What if you wake up one morning and turn on the light switch, only to find it doesn't work? You walk around and realize that nothing works : you computer, your oven, your toaster. Nothing turns on! Later you realize the problem is not just with your house, but with every house on the street; soon you realize it's every house in the city. What happened? It seems that somehow the city's power supply was cut off. The power plants that supply power to your city are not working.
