Well my dad is super Irish. Like he lived there till he was 25.
So every year we have a massive traditional Irish breakfast. Including my favorire being blood sasuage and white sasauge. They're all the parts of the pig that no one likes.

Like it's blood and the gross parts. But omg it's so tasty. Yeah the Irish have some weird food. But very good weird food
