I don't have to check my email.

I don't have email now.

There are no meetings to attend; no role-playing learning tasks to participate in.

No modules.

No after-training quizzes.

I don't have a client to call back.

My laptop sits at the bottom of the ocean,  all capabilities water-logged and beyond retrieval or recovery.

There are no looming deadlines.

It's now the call of nature, maintaining shelter, and finding our next meal which guides my day.

Not too shabby.

Although, I must admit: I do miss my guitar.
