Watching as the trees pass by was soothing for the young seven-year-old girl who's twin sister was right beside her holding her hand. Now of course one of them was older by a few minutes due to the birth of course, and only by a few minutes. Although the older one still referred to the other as the younger sister or younger twin. Although they rarely were separated especially after they lost connection to their birth father. The younger twin was of course closer to their father than she was their mother, so when he was forced to leave it was hard on her. They might have been young around four when it occurred but the younger twin had a special ability, she was very good when it came to remembering things when from a young age. Hell she was so good at remembering things she even remembers the voice and words her father first spoke to their mother when he found out she was pregnant with his children.

At the time their parents weren't aware of there being twins or their mother wasn't not until the witches did a special spell and found out. The witches claimed that they would be the end of all supernatural beings and the ancestors didn't like that very much. In fact they planned to kill the twins when they were born, but the twins parents didn't like that whatsoever. Having various enemies even before being born the twins knew things would be hard growing up. Having the enemies of their father's family would be a very difficult thing to live with.

"Kill her and the baby for all I care" Klaus said to the witches

"Twins, she's having twins Niklaus" Elijah said

"No, she's lying there's no possible way she's pregnant with children of mine" Klaus said

"We did a blood spell she is in fact pregnant with your children" the witch said

"Just listen Niklaus, listen closely to their heartbeats" Elijah said

And he did, but when he did it was like a dagger to the heart, he couldn't raise them in the world they lived in. It wouldn't be safe, being around him and his family wouldn't be safe for them. So, in a rush of emotion instead of wanting to care he showed anger and rushed off with his brother following after him.

"He will come around we are sure of it" the witch said

"And if he doesn't what are you going to do huh?" the girl pregnant with his kids said

"Hayley you need to understand we can be very persuasive when we need to be" the witch said

"Yeah and keeping me hostage is really going to help your case" Hayley said with a scoff

"If it doesn't we of course have a fail safe you think we don't have other plans if this fails" the witch said

"Yeah well Klaus seems to not give a single care in the world about his unborn babies so" Hayley said

"He will when the time comes he will do anything to protect those babies" the witch said

Hayley was very skeptical of that, she doubted that Klaus even cared a single bit. She never knew that her one night stand with him would end with her pregnant. She along with Klaus thought nothing of the fact she was a werewolf and could get pregnant. He and his family along with everyone around in his life figured that because he was a vampire he couldn't reproduce any children. This event surely proved everyone in the world wrong, but what would happen if word got out Klaus was on the verge of being a father. No one would understand the things those twins would be put through because of who their father was.

A few days later

Klaus was still skeptical about Hayley being pregnant with his heir let alone twins that were to be born because of him. He and Hayley having a one-night stand never could have imagined it turning out to be this way. Although over the days that were passing Klaus was being constantly bugged by Elijah about the future of his kids. Knowing not a lot would convince Klaus on being in his child or children's lives. Although Elijah had a plan, he was going to find a way to convince his brother that this was a good thing. That the babies would be good for him and the family, but it was hard to convince Klaus. Although eventually he was convinced and now Hayley the mother of his soon to be twins.

Was being moved into the house he bought for himself and now for his children of course. Rebekah soon showed up not aware of what was to come and the promises that were to come and go. Having not been made aware of the current situation that their family was being put through. More importantly the things that Klaus was going to be put through along side his baby mamma. As sad as it was to say it like that, that's how things were because they weren't married and they weren't dating. So she was nothing but the girl he slept with and just so happened to end up knocking up.

Not knowing what to do, Klaus had a lot on his mind, but he wasn't sure Hayley was one of those things. He never imagined being able to have kids let alone being told he was going to be the father of twins. All while Hayley promised herself to never abandon her children when she had them. She was young barely an adult and she was now being told she was pregnant with not one but two children. Never did she imagine that this would happen and with a centuries old hybrid. That has not one or two, but thousands of enemies that are out to do anything and everything to harm him.

The things people would do if they ever found out about him on the verge of becoming a father. He didn't even think about it, never imagining what might happen if he were to have kids, the children he didn't even know he was able to have. Although nature had it's loopholes and everything, what would become of the situation at hand. Not aware of everything that they and the family would go through was a big unknown thing. Hayley wasn't sure of what to think anymore, one minute all she had to think about was surviving.

Now she has to worry about birthing not one but two children that were the product of a centuries old hybrid. Hayley was worried for her children that weren't even grown yet let alone born even. She was worried knowing that Klaus had plenty of enemies and she worried about the safety of herself and the twins.
