At the dinner table in Benjamin's home.

(Benjamin is laughing with Eli, Eli is hysterically laughing, slapping the table while tears are coming to his eyes.)

Eli (pleading) - "Stop! Stop! My stomach is starting to hurt! Really, please stop!! If I don't stop laughing soon I truly might shit myself. I had some spicy tacos last night and they have not been agreeing with my stomach." (Eli wipes his eyes and regains control) "Benjamin you really are quite the hoot! Katherine, I really do not know how you handle this guy."

(Katherine is walking to the table from the kitchen holding the pot of corn porridge.)

Katherine - "Oh yes, trust me Eli, it hasn't come easy, it has taken years of practice to control this man." (She laughs and the men join in with laughter.)

Eli - "Katherine I must confess, I have had dreams of this porridge, nay, prophetic visions of this exquisite dish."

Benjamin (looking at Katherine sweetly.) - "Honey, it truly is heavenly."

Katherine (blushes, smiles and waves her hand to swat at the guys.) - "Oh stop it, you two are just so sweet."

(Benjamin puts his arm around Katherine's shoulder and pulls her close as he kisses the top of her head in a loving manner.)

Benjamin - "Eli, I think I speak for both Katherine and I when I say it is always lovely to have you over for dinner."

Eli (smiling) - "I am having a splendid time indeed."

Benjamin - "Shall we say a blessing so we can eat?"

Katherine - "That sounds like a wonderful idea."

Eli (palms his forehead) - "Oh shit! I was having so much fun that I almost forgot that I need to FaceTime Virginia, give me a second."

Katherine - "No worries at all, take your time."

Benjamin (to Katherine) - "Not too much time, your corn porridge tastes a lot better hot than cold."

Katherine (talking through her teeth to Benjamin) - "Shut up honey, let us not be rude."

(The two turn and smile at Eli.)

(Eli grabs his phone and FaceTimes Virginia.)

Eli - "Virginia, babe, are you there?" The phone displays the words *poor connection* "Vir-gin-yuh! Hello, can you hear me?"

(The phone continues to show the words *poor connection.* Virginia finally pops up on the screen.)

Virginia - "Hey!" (The phone buffers and once again displays the words *poor connection.*)

Eli (red in the face, slightly embarrassed.) - "Sorry guys, give me a second...this dumb phone."

Benjamin - "No worries Eli, corn porridge tastes better cold than hot."

Katherine - "That is not true..." (Benjamin kicks Katherine under the table & talks between his teeth.)

Benjamin (attempting to communicate with his eyes) -"Cold IS better than hot, right Katherine?" (murmurs) "Let us not be rude."

Katherine - "Sure...I mean, yes honey!" (The two fake a smile at Eli.)

(Finally Virginia and Eli establish a solid phone connection and Facetime is now working. Virginia pops back on the screen but does not realize it.)

Virginia - "Fuckin shit, stupid piece of shit. Uncle fucker, mother fucker, grandmother fucker! Work, work, work!"

Eli (interjects immediately embarrassed) - "Virginia! Virginia! Honey! Honey! You are connected now, say hi to everyone."

Virginia - "Oh....hey! Thanks for inviting me to dinner I am famished and the corn porridge smells absolutely stupendous! Soooooo, shall we say grace and eat?"
