Our holiday came to an end and now we were back on the familiar train to Hogwarts. Me, Draco, pansy, Enzo, blaze and a new boy Theadore or theo as he preferred joined us as well. We all chatted up as storm when the time came to an end and we were all back at Hogwarts. Walking through the dinning hall doors and heading straight towards the Slytherin table. Then of course as we did last year more first years came in and we're sorted into their houses as we had the year prior. There were quite a few new Slytherin's to join us this year and one girl in particular seemed upset that she had gotten into Slytherin. Part of me wanted to check on her because she looked like she was on the verge of tears as she rushed to the end of the table. I stopped her with a quick movement causing her eyes to widen when she noticed me.

"Are you okay?" I said softly

"Yes, why wouldn't I be I'm in the best house after all right" she said starkly to me

I wasn't about to have some first year snap at me like i was nothing, so with a quick motion i stood from my chair and glared down at the younger girl.

"I asked a question knowing you weren't fine and i asked to see if you were, but here in this world kiddo your just younger and me i don't mind fighting someone even if their in the same house as me, i don't take shit from you so next time someone meaner than me teases you and asks what's wrong you should chose to answer because trust me I'm the nicer one out of everyone here" I said softly with a growl

She gulped and nodded quickly then i got down to her eye level and whispered to her.

"Now, like i said before, are you okay?" I asked

"My family is far from being Slytherin's, they are more grifindore or ravenclaw so I doubt they will be happy with where i was placed" she said honestly

"Don't worry about it, the hat chose for a reason, and if your parents don't like it then that's their loss right" I said

She smiled softly and nodded before i let her leave and i sat back down beside Draco, not before hearing what one particular red haired blood traitor said.

"I'm just saying, there hasn't been one person who was in Slytherin that hasn't turned evil" Ron said

I laughed and spun to face the boy with oddly bright red hair, i grabbed his shirt and his face looked full of fear.

"Not everyone here actually no one here was given a choice of what house they wanted to be in, not everyone in the world here was pure evil after being in Slytherin look at the history of it weaslbey, you should really dig deep into you family history as well" I said

"Trinity come sit he's not worth it" Pansy said

I dropped him and rolled my eyes before returning to my spot beside Draco and finally got some food in my mouth before we had to head to the common room. I don't know what had gotten into me with Ron, but what he said really got to me especially because it's a family thing and i had no choice in the matter. If i did maybe i would put myself in ravenclaw instead although it wouldn't matter because of my family situation. I wasn't allowed into any other house and that was okay with me, but not at the same time, but who cared right it wouldn't matter in the future. Although i could be wrong and the reason why his words got to me was because i felt as though he wasn't wrong on the matter. That maybe he in fact was just stating the facts, especially when it came to my parents and Draco's aunt Bellatrix Lestrange. She was currently in Azkaban for her whatever she had done back in her time to get put in the wizard world prison.

It wasn't long before we ended super and we began to head to our common room where some may say was scary and i could tell the first years. Only the ones who weren't too happy about what house they were sorted into, were freaked out by the fact it was located in the dungeons. I stopped listening to pansy and Draco's conversation and headed back towards the girl who i had met earlier.

"Don't be afraid of the fact it's the dungeons, it's cooler on the inside i promise, plus if you like the color green or silver/gray then your in for a wicked treat" I smiled

"I like the color green actually" she said softly

"Cool, then you'll love the inside of our common room" I smiled

"What's the password i wasn't listening" she said nervously

That's when i realized everyone had already gone inside so i simply smiled and put my hand on her shoulder guiding her to the entrance.

"Pure-blood" I said softly and the door opened almost immediately

"There you are, i was worried" Draco said with a panicked look but it changed once he saw who was beside me

Whenever Draco didn't know someone, a girl who was obviously not his friend he would change his demeanor and become cold.

"This is Draco Malfoy he's my closest friend here and a good one to have" I said to the girl

"Yes, indeed I'm a good ally to have but not a good enemy to make either" Draco said causing the girl to shrink back

"Draco stop scaring the girl" I lightly smacked his shoulder
