Percy's POV
I sat down on my bed. Annabeth had just went back to her cabin as it was almost curfew, but I kind of just say on my bed and thought. Mostly about life. I mean, we were 20, soon we would have to stop coming to camp every summer between school years of college, and what would we do then? During the school year was the hardest time for us, as I went to a school in Miami and she went to Harvard. We only video chatted and hung out over winter and spring breaks and some weekends here and there. And it was tough. Sometimes I just wish I could hug her, and kiss her, and cuddle with her, it was so difficult. I wanted to bring our relationship more in depth, but then again, we were only twenty. Was it too early to propose to Annabeth and get married? We had been dating for four years and I have known her for eight, and we know we are perfect for each other, so is it really too early? Who knows, I thought. I collapsed against my pillow and shut my eyes. I decided to finally sleep on it, and I fell asleep. But deep down inside, I knew I should.
Annabeth's POV
I stretched out my arms as I heard my alarm clock beeping. I slammed my hand down on it, sometimes, that thing could get really annoying. I sat up on my bunk and yelled out, "Everybody! Time to get up! Clean cabin! Go to breakfast!" I heard moans and groans from people as they rolled over on their bunks and slowly sat up and started cleaning cabin and getting dressed. I sat on my bunk and looked at my window where I kept my little keepsakes and my camp necklace. I picked up my camp necklace and was about to put it on when I saw it had a small piece of paper wrapped around the string. I pulled the piece of paper off and unrolled it. Inside there was a note. I quickly read through it.
Wise Girl,
Meet me at the lake at sunset. Wear your swimsuit, or something nice, just be warned, it may get wet. But I know you'll look beautiful.

PS- You should really lock your windows....and your cabin.
I chuckled at the last part. If he had really opened my window or snuck into my cabin at night, wouldn't somebody have heard him? Wouldn't I have heard him? Anyway, I got dressed and started cleaning up my bunk when Malcolm came over to me. "Annabeth, just so you know, Percy was in our cabin last night for like an hour. He was mumbling something about a note and your camp necklace, and then he cuddled with you and left. Just thought you should know," he said to me.
"Yeah, I noticed," I said, showing him the piece of paper.
"Good," he said, but he gave me a quick smirk that kind of told me he wasn't telling me all that really happen. Did Percy say something else? Did he do something else? Questions aside, it was time for breakfast and another day of teaching campers.
--Time Skip to Sunset--
I looked at my outfit in the mirror in my cabin. A nice coverup over my gray one-piece. Perfect. I turned around to go out and meet Percy, when Malcolm gave me a hug. "What?" I asked when he released me.
"Your my little sister and...just tell me what happened when you get back, okay?" He said.
"Okay," I replied. I waved goodbye to him as I walked out of the cabin and to the lake. When I got there, I saw Percy standing on the beach in a nice shirt and some swim trunks. "Hi Seaweed Brain," I smiled. I gave him a quick kiss, but he picked me up.
"Hello, Wise Girl," he said, but I just pouted at him.
"But me down!" I exclaimed.
"Nope," he smirked. Sometimes, I'm annoyed when he does this, but this was an example where it was kind of cute and romantic in a sense. He ran me over to the dock, and once he reached the end, surprise surprise, he jumped into the lake with me in his arms. He made an air bubble around us so I could still breathe, and set me down.
"So, why the sudden date?" I asked.
"Because, we don't spend enough quality time together anymore," he said. He sat next to me and out his arm around me. He also made the bubble smaller so it fit just right around us, keeping us right next to each other, and I can't complain about that.
"It's true," I replied. He kissed me and sighed.
"I hate how we're so far away in college," he pouted.
"Same here, but luckily it's our senior year," I sighed, "Just one more year."
"But I can't wait one more year to not be close to you like this every day, I wish it was already over," he complained.
"I know, me too, but we need to keep powering on. We just need to make it through our last year, then we could buy an apartment together in New Rome and live the life we planned about when we were 17," I replied.
"What if we could do that now," he smirked.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"Annabeth Chase, I love you with all of my heart, and you know that," he said.
"Yes," I replied. Where was he going with this?
"That is why I believe I should spend my last year of college with you," he said.
"And how are you going to do that?" I asked. What did he mean?
"My college recently, as in like, a week ago, launched an online service and-"
"DO IT! DO IT! DO IT! YES!" I exclaimed, way too quickly.
"I knew you would say that," he smiled. He gave me a quick kiss, and made the bubble bigger again. He pulled me up into a standing position and he stood in front of me. "Now, one last thing, Annabeth Chase, I love you to Tartarus and back. You are my life, my only. I need you. I think I know your answer to the question, but I must ask it anyway," he got down on one knee, still holding one of my hands, and I nearly squealed. He pulled a box from his pocket, and that left me speechless. He opened up the box revealing a beautiful silver ring with a diamond and a sapphire. "Wise Girl, will you make me the happiest Seaweed Brain alive and marry me?"
I was left speechless with tears rolling down my face. All I could do was nod. Percy slipped the ring onto my finger and hugged me as he stood up. I kissed him and said, "Yes, yes, one hundred times yes, I'll always love you."
"I'll always love you too," he said. We stood there underwater in the bubble hugging, and I now knew what Percy had said when he snuck into our cabin that made Malcolm all weird. He had probably whispered about this.
