Why do I think this would be what Jeaki would do to bring attention to his sister? I'll go more in depth. Jeaki is the next in line since he was born first and, as mean as it is to say, Areum is more of the backup. So Jeaki gets more attention but if he ever goes anywhere with cameras, he just presents his sister like this and is like "LOOK AT THIS AMZING WONDERFUL BEAUTIFUL HUMAN BEING GIVE HER MORE ATTENTION AND LOVE GOD DAMNIT!"
