Hey everybody. I just wanted to recap my week. Wednesday, we were playing badminton in gym (oh sorry, I mean P.E, but I don't really care) and I saw some of the lights go out. Just the ones in the middle of the gym but still. Then our gym teacher spoke into the mic and said something along the lines of "Okay everyone, in a power saving effort, we have decided to turn off the main gym lights. Please continue your game of badminton." Now the side gym lights were still on so it wasn't pitch black . But after that, everyone that was there were making jokes about how this school is so ghetto and how it can't pay its light bill. Thursday I got my first phone. It is a hand me down Samsung Galaxy S 2. Not complaining though. Today I had to stop talking to a dear friend (long distance because their grades were struggling. There's one more thing I did on Friday but that deserves a whole page to itself. Saturday, I made almond bark, but with walnut pieces. It's actually really good.
