When we all got situated in our seats the judge banged her gamble to stop all of the commotion.

"Luna Grey, to the witness stand" the judge said.

i slowly walked up to the stand.

then jordan walks in with chains and handcuffs on his legs and hands.

some lady with a pencil skirt and a dressy shirt walked up to me.

"ms Grey, can you explain the night that you got shot very vividly" the lady asked.

"ok" i started to shake a little.

i looked for Jahs eyes and when i found them he mouthed,

'it's ok'

i nodded and began explaining.

- Flash Back -

i stayed in my room on the side of my bed, shaking and crying while Jah was telling be to be quiet and everything will be fine.

i heard my door squeak open and i stopped shaking and crying

"Jah, Jah he's in here please hurry"i whispered very lowly but low enough for him to hear.

"ok i'm coming in your house now"

that's when i heard my front door open and the person ran by my bed towards the side i was on and he saw me and the last thing i heard was the ringing of a gunshot.

- Flash Back Over -

tears were daring to come out my eyes as i finished explaining.

"do you have any proof any fact that my client did this" she asked.

"the gun, he dropped it while Ja-" i paused

"continue" she said.

i took a deep breath and continued.

"he dropped the gun when jah and isaiah were jumping him" i said.

"the only call you made that night was to Jahseh, and he hasn't called anyone that night or my client, so how did isaiah get there?" she questioned.

i started to panic a little but calmed myself.

"h-he wanted to come over because we had plans" i lied.

"what plans"

"we were going to spend dome time together before he goes on the revenge tour with Jahseh, Stokley, Ming, and Gazzy"

"ok wheres the proof that he shot you?"

did she really ask me to show her proof?, oh she slow.

i lifted up my hoodie and showed my gunshot wound and my bruise from last night.

"and how did you get that bruise, was it from Jahseh" she asked.

"wha- no he would never hurt me" i panicked.

"well he did have a history of putting his hands on females"

"and that means he put his hands on me, he was charged for that when he had black and blond dreads, now he has blue dreads. it's common fucking sense" i stated with an attitude.

"language ms Grey" the judge said.

"so ow did you get the bruise" she asked.

i hesitated.

i sighed and said.

"we went out clubing and someone punched me in my jaw and kicked me in the stomach 4 times in the same spot"

"who"

i didn't wanna tell because trippie is a blood and i don't want anything to happen to any of my friends or Jah.

"i-i don't know"

"ok that's all your honor"

i got dismissed from the stand.

"Jahseh Onfroy, to the witness stand" the judge said.

before he went to the stand he kissed my temple and wiped my tears that came out of my eyes.

he walked up to the stand and was asked the same question as me.

"ight um" he started.

"Luna and i were on the bed and someone comes in through the window-"

"the same window from the first incident?"

"yes ma'am"

"ok finish"

"ight so someone came in through the window and he was like 'miss me' to luna and i was tellin him to like back up 'n stuff and luna was like he has a strap and i didn't care so isaiah came in and we jumped him and the others came in and jumped him also. isaiah picked up the gun a-"

he stopped.

"oh shit" he whispered.

"continue mr Onfroy" the lady said.

"isaiah picked up the gun and when he dropped it, three shots went off and i got shot" he said shocked.

everyone gasped in the crowed while isaiah just sat with a blank expression on his face.

"so my client didn't shoot you" she said.

"the gun he had sho-"

"so basically what you said was Isaiah Grey shot you"

"nah tha-"

"but that was the story tha-"

"CAN YOU PLEASE LET ME TALK DAMN!!" Jah yelled.

"all that damn interrupting ain't gettin you no damn answers."

"ok i'm sorry sir".

"ok like i was it's not like that," he paused.

"do you know how long iv'e known weef, i have enough information to get him shot"

damn jah, just gonna expose your own self.

"so your saying you would get him shot if he did something wrong"

"no, that's not what i'm saying, i'm saying he knows better"

"hell yeah i do" wifi laughed.

"quiet mr Grey" the judge said.

"ok mr Onfroy you can go sit back down".

when jah sat down i kissed him and held his hand.

"ok what i'm hearing here is Jordan tried to harm whoever was in that bedroom because they had a whole conversation" the judge paused.

i tensed up and tightened my grip on jah's hand.

he grabbed my thigh but i didn't loosen up.

i had a bad feeling in my gut so i ran out of the courtroom to the bathroom.

Jahseh's pov

after i got finished on the stand, i sat down to be kissed by luna.

i kissed back and she gripped my hand.

"ok what i'm hearing here is Jordan tried to harm whoever was in that bedroom because they had a whole conversation" the judge said.

luna tensed up and tightened her grip on my hand then she ran out of the courtroom.

"ok a 10 minuet recess" the judge said.

i ran after her to the bathroom.

she leaned over the toilet and threw up.

i held her hair.

"jah i think i'm pregnant" she said catching her breath.

"pre-pregnant" i stuttered.

"yeah iv'e been throwing up since that time we had sex after you got out of the hospital" she said.

i was so happy i didn't know what to say.

A/N: they had sex i just didn't wanna make a smut scene

"i would be so happy if we had a baby, iv'e always wanted to have a baby" i smiled.

she pulled out a pregnancy test from her purse.

"you carry these around" i asked.

"i wanted to take one after the hearing"

"nah take that shit now" i laughed and she chuckled.

she pulled it out and took the test.

5 mins later

Lunas pov

After i took the test, i was shocked.

"i'm pregnant" i began to cry.

"we-were having a baby" jah cried.

"yeah" i cupped his face and kissed him.

"we have a little jah in there" i said.

"yeah" he rubbed my stomach.

"ok ok we need to go back to the room" i said wiping my eyes.

"ok" he sniffed.

we began to walk out the bathroom.

"i can't believe were having a baby" jah whispered hugging me from the side.

"yeah" i smiled.

i can't believe were having a baby.

we walked in the room and everybody took there seats.

"ok iv'e made my decision, Jordan i sentence you to 35 years in the Broward County Florida facility center" the judge said.

we sighed in relieve.

"i love you luna"

"i love you too Jah"

after court

we were all in the house about to go out.

"luna why aren't you and jah getting ready?" ski asked.

"because" i smiled.

jah came behind me and hugged me.

"were pregnant" jah said.

"oh shit yall gotta lil baby Jah in there" Coolie said.

i nodded and began to tear up.

"yo fuck the club we going to outback" gazzy said.

everybody gather around me and rubbed my belly and congratulated us.

i got dressed and put on this.

while x put on a suit and tie.

at outback

we were eating and there was laughter all around the table.

the smell of steak full our noses.

"luna, you know i love you and would take a bullet to the brain, crack in the skull, everything for you, even my life and i will always love you. I've loved you since that day you beat the yell outta that girl in school and blackmailed the principal to the day you got shot. We've been through hell and back together but in the end were always together and thats all we need." he paused

"awe baby" i was crying.

Ashley had her phone out recording the whole thing.

jah stood up and got on one knee.

"Luna Kimberly Grey, will you do me the honor and be mrs. Onfroy"

Ring^

I was balling out crying.

"Yes jahseh, yes"

Everybody said 'awe' and 'congratulations' and clapped.

I hugged and kisses him.

"I love you jah"

"I love you too luna"

Jah FaceTime his mom and she picked up after 3 rings

"Hey momma"

"Hey baby"

"Hey mamma!" I yelled so she can hear me.

"Hey baby!"

I call Jahseh's momma my mamma because i never had one and she was always a mother figure to me.

"Mamma guess what"

"You're a grandma"

She started crying.

"Really" she said.

"yeah" i said

"ight mamma imma get you a flight down here inna week or 2"

"ok bye love yall and congrats on the baby" Cleo said.

"love you too mamma bye" me and jah said.

he hug the phone and i wrapped my arms around him giving him a hug.

"i love you Jahseh" i said in a thick Latina accent. 

"i love you too Luna  or should i say Fiance"

"oh shit, say it again"

"Fiance Fiance Fiance Fiance" he repeated.

i kissed him and we continued our night.

this book will end after the baby is born and i raised a bit which is inna few chapters.
