Beep...Beep...Beep. I recognize that sound as I woke up. "Oh my goodness I'm late for school." I yelled. I quickly got dressed and pack my bookbag and ran down the stairs and out the door. And walked down the street. My phone rung as I was walking. It was my friend Kayla. "Mariyah where are you?" Kayla asked. "I'm walking down the street I'm 2 blocks away from the school." I said. "Stop strolling and run I don't like waiting to long. I don't know about Destiny and Hunter but hurry."said Kayla. "Okay Kayla I'm gonna run." I hung up the phone and walked instead of running.
I walked up to the school steps where my friends were standing. "Mariyah!!!" My friend Destiny yelled. She gave me a hug. "You have to get inside quick the principal gonna make a huge announcement and we don't wanna miss it." said Hunter as he shoved us inside the school. We ran into the cafeteria where they was making an announcement. The principal was giving the speech."Ladies and gentleman can I have your attention please. Thank you. Today is a special day. A famous someone has wanted to visit this school and he's gonna perform today at our school. So right after you guys eat lunch you guys will see Michael Jackson perform." Michael Jackson walked through the doors and stood next to the principal. My eyes was about to explode. Everybody screamed and Kayla was startled as they screamed. "Now everyone please head straight to your class." Said the principal. Everyone exit the room and walked to class. While some students just stared at Michael. I wanted to stay but Kayla dragged me to class. Oh man I can't wait to see Michael.
