The next three weeks went kind of like that, mostly full of a lot of cuddles and the occasional small kiss, never on the lips though.

Today was the last day of Marcus's heat, they knew this because he could go about fifteen minutes with out cuddling Damon and was fine.

"So what time do you think you will be leaving tomorrow?" Marcus asked as he cuddled into Damon's chest, both of them laying on his bed.

"About that... I was thinking I might stay a little longer if you are okay with that." Damon replied confusing the Beta.

"I don't mind, can I ask why though?" Marcus stated before asking, lifting his head to look Damon in the eyes.

"Well because we are mates and I think that we should maybe get to know each other better?" Damon replied as he looked at the celling, not wanting to make eye contact with Marcus.

"So you figured it out too? Huh, well I would love to get to know you better." Marcus replied, Damon felt him smile against his chest.

I would also fix the spelling and grammar errors in the book and probably re-write the entire thing to make it better now that I've had two years of practice in between when I wrote this and right now.
