X X V I

“You guys almost slept naked, you wore his shirt slept in the same bed—but you guys didn't have sex?”

Hailey's voice echo in the girls' locker room as I groan and place my hand over her mouth. I could hear the water running someone was in there, probably must've heard her. But never mind,  sighing I pulled her out.

It was almost winter now, two more weeks and we were done with highschool. And I couldn't wait for that time to come.

Walking side by side, I slide my arm around her neck as we walked through the hallway.

“I mean you guys did have sex before?”

I nodded smiling a little uncomfortably as she roles her eyes,“Then do it again. There's nothing wrong with that.”

     “It is not that easy,”I murmured softly pushing my hair back, as we stop while she pulls in the corner.

“You’re telling me that he doesn't want to have sex with you?” her words rose heat to my cheeks as looking anywhere but meeting her eyes I blinked unsure what to say.

        “We don't know that—It’s complicated sometimes Jeon acts like he's desperate for me and other times it's just like he doesn't want me,” I spoke breathlessly as she sighed and patted my shoulder comfortingly.

“You know you've got to do something about it—” she was interrupted as strong arms slide around my waist pulling me against a hard chest.

Heat feasted through my whole body as my nerves panicked turning around I placed my palm over his bicep and smiled,“Nick?"

“Come with me, I have to talk with you about something,” his voice urgent, and that's when I noticed that he was sweating, his shirt was sticking to his mascular body, as his eyes studded deep into mine.

“Aria,” Hailey pulled me by my arm as smiling faintly I assured her everything will be fine.

Taking a deep breath, I stepped forward Nick’s hand resting on my waist, as we made our way out.

I could feel heart beginning to panic. And desperately wanted to get away from here, for away from him.

Opening his car's door for me he pushed me in, my hands clasped together as he got into the drivers seat.

“I ended things  with Sumin,” he spoke proudly. His dark eyes staring deep into mine.

“You did?” I murmured seeing him roar the engine to life, my eyes widening as I gathered up my courage to say the next words.

“It’s nothing anything for you,” I smiled hearing words, his hand now rested on my thigh being aware of his touch I tried calming myself down and turned to ask.

“Nick, where are you taking me?”

“Why do you don't want to come with me?”

Something about his voice just didn't feel right to me, as faking another smile I looked away.

“You want this remember, that's why I broke up with Sumin.”

“I do—I do but don't you think it's a little too soon,” I spoke nervously, as Nick smirked and I turned the car around halting in front of restaurant.

“It now or never,” he muttered, clenching his jaw as I gulped hardly.

My breath hitched as we stepped out of the car, my hands sweaty as my eyes wandered desperately trying to make an escape plan. I was jolted out my thoughts when Nick’s hand came around my hip as he pulled me along with him towards the elevator.

Standing in the silence of the elevator it was just the two of us. My back was pressed against him, as I blinked not knowing where to go or what to do.

“You know Sumin told me something really strange,” his hand that rested on my hip was now near my neck as he rubbed his thumb around in circles.

“Uh, what's that?” I asked my voice sounding composed as he smirked against my skin, kissing it hardly as I tried holding my breath. I felt disgusted worst I was scared.

       “That you're fooling me?” his voice sounding dark, my grip over his hand tightened as my eyes widened I was having trouble breathing and somehow the elevator seemed to be just moving, I was waiting for it to stop.

My eyes closed tightly as finally the  elevator came to a stop, a silhouette of a tall man formed in front of my eyes, as releasing a shuddering breath I moved away from Nick as the man steps in, definitely not having the courage to look up, I stood a far from the two men but Nick seems to be having other thoughts as he moved closer to me, his hand back on my waist holding me tightly.

“Are you okay, Miss?” and that's when I looked up, that voice it sounded familiar. It was as though I've heard it somewhere my eyes blinked as I stood still, dark brown eyes staring back at me, a sigh escaped my lips as I realized who it was.

It was that man who always  seemed steel my cab, glancing at the man before me I stepped forward ready to reveal it all to him, cause suddenly being here wasn't that bad anymore, at least this man was better than Nick.

“That’s none of your business.”

Nick stone voice reached my ears as the  muscles around my shoulder stiffened and I backed away.

“Fair enough,” the man whispered as I continued to stare hoping for him to catch something, but he seemed oblivious to everything around him, was only then when the elevator door slide open the three of us stepped out, very slightly for a brief moment the man looked up his eyes meeting mine, before nodding he walked towards his room while Nick and I walked different way, my eyes following the man desperately waiting for him to turn around and at least do something.

But he didn't and I knew then the only person who could save me was just myself.

Sitting on the bed I stared anxiously down at my hands, my breath coming out in gasp as my body stiffen when I heard the bathroom door open.

“You sure, you don't want to take a shower?” Nick asked walking to sit beside me on the bed.

My eyes focused on  the towel around his neck, the water droplets falling off through his messy wet hair, as taking a deep breath I moved behind him, my hand going around his neck as leaning down I bit his earlobe, my hands steady as I worked my way down.

His breathing unsteady, as he arches his neck when my hand goes under his shirt touching his bare chest, rubbing circles around his skin I drove him mad to a point that it was almost impossible for him to notice when my hand where out of his shirt and pulling the towel around his neck.

His eyes widened, as I pulled the towel around his neck choking him, his hands struggled to set himself free as I gripped pushed his body down with all my weight.

“Men like you deserve to go to hell,” I yelped as his face started turning blue my body almost falling off the bed, damn it was hard to bring down a man as mascular as him.

“Yo ..u”he chocked and that's when his hand came around my knee as he tried pushing me away, my hands lose around the towel for a second, but in the process of turning me over, my foot came around his stone face and smashed it hard against the bedframe.

He screamed very slightly before his eyes shut close and he fell on the bed with a thud, just like that my eyes couldn't believe it was almost impossible, with widened eyes I released a trembling breath, leaning against his chest I checked if he was still alive, and damn that bastard still lives.

Not bothering to waste anymore of my time, I picked up my bag and my coat, my hand struggling to open the lock as with an unsteady breath I stumbled forward.

My head dizzy, my body felt drained of any energy; stamina my muscles ached, with the amount of pressure I've put on them.

The cold breeze hit my cheeks making me shiver, as I walked,  it was getting dark, my eyes blurry with pained tears as through blurry vision I caught him standing in front of me, his hands in his pockets, as he locked eyes with me, my steps trembled as with a shaky breath I spoke,“What took you so long, mister?” a smile tugging at my lips, as I he studied me.

Strong arms wrapped around me, all of a sudden preventing my body from falling, looking down through his hooded gaze, my eyes stared at the man who had his arm around me holding me protectively, I leaned in finding comfort in him.

The last thing I remember was his concerned vioce, his face too hazy. I was falling, life came down to me like a boulder, crushing me apart.

I know I have not updated for a while now, and I'm really sorry to keep you guys waiting for so long.

But I'm back now and thus book will be updated more frequently like it used to.
