CHAPTER 11

June's POV

''Thank you for taking care of Betty, Niall. And nice to meet you, June.''

''Me too, Paul.'' I smiled and shook his hand.

Oh My God. Paul was so big and tall. Standing next to him made me feel so insecure and feel myself like an ant. Niall had been laughing so much because of this.

''Niall, shut up. I'll hit you if you keep laughing.'' I warned him but it seemed useless.

''I...cannot...stop... You're...so... small.'' He said interruptedly between his laugh.

I rolled my eyes. Paul simply gave me a sympathatic look and patted my head.

''He is right. I can't believe Niall let his girlfriend short and tiny like this.''

Niall stopped laughing and I noticed a little pink on his cheeks. I didn't know it was becaase he laughed so much or because of what Paul said.

'Oh no. I'm not his girlfriend.'' I said firmly.

'Really!?' Paul asked ''Okay, anyway, I have to go now. Send my love to the lads. Bye Guys!'' Paul said.

Me and Niall stood on the dorrsteps, waved at Paul until he and Betty were out of sight.

''Come on. I'll take you home.'' Niall said and closed the door behind him.

''Oh. I can go alone. Don't worry. You don't have...''

''I do.'' He said firmly. ''Come on. I insist. Or I'll...''

''You'll..?'' I raised my eye brows, giggled.

''I won't let you clean my room and I'll destroy the lads' room.''

I let out a laugh and he quickly winked.

''I'll take that as a ''Yes''. Come on, June!''

He grabbed my hand without asking and leaded me to the path. My heart beat faster again and I had to look down so he wouldn't see my blush. He would think I was some kind of obssess girl or something.

''Wait for a minute!'' He suddenly stopped and I almost bumped in his back.

Niall's POV

I stopped and June almost bumped in my back. I had to stop myself from the desire of grabbing her small hands and put it around my waist so I could feel her warmth and her scent surrouded around me.

''What's it, Niall?'' She asked while staring at me with questionable look.

I stayed quite, put my hand on her little bun behind her head and let her hair down again. She was surprised with my action.

''I hate when you tie your hair up.''

I whispered and saw her cheeks were red in a deep blush. Suddenly, I leaned in closer until I could feel her breath. I put my hand on her cheek. It was cold but so soft.

June didn't look at me. Her eys was focus on the ground and looked absolutely nervous. I lifted her chin up, forced her beautiful dark eyes looked at me. Our lips were so close. My hand still held her face so that she couldn't move. I could feel my heart beat faster and faster as my lips curtailed the distance with her's...

Right when our lips were about to meet, a girly voice spoke behind us.

''Good evening, Niall!''

June quickly put me away. I turned around and saw Tina, smiling glamourously.

''Hello Tina!'' I said arkwarkly.

June's POV

Tina was standing there, looked absolutely beautiful and attractive while I looked like just came out from a trash: messy hair, messy clothes.

''What're you doing here?'' I heard Niall asked.

''I have something to tell you, babe.'' Tina said, walked and stood next to Niall, placed on his cheek a kiss.

I could feel my heart sinked down. I was so so stupid. Niall didn't like me. I was just his game while Tina wasn't near.

''Okay. I'll go home and leave you two alone.'' I faked a smile and waved at them ''Goodnite! See you two tomorrow.''

I quickly walked away before Niall could say anything else. I could feel my tears got out the rims of my eyes.

Niall's POV

June walked away so fast without giving me a chance to speak. I was still so surprised with Tina's action. I was about to follow June but then Tina grabbed my elbows.

''Come inside. I got something to show you.''

''Uhmm, would you mind waiting for awhile. I can't let June go home alone.''

I ran away to find June before Tina said anything. Then I saw her, head down and walked alone on the path.

''June, wait!'' I ran as fast as I could to catch up with her.

She turned and smiled. Her eyes were red. ''Wad she crying?'' I asked myself. I noticed her smile didn't look like it used to.

''I can't let you go home alone.'' I said while catched up with my breath.

I smiled again, shook her head gently.

''Can't let Tina wait, right? I'll be okay. Will call you when I'm home.''

''June, listen! Don't believe it. I have no idea she'll come. I don't....'' I tried to explain but she just instantly interrupted me.

''I don't know, Niall. It's not my business. I'm not allowed to care about it. I'm just your maid only.''

Finishing saying that, June ran fast and after a few second, I couldn't see her anymore. My heart broke into pieces. ''I'm just your maid''. Her voice kept repeating in my head. ''Itls not my business.''
