22 - Fury
Loki decided to help stack wood. Since Tony and Steve we're copping it, (being the hard working men that they are) they had a large pile of wood that had needed to be stacked. Loki thought to put himself to use since he had nothing else to do.
He filled a wheelbarrow with wood and brought it over to where there was a small pile of neatly stacked firewood. (That's a lot of wood)
Loki started stacking, organizing his thoughts as he did. There was so much going on right now. Ultron being missing, the weird vision he had had, Tony. Were the Avengers okay with Loki being on their team? What had Thor seen? What did Odin think about all this? What about how most people on Asgard think Loki's dead?
Loki didn't know what to think. But he thought anyway.
That is, until he heard the click of a gun unnervingly close to his head.
Loki froze. He turned his head so as to see who was pointing the gun at him.
A dark-skinned man with an eye patch who looked familiar to Loki. He wore an angry expression.
Loki improvised. "I'm sorry, have we met?"
"What did you do to Stark?"
Loki hesitated, confused as to what this man had said.
And then it hit him. It was about the battle of New York. He raised his arms and started. "I'm-"
"Loki, of Asgard. Burdened with glorious bullshit. What did you do to Stark?"
"I can assure you, sir, that I have not tinkered with anyone. May I get your name, so at least I know who killed me?"
"Nick Fury, director of SHEILD. Stop it with the goddamn tricks. I've seen them all."
"Fury, I am innocent I swear. Please lower the gun."
"I will blow your goddamn head off."
"I would not advise that. There are children here. Also, karma's a bitch. Now, if you will, lower the gun."
Fury glaired at Loki as he slowly lowered his arm.
"Would you expect a supervillain to be stacking wood for a family farm?"
Fury just glaired at Loki and walked away.

Loki stood out on the porch. It was sunset, and everyone had gone into the house for dinner. Loki didn't have an appitite and also didn't want to be in the same room as Fury, so he stood outside and admired the beauty of Midgard.
"Are you gonna eat something?"
Loki looked behind him. It was, of course, Tony.
"I don't have much of an appetite."
"Understandable." Tony said as she walked up to where Loki was standing. "So, about Ultron-"
"Have you located it yet?"
"Not exactly,"
"Tony,"
"Yeah?"
"Fury-" Loki hesitated. "He, well he," he stuttered on his words. "When exactly did he get here?"
Loki decided to keep quiet about being assulted. He would do the same in that situation, and he didn't want whoever Fury was to get hurt or anything.
Tony laughed to himself and said, "I really don't know either. That man just, you never know with him."
Steve walked through the door and quietly smiled at Loki. Tony glaired at him, and Steve glaired back. Then, he continued over to where the Quinjet was located.
"What was-" Loki got cut off by Tony.
"C'mon Loki."
Loki akwardly followed him to the Quinjet, and he was followed by Natasha and Bruce.
