" One hundred and sixty students failed! What's wrong with you all? Why are the students scoring such less marks? Where are they lacking behind? Are the students not studying or you teachers have become incapable?", Said angrily the principal of the university JNU.

" No sir, we are giving our best but the students are not receiving the information quite well. " said one of the teachers.

" Then whose responsibility is it? If the students are not taking any interest in some subject that means you have to become more interactive, friendly and attentive. If this carries on then I don't think students will take admission here. " Said the principal.

" But sir..." One teacher interrupted.

" No more if's and buts. Kindly disperse. " Said the principal sighing.

" Sir what about the hike in our salary? " The teacher asked.

" If this type of condition remains then forget about the hike in your salary. " The principal said sternly.

The teachers bowed down their heads and went out of the principal's office.
The principal called someone and told him to meet him in his office.

Minutes later, a man entered wearing a crisp peach coloured shirt with rolled-up sleeves and neatly tucked in blue pants.

" Good Morning Mr. Arnav Sharma. " The principal greeted with a smile.

Arnav reciprocated the smile and replied, " Good Morning Sir. How may I help you? "

" I hope you know about the problem which is currently happening in our university. " The principal said.

Arnav nodded and replied, " Yes sir, I'm aware of it. "

" Then any suggestions which you would like to give? ", The principal asked.

" Sir currently I feel that some inspection should be done on the campus and we should be friendly enough with the students to get the information about the teachers. By information, I mean the way of their behaviour towards students and their teaching. And we should deal with the teachers in a strict way because I've noticed them being careless when it comes to average students. They pay attention only to those who answer in the class and ignore the rest which is unfair to them. " Arnav explained.

" Hmm, I think you are right Mr. Arnav. Thank you for telling me regarding this issue. " The principal replied.

" Ok sir, then I'll take my leave. " Saying this, Arnav went out of the room.

He had a class in the next period so he went to the staff room to collect his essentials and strive towards the class.
On his way, he met several girls who tried to drive his attention towards them, he noticed some shy ones who were sincerely doing their work and some boys who were fighting. He shook his head at the scenario and remembered his college life.

He had also passed from the same University. He had no friends because he was kind of a nerd student. He never paid attention to any nonsense things happening inside the campus and sincerely focused on his studies.

He was a bright student which made him popular in the entire campus. Besides studies, he had a good physique, good behaviour and was active in sports as well.

His good looks made the girls swoon over him, many had even tried to approach him but he being a gentleman politely rejected them. He was not a casanova. He respected females but hates the ones who tried to be seduce him. He had no enemies because of his charismatic personality. His innocent smile will make anyone fall into his trap.

And at last he met a girl who had the same personality as him and happened to be his one and only friend named Kyra.
