to devise the first move to defeat them!
Mawile pays close attention to what Mewtwo and Ditto are saying, while trying to keep an eye on what is happening outside...

Mawile is trying hard to be brave, and for a moment she is on the verge of tears from her nerves. But she smiles and remains silent, waiting for the answer...

Ditto: Don't worry Mawile! No matter what happens, we are going to make it!
Mewtwo and I are thinking that the best thing is to go in suddenly, Mewtwo will take care of his Grunt and I will take care of the one with the switch key.
Mawile, can you make a distraction in the room so that the Grunt leaves the cage?

Ditto tells her in a supportive voice, looking straight at her.
Mawile nods and remains attentive.

Mawile looks at what's outside to prepare for the distraction.
Mawile blushes a little, but suddenly turns serious and the distraction begins...
Mawile stands in front of the cage and begins to say rude things to the Grunt and make fun of her.

Narrator: (Mawile may be the cutest of the bunch, but she also has the mouth of a drunken trucker.)

Mawile finishes saying rude things to her Grunt, and just before her Grunt runs off, Mawile says a very hurtful sentence to her that leaves her crying on the floor and with her self-esteem destroyed.

Ditto: Mawile! Very well done! Can you go open that cage as fast as possible?

Ditto tells her with a voice full of pride.
Mewtwo concentrates not to laugh at Mawile's profanity in their fight.

Mewtwo: I agree! very well done Mawile!

Mewtwo walks up to his Grunt, makes a hurtful comment, and his Grunt starts crying and runs off in terror.

Mewtwo: Whoops! What a cruel way to beat our Grunts!

Mewtwo says it laughing. He walks over to the cage and opens the door.

Mewtwo: Come on, let's save the Pokemon!

Narrator: The second Recruit that ran away is about to leave the room!
Ditto must do something before she escapes or she could jeopardize the mission!

Ditto transforms into his most terrifying form: Mew!
Ditto scares his Recruit so much, she runs down the hall...but Ditto grabs her and rips the Recruit's clothes off, leaving her in her underwear, and forces her back into the cage.

(Later on, that Recruit would say that she was tortured by a Pokemon...)

Ditto: Let's go, let's not waste time!

Narrator: Ehm... Even though this group uses "unconventional" methods to deal with the Grunts... we can't deny their results.
But... was it necessary to remove her clothes? o_O

After opening the cage, they rescue the 10 captured Pokemon, which turn out to be a group of Glaceons. Which, finally free, help guard the cage that contains the Recruits, until the entire Cruiser is freed.

Just then, they get another message from Gardevoir, asking them to take the Pokeballs from the Grunts and offer the Pokemon inside to be released. If they agree, they can help the Glaceons guard the cage.

Mewtwo takes the Pokeballs from all the recruits and opens them.

Mewtwo: Let them be free. So we can continue on our mission to free the others!

Mewtwo says relieved to have freed the Pokemon.
The Glaceons appreciate the help and begin to guard the cage.

Mewtwo: Let's go for the next cage to free!
We keep it up and we'll be out of here before nightfall.
We should have plenty of time to free all the cages.

Mawile: this is too easy!
If we can free the cages that fast, then we should be able to save all the trapped Pokemon!
But... How are we going to do it afterwards, to ensure that the released Pokemon are safe from the Recruits that are still in the other cages?

Mawile's face turns thoughtful.

Ditto smiles at the Grunts in the room.

Ditto: We are the Misfits, and we are here to save the Pokemon from the Cruise.

Ditto steps forward and goes to the switch.
Mewtwo approaches Ditto

The Grunts stare at the open cage and 10 Rabid Lucarios coming out of it.

Narrator: After the group closed the door on their way out of the room...

In short... a show worth seeing and listening to.

A few minutes later, the group of these 3 Misfits realizes that they forgot to lock the Recruits in the cage, and they decide to go back... Only to discover the place filled with unconscious and beaten Recruits on the floor... And 10 Lucarios celebrating their victory, doing some famous TikTok dances...

Ditto looks around and realizes that his group forgot to lock up the Grunts.

Dito: Oh no! I think we missed a very important step!
Never mind, I think we learned something today :)

Ditto laughs in embarrassment and apologizes to the Grunts as he rescues them.

Ditto: It's still hard, but I learn from my mistakes :)

Ditto gives each Recruit a kiss, making them feel better.
Mewtwo laughs as he sees Ditto kiss the Grunts

Mewtwo: I told you we should have locked them in the cage!
We have been distracted and now we have to deal with all the consequences of what happened here.
Ditto please stop kissing the cruise ship staff

Mewtwo tells him in a voice that sounds like a very concerned parent.

Mawile: Yup! Ditto, don't kiss everyone, because then they'll give you Monkeypox.

Mawile turns her body against the Grunts.

Mawile bites a Grunt on the shoulder and then the group of Grunts are seen crying loudly on the floor.

Mewtwo laughs at the Grunts' reaction

Mewtwo: We have to learn from our mistakes and see how it can be fixed.

Mewtwo puts a Pokemon leash on Ditto and sends him to bite all the Recruits

Mewtwo says it with a loving mother's voice.

Narrator: After being bitten, the Grunts run to the cage and lock themselves in there of their own free will, hoping that it might save them from the "love" of the Misfits.

Mewtwo picks up the cell phone of one of the Grunts and approaches the dancing Lucarios; Ditto and Mawile join in and dance, before taking some souvenir selfies.
Ditto grabs the Grunt's cell phone and takes selfies with the Grunts and the other Pokemon that were released, uploading them to the Misfits' social media.

Ditto: Now everyone will know about our victory!

Mewtwo takes the cell phone and takes selfies with Ditto and the other Pokemon.

Throughout the world, there will always be a group of Misfits ready to rescue Pokemon in pain!

Mawile pulls out a card with the Misfits logo on the back, and tosses it towards the Grunts, while giving them the finger.

Mawile: We are invincible!

Mewtwo draws a card of the same style and throws it to each Grunt's face.

Mewtwo: Now let's make it clear fro everyone to see on behalf of the Pokemon!
From the Misfits!

The Grunts look more intimidated than they already were, trembling in the cage at the image of the Misfits on the card, as if they were a murderous cartel or terrorist group.

Narrator: Mewtwo takes the Pokeballs from the Grunts and hands them over to the Lucarios, asking them to release the Pokemon inside if they agree.

After that, the group heads to the third cage.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the Cruise, Gardevoir receives a telepathic message from Mewtwo, letting her know that things are going well. Gardevoir notifies this to Javi.

Javi: Garde, I think it's better if we don't attract too much attention while releasing the Pokemon, please tell Mewtwo to be stealthy during the mission...
Although he is the smartest of the group, so I guess he already took that into account...

Mewtwo listens to this as he closes the door to the second room, with the Grunts squealing, the Lucarios dancing, and photos of the group uploaded all over the Internet. (Not to mention the cards they released with the Misfits logo)

Mewtwo telepathically tells Gardevoir that Ditto has been kissing some Grunts instead of biting them.

In the background, the Grunts yell again.

Narrator: According to Gardevoir's map, there is a storage room on the second floor of the Cruiser.

Upon entering the room, Mewtwo, Ditto and Mawile, observe that it is full of boxes, tools and different materials... and it also contains the third cage and its switch.
Although they have been successful with the first 2 cages... on the second floor it feels a heavier and more dangerous environment.
There seems to be no one in sight and the group decides to search the place before trying to open the cage.

Going through a few boxes, a folder catches their eye, titled "Project: AI"...

Mawile: Ohh, it's a secret folder! It will surely be full of secrets!

Ditto: It's like we're spying! We love doing these things at The Misfits...

Mawile: But be careful when you open it!

Mawile asks Mewtwo to open the folder, since Ditto doesn't have thumbs.

Narrator: After taking a look at the folder, Mewtwo finds different sketches and text that are confusing at first glance. One page bears the title: "Oneiric Ultra Wormholes".

Mewtwo: (Oneiric? Is that referring to dreams, right?)

Mewtwo begins to remember a chat with Javi...

Mewtwo: (Wait a minute... Javi told us that he woke up in this world after falling asleep in his... Is it related?)

Mewtwo realizes that this is a lot of information to understand in a short time, and decides to take the folder with him to review later, along with all the Misfits.
At that moment, a scream is heard...

The group turns around, but it's too late... the 3 of them receive the impact that throws them into a pile of boxes... and Mewtwo gets the worst of it.
Mewtwo falls unconscious to the ground, getting hit by the boxes.
Mawile and Ditto are left scared.
Ditto is about to cry when he sees Mewtwo fall unconscious.
Mawile bites at Tyranitar, and pushes him back, but the Bite doesn't even scratch him.

Mawile: Don't hurt Mewtwo!

Mawile stands in front of Mewtwo, to protect him.

Tyranitar lunges at Mawile, but Ditto attacks with a Tail Bite, knocking the Tyranitar off balance. But this only lasts a few seconds until the Tyranitar brushes past him and goes towards Mewtwo.
Tyranitar launches a strong kick towards the group of Misfits, leaving them on the ground in a small state of shock.
Ditto desperately screams when he sees his group hit and hurt, so he transforms into Mew, since it is the strongest Pokemon in the group, hoping to be able to face the Tyranitar.
Mew/Ditto yells at Tyranitar...

Mew/Ditto: What have you done to my friends?!
What was that you did to them?

Tyranitar doesn't care what Mew says and storms towards the group.
Tyranitar jumps towards the group, about to kick them.

Mawile: Ditto, don't transform into Mew or we're going to be in serious trouble!

Tyranitar turns towards Mawile and kicks her in the head, forcibly sending her flying and spinning in the air.

Narrator: Mewtwo is starting to regain consciousness, but he still can't stand up.
Seeing the fight, he tries to telepathically communicate with Ditto and Mawile.

Mewtwo: Ditto! Psychic-type Pokémon are weak against Tyranitar!
Don't turn into Mew or it will do a lot of damage to you!
You must transform into a Fighting-type Pokémon!

Tyranitar falls, arms in the air, unable to move or speak. It seems as if it was indeed a "Monster" that they were barely able to survive, and its crazed appearance makes it easy to believe.

Narrator: Seeing Tyranitar unconscious, the Grunt (his trainer) returns him to his Pokeball, pulling out a second one and letting out another scream...

Recruit: Malamar! I chose you-

Suddenly, the Grunt freezes.
Mewtwo appears standing up. His eyes start to glow and he paralyzes the Grunt with his psychic power, taking away all of her Pokeballs.

Mewtwo: Enough!

Mewtwo makes the Grunt fall asleep

Mewtwo: Ditto! Mawile! Flip the switch and release the Pokemon from the cage!

Ditto and Mawile happily see a recovered Mewtwo and release the caged Pokemon, which turn out to be 10 Braixens.

After that, Mewtwo places the sleeping Grunt in the cage and hands the Pokeballs to the Braixens, asking them to deal with the Pokemon inside.
Ditto and Mawile run to hug Mewtwo.
Ditto hugs Mewtwo and begins to cry, as he already feels all his energy recovered after the relief of getting out of the fight with Tyranitar.
Mawile hugs Mewtwo, happy that they defeated Tyranitar and helped save several Pokemon.
Mewtwo also gives both of them a big hug.

Mewtwo: No one will stop us anymore! :D

Narrator: At that moment, the place begins to shake, and the 3 that were still hugging each other fall to the ground and begin to look everywhere confused.

Gardevoir telepathically communicates with Mewtwo, telling him that the Cruiser has started to move and that they must hurry before it reaches its new destination, as they could be in even greater danger.
They must rescue the fourth cage and meet up with the other group to stop the Cruiser as soon as possible.
Mewtwo nods and explains it to Ditto and Mawile.
The 3 leave the warehouse, leaving the Braixens guarding the cage.

Arriving at the location of the fourth cage, they discover that the room is actually a laboratory.
The cage is open and is located near an unknown machine.
A scientist can be seen carrying one of the...Dittos!? From the cage to the middle of the machine...

Mewtwo is furious when he sees a Ditto inside the machine.

Mewtwo: That's outrageous! Ditto, look! It's a clone like us!
We must rescue that Ditto at once!
Ditto, get out of that machine!

Mewtwo slowly approaches the machine, while glaring at the scientist using the machine.

Narrator: The scientist looks up at Mewtwo.

Scientist: Mewtwo?

The scientist examines Mewtwo with his eyes, from head to toe...

Scientist: But... you're not the perfect Mewtwo, are you?
You are one of the clones with glitches...

Mewtwo stares at the scientist...

Mewtwo: What do you mean? Do you know me?
Who are you really?

The scientist looks at him and smiles.

Scientist: Dear Mewtwo... little one...
You don't remember me, do you? I am one of the scientists who worked at the Cinnabar Mansion...
I am Doctor Seishi, one of those who, along with Dr. Fuji, gave life... to you and several clones... like these Dittos...

Seishi watches the Ditto of the Misfits

Misfit Ditto freaks out when he realizes that Seishi is one of the scientists who worked for the Cinnabar Mansion.

Mawile: Ditto, please don't be afraid, nothing will happen to you, I promise.

Mewtwo kneels down and pats Ditto on the head.
Ditto feels something warm on his mind. It is nothing more than the feeling of friendship, something that Mewtwo feels for him.
Misfits Ditto climbs on Mewtwo's shoulders, crying.

Mewtwo: I promise you nothing will happen to you.

Mewtwo's voice sounds strong and brave.

Dr. Seishi: I think you are getting confused...
This machine will give you back the perfection you should've had...
You will be able to leave your shortcomings in the past!
This machine can fix your faulty genes!
Mewtwo, I know you don't have your Psychic abilities developed... That was the big mistake in several clones of the Cinnabar Mansion!
And Ditto, look at you... scary, whiny... I guess you're so unstable that you can't even control the way you act well... Maybe even your transformations don't last very long!!
Several of the failed clones of the mansion were dying... and others were going to have the same fate...
Don't you see? You guys are so flawed, we left you stranded at the Mansion!

Narrator: Mawile runs to the Ditto that was in the machine, pulls him out and starts biting into the machine with all her might, starting to destroy it.

Narrator: Mewtwo's jump is interrupted by Shadow Ditto, who stands between him and Dr. Seishi.

Shadow Ditto looks at Mewtwo, Ditto and Mawile, and begins to transform... Into a Shadow Registeel...

Ditto tries to talk to Shadow Ditto so he can come to his senses and help them defeat Dr. Seishi.

Ditto: Don't you get it? Dr. Seishi will use us as experiments to do the same and with more Pokemon... You must avoid it!!

Ditto tries to calm Shadow Ditto down, but the Pokemon was already fully transforming into Shadow Registeel and doesn't want to listen to Ditto. The Shadow Registeel begins to fight with the group of Misfits.

Mawile: No, DITTO!

Mawile leaps towards the Shadow Registeel, but when he looks at her with its shadow aura, Mawile freezes, partly out of terror, partly out of respect.

Mawile: What is this? Why is he so angry?
Why doesn't he realize the evil of Dr. Seishi?
This Dr Seishi! I can't believe it!
Seishi is a damn monster!

Narrator: Mewtwo tries to communicate telepathically with the Shadow Ditto, but there he discovers the terrible truth...
The Shadow Ditto no longer has a will of its own, and has become a puppet of Seishi.

Mewtwo: (I can't find his conscience, I can't make him listen to me... I think... I think we have to defeat him...)
Ditto, Mawile! We must defeat the Shadow Ditto!
Only after that we will be able to help him more calmly!

Mewtwo turns to the rescued Dittos, but notices them drained of energy.

Mewtwo: (Surely they were tortured by Seishi! We just have to protect them...)

Mewtwo uses his Psychic power to move them towards a corner of the lab.

Ditto wants to believe that there's a way to help Shadow Ditto see reality. But the truth is, it's too hard, and Ditto is starting to think that maybe it's too late.
With Shadow Ditto fighting them, Ditto instinctively turns back into a Machamp, and begins to fight.
Seeing that his plan to convince the Shadow Ditto to side with him doesn't seem to be working, he decides to try and take the Shadow Ditto down in the fight, knowing that it is his best chance to succeed.

Mawile jumps up and uses her Play Rough attack on the Shadow Ditto/Registeel. Shadow Ditto seems to be angry, but more importantly, he's being confused.
Even if it's for a while, there's a small chance that the Shadow Ditto can be defeated now.

The Shadow Ditto dodges Mawile's attack and elbows her, causing Mawile to fall down with a cry and a pained expression.

Mewtwo is furious when he sees that the Shadow Ditto has just dealt damage to Mawile by dodging the Play Rough's attack.

Mewtwo gives Shadow Ditto a Psychic; Shadow Ditto is hit but not knocked down, though it is noted that he is nearly off balance and disoriented by Mewtwo's Psychic attack.
The Shadow Ditto strikes back at Mewtwo, with a kick that knocks Mewtwo off balance, causing Mewtwo to lose his balance and hit the ground.

Ditto: Leave my friends alone!!

Ditto/Machamp jumps out in front of the Shadow Registeel, throwing punches at him rapidly, which start to make him go back further and further...

Mewtwo takes advantage of the distraction to use Recover on himself... but Mawile gets up with difficulty...

As Ditto continues to throw punches, for a moment it looks as if the Shadow Registeel is about to lose its balance and fall backwards. But he uses a Superpower attack on Ditto, which restores his balance, while also throwing Ditto hard against the wall.

Mewtwo, furious at seeing this, inadvertently learns to use Focus Blast, and throws it at the Shadow Registeel, who responds with a Flash Cannon at the same time.

Both attacks collide with each other and the explosion hits both Pokemon.

Shadow Registeel is thrown back against the wall, while Mewtwo is thrown in the opposite direction.

Mawile: I must... protect... my friends... I must...

Narrator: Mawile gets up in a rage and goes to attack the Shadow Registeel with several Bites, all over the place.

The Shadow Registeel begins to drain from the damage, but manages to grab Mawile and throws her to the ground in front of him. Mawile falls and loses her strength, staring at the Shadow Registeel, who charges another Flash Cannon to attack her.
Mewtwo and Ditto are very injured... they can't get to save her...

Shadow Registeel's attack is fired towards Mawile, who sheds a tear as she cannot defend herself...

At that moment... a shadow moves quickly across the floor and materializes in front of her...

It's...a Sableye. Mawile quickly recognizes him, he is the same Sableye who made life miserable for the entire group of Misfits a while back.

The Sableye places himself between Mawile and the Flash Cannon, shielding her from the impact...
And is hit hard by the attack...

Mawile: No!

Mawile runs up to the Sableye and tries to get him up. But Sableye doesn't move and just looks at Mawile... and his look seems to say: "I'm sorry... but it's my turn now. Please don't feel too bad. Don't do it... please... don't leave me alone..."

Mawile: No! You are strong enough!
Do not die! This can't be happening!

Mawile looks at Sableye's lifeless body in the middle of the laboratory, with tears in her eyes...

Mawile: Don't die Sableye... please... :_(

Sableye: I'm not dying, you idiot!...I mean...Mawile...

Mawile: Don't call me an idiot, YOU BASTARD!

Mawile gets angry and jumps at Sableye, all the while laughing.

Mawile: It was you!

Mawile smiles and is relieved that Sableye is alive. She gives him a hug and says "I love you, Sableye, Thank you"

Ditto is very glad that everyone in the group is alive, and while he is furious that he has not been able to reason with the Shadow Ditto, he is relieved to see that his friends are safe and alive.

Ditto starts fighting Shadow Ditto again, to knock him to the ground.

Ditto: I'm not going to stop fighting you this time, Shadow Ditto!
I'm fighting for my friends!

At that moment a loud voice is heard behind all of them.

Narrator: Mewtwo's voice echoes through Ditto, Mawile, and Sableye...

Mewtwo: Sableye! Thank you very much for the help!
Now listen up! If we manage to throw the Shadow Registeel off balance, he won't be able to defend himself anymore!
Mawile and Sableye, you must attack his legs, use all your strength!
Ditto! I will distract him from behind... and you must continue attacking him from the front...
I know you still don't realize it, but... you're one of the strongest Pokemon in the world...
If Shadow Ditto could transform into such a powerful Pokemon... what's stopping you from doing it?

Narrator: Mawile and Sableye run towards the Shadow Registeel. Mawile uses Full Power Bites on one leg, while Sableye slams the other with Shadow Claws.
The Shadow Registeel tries to hit them, but takes a Focus Blast from Mewtwo in the back.
At that moment, Ditto transforms into a Lucario and hits him hard.

The Shadow Registeel starts to get confused with all the attacks.

Annoyed, the Shadow Registeel fires a Flash Cannon at Ditto, but Ditto quickly transforms into Registeel and takes the attack without issue.

Ditto: (The strongest Pokemon...)
(Wait... Registeel isn't the strongest Pokemon... Neither is Mew... All Pokemon are powerful... we all have our strength... And my friends... my friends are the strongest I know!!)

Ditto transforms into Charmeleon, and throws a Flamethrower at him.
He then transforms into Gardevoir to create a barrier against Dark Registeel's blows.
He transforms into Sableye to cast a Dark Pulse at him...
And he becomes Mawile to throw a Fire Fang at him...
Registeel is tired and about to fall!

Ditto transforms into Mewtwo and looks at Mewtwo in the distance.

Dito: Mewtwo! Are you ready? :D

Mewtwo smiles when he sees Ditto transformed into him and stands next to Ditto.

They both charge up and launch a Psychic attack at the shadow Registeel, who, having weak legs, begins to slowly fall backwards, causing the floor to shake from the impact.

Mewtwo and Ditto watch the Shadow Registeel fall.
After the deafening screams of the falling Shadow Registeel, there is silence.

No noise is heard inside the laboratory. It is only possible to hear the heart of Mewtwo and Ditto.

Mewtwo looks at himself in surprise, noticing tears welling up in his eyes.

In a moment of clarity, he realized that he was crying for all those Pokemon that were tortured...

Narrator: Mewtwo, next to Ditto transformed into Mewtwo, places his hand on Ditto's shoulder and starts to say something to him...

Mawile and Sableye watch from afar, but they can't hear what Mewtwo said...
After that, Mawile and Sableye get closer as they watch Ditto stop being transformed and return to his normal Ditto appearance.

Ditto approaches the Shadow Registeel on the floor and hugs him, starting to cry.
Which causes the Shadow Registeel to start crying as well.

Mawile asks Mewtwo: What did you say to Ditto?

Mewtwo: Well...
I reminded him that Javi had already told us about his encounter with Charmeleon when it was still a Shadow Pokemon, and how he healed it.
I also told Ditto that he still had one transformation left...which I think is the most important.
I asked Ditto to become the only Pokemon that knows how to end this battle... which is the Pokemon I admire the most... Himself.

Narrator: The Shadow Registeel begins to revert to his Shadow Ditto form, and as he cuddles with Ditto and they cry together, the Shadow Ditto begins to fall asleep from exhaustion.
His Shadow aura begins to fade little by little, until it disappears.

The other Dittos approach curiously, and are glad to see their friend back in his normal self.

Mawile smiles and grabs Mewtwo's hand as they both watch the others hug each other.
Mawile searches for Sableye to hold her hand, but is nowhere to be found.

On the floor she sees a backpack with a note. Mawile walks over to read the note:

"Thank you for the money and the food! Although... in the end I didn't need everything I took from you. So I give you some of your stuff back."

(At the end of the note, there is a drawing of Sableye's face sticking out his tongue)

In the backpack there is some food with teeth marks... there is also the money that had been stolen from the group, and a few antidotes and potions that they had bought in the Mall.

Narrator: Ditto, Mawile and Mewtwo start laughing at the note and the drawing.

Mewtwo: That's definitely something Sableye would do!
Ditto, Mawile... it's time to go! Time is against us...

Mawile sees something on the floor...it's the Pokeball that Dr. Seishi used.
Mawile takes it with her teeth and tears it to pieces. After that, she takes the backpack with the note.

The 3 are going to say goodbye to the Dittos group. They ask them to take good care of the sleeping Ditto, while they will take care of stopping the Cruise.

Mewtwo: We should tell Gardevoir that we already rescued the 4 cages...

Mewtwo tries to communicate, but there is no response. He tries several times, but Gardevoir does not respond....

Mewtwo: Something... something's wrong...
I have a bad feeling...
Let's hurry up!

After going out into the hallway, Mewtwo sees Charmeleon standing in front of him. And behind Charmeleon he sees Javi, who is holding Gardevoir in his arms.

Charmeleon and Javi, with surprised faces, begin to smile with relief when they see the other group.

Mawile begins to cry with emotion along with Ditto and Mewtwo, and they run to reunite... finally... with the whole group of Misfits...
